Abstract

Abstrak Rumah yang memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan, melindungi penghuni dan harta benda dari kejahatan, merupakan dambaan setiap pemilik rumah. Kunci pintu menjadi garda terdepan dalam melindungi rumah. Idealnya, kunci pintu harus terlindungi dari kerusakan, peretasan atau penggandaan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Namun kenyataannya seringkali tidak sesuai harapan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan produk minimal yang dapat digunakan yaitu kunci pintu digital berbasis IoT yang terhubung ke smartphone Android. Hal tersebut dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan sensor sentuh, keypad dan teknologi RFID sebagai input datanya, serta menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai pengolah data inputnya, sehingga akses untuk membuka pintu tidak dapat dilakukan melalui tampering, hacking atau penggandaan kunci pintu. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah sensor sentuh, keypad, atau RFID. Untuk membuka kunci pintu digital dengan sensor sentuh, pengguna hanya perlu menyentuhnya dengan tangan. Sedangkan untuk membuka pintu digital dengan keypad, pengguna harus memasukkan kode OTP yang sesuai dengan yang dikirimkan Telegram. Kemudian, untuk membuka kunci pintu digital menggunakan RFID, pengguna dapat menggunakan dua jenis kartu, yakni kartu bawaan (kartu darurat) atau e-card. -KTP. Kartu e-KTP yang digunakan untuk membuka kunci pintu digital harus terdaftar pada sistem kunci pintu digital.

Abstract

Milk consumption and the need for beef cattle for food purposes or sacrificial purposes continue to increase from year to year. This increase is in line with the increasing level of the economy and awareness of the need for nutritious food. However, the increase in demand still faces many production constraints due to the difficulties faced by farmers, the decline in cattle production from year to year in Indonesia. This causes Indonesia to have to import beef for 35.95% of the total national beef consumption. With many factors that affect the decline in the production rate of dairy cows or beef cattle every year, one of them is air pollution and poor air quality in cages. Along with the development of technology, a monitoring and detection system for air cleanliness in cattle pens was created, using the MQ-7 sensor as the concentration of carbon monoxide, the MQ-135 sensor as the concentration of ammonia gas, the MQ-2 sensor as the smoke detection, and When the air pollution value of each sensor input is according to the air pollution standard index (ISPU), the outputs namely indicator lights, buzzers and blowers will be on, then there will be temporary air neutralization in the cage. This tool is made easier by internet of things technology, so that it can send notifications via telegram and can see the level of air pollution levels through the web.

Abstract

Indoor air quality plays a vital role in public health, especially since people spend about 90% of their time indoors. Poor indoor air quality, often caused by chemical, physical, and biological pollutants, can severely impact health, comfort, and productivity. To tackle this issue, a robust air quality monitoring and control system was designed, featuring an ESP32 microcontroller paired with sensors such as the GP2Y1010AU0F dust sensor, MQ-7 carbon monoxide sensor, and MQ-2 smoke sensor, along with a fan to enhance air circulation. This system is capable of detecting air quality issues and taking corrective action. The ESP32 module, integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, enables real-time transmission of sensor data to a web server for continuous monitoring and prompt response. Researchers have made significant progress in creating an effective, system-based solution to improve and maintain indoor air quality

