Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and create a travel agency management application system. This is done by changing the manual system by replacing it with a desktop-based application system whose data management and processing is stored with a database system. The development method used in this research is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system. SDLC System Development Method The SDLC method is a method in which the system development and design process goes through several stages, from system planning to operation and maintenance. Abstract

Asset data management at SMPIT Putra Cendekia is currently still being done manually. Recording and storage is written in long books, and data is stored in archive form, so there is a high possibility of loss of archive books, exposure to rain, burns, and others. The amount of data that is large and not fixed makes the administration and operators take a long time to find archived data if at any time the archive data wants to be used. Therefore, an information system for managing school asset data is needed, so as to facilitate the administration and operators in managing accurate data and data collection. In this study, researchers used one type of qualitative method, namely the grounded theory method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. This application is made using React JS as Front-end and PHP with XAMPP as Back-end in making RestAPI. To facilitate work in the form of input, expenditure, and reporting as well as to prevent errors that often occur today.

Abstract

Rancamaya Village in South Bogor has significant potential as a tourism village, particularly in agro-tourism based on its renowned durian cultivation, natural scenery, and Sundanese cultural heritage. However, the community faces challenges in developing this potential in an integrated, sustainable manner. This community service activity aimed to assist the community of Rancamaya Village in developing an eco-edutourism-based tourism village through training, facilitation, and mentoring. The methods employed included participatory rural appraisal (PRA), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), workshops, field practice, and ongoing mentoring. The activity involved community members, Pokdarwis management, and local government representatives. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of eco-edutourism concepts (78%), improvement in the ability to design educational tourism packages, strengthened Pokdarwis institutional capacity, and the formulation of a village tourism development roadmap integrating ecological, educational, and cultural elements. This activity demonstrated that a participatory mentoring approach can effectively accelerate the development of sustainable eco-edutourism in rural communities.