Abstract

The cage is a habitat for animals that makes them feel safe and free from outside interference. A good cage has internal components such as the right size and ventilation. If the cage is not designed to meet the needs of the livestock, stress can occur and have a negative impact on milk production performance. This research aims to design and implement an automatic drinking water monitoring system on a goat farm using a web-based ultrasonic sensor. This system is designed to measure the air height in the bucket in real-time and control air filling automatically using a solenoid valve controlled by a Wemos D1 R2 microcontroller. Air altitude data is sent to a web server via a Wi-Fi connection, so users can maintain real-time conditions via a user-friendly web interface. Apart from that, this system is also equipped with an MQ-135 sensor to detect air quality, especially ammonia levels, which is an important indicator in maintaining goat health. If high ammonia levels are detected, the system will activate the DC fan to increase air circulation, thereby creating a healthier and more comfortable environment for livestock. Test results show that this system can not only increase operational efficiency in maintaining drinking water, but also ensure consistent availability of drinking water for livestock, as well as maintaining environmental quality in the pen. Thus, it is hoped that this system can be an effective solution to increase productivity and welfare. Abstrak Kandang merupakan habitat hewan yang membuatnya merasa aman dan bebas dari gangguan  luar. Kandang yang baik memiliki komponen internal seperti ukuran dan ventilasi yang tepat, Jika kandang tidak dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ternak, stres dapat terjadi dan berdampak Negatif terhadap kinerja produksi susu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan air minum otomatis pada peternakan kambing menggunakan sensor ultrasonik berbasis web. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengukur ketinggian udara dalam ember secara real-time dan mengontrol pengisian udara secara otomatis menggunakan solenoid valve yang dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler Wemos D1 R2. Data ketinggian udara yang dikirimkan ke server web melalui koneksi Wi-Fi, sehingga pengguna dapat menjaga kondisi secara langsung melalui antarmuka web yang ramah pengguna. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan sensor MQ-135 untuk mendeteksi kualitas udara, khususnya kadar amonia, yang merupakan indikator penting dalam menjaga kesehatan kambing. Jika kadar amonia terdeteksi tinggi, sistem akan mengaktifkan kipas DC untuk meningkatkan sirkulasi udara, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih sehat dan nyaman bagi hewan ternak. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dalam pemeliharaan air minum, tetapi juga memastikan ketersediaan air minum yang konsisten bagi ternak, serta menjaga kualitas lingkungan di dalam kandang. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraannya.

Abstract

PLN as an electricity provider that serves all regions in Indonesia certainly always wants to provide the best service to its consumers, including PT. PLN Persero UP3 Gresik. Along with the increase in consumers, the company continues to develop distribution lines, however, because the addition of more and more lines makes the distribution cables longer and the load becomes greater, resulting in voltage drops and power factors decreasing in several feeders, including in the feeder network. LOWAYU, causing poor power quality.This research aims to find and obtain the magnitude of the power flow which includes active power, reactive power, apparent power and the magnitude of the power losses (losses) contained in the LOWAYU feeder network, the magnitude of the voltage and voltage drop on each bus on the network. LOWAYU feeder using the backward-forward method. And determine the value of reactive power required for the capacitor on each bus that experiences a voltage drop. Then a comparison will be made between the results of manual calculations using the backward-forward method and the results of simulation data using ETAP Power Station 19.0.1 software.From this research, it can be seen that the safe limit for the voltage drop value is still below 5% or above 5%, so it is necessary to add capacitor banks to improve the power factor and reduce the voltage drop value on distribution network buses that experience voltage drops.

Abstract

Penyiraman tumbuhan sebagai aktivitas yang sangat vital, mengharuskan menyiram di waktu yang relatif. Sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi, otomatisasi sistem sebagai sebuah solusi yang signifikan dalam mempermudah kehidupan manusia, terutama pada aspek penyiraman tumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuatkan alat otomatisasi penyiraman tumbuhan menggunakan memakai penerapkan logika Fuzzy menggunakan metode Mamdani. Tujuan utamanya merupakan buat menentukan nilai kelembaban tanah serta suhu sekitarnya, yang nantinya diolah buat menghasilkan pola penyiraman yang sempurna buat tumbuhan, tepat pada kondisinya. Pada sistem ini, hasil pemantauan (output monitoring) akan ditampilkan di SCADA Haiwell, serta penyiraman otomatis nantinya akan dikendalikan memakai metode Logika Fuzzy

Abstract

Technological developments in this increasingly rapid modern era are widely used in various sectors, one of which is in the industrial sector. In the industrial era 4.0, of course, the development of industrial automation will be very much needed in an industry. This development clearly aims to ensure the quality of production results, reduce production downtime and reduce human labor costs so that the production process is faster and more efficient. In this thesis proposal, a method for designing and making a monitoring system prototype in the packaging area of industrial salt production is written using Outseal PLC and Haiwell HMI. The work process in this system is monitoring work in the packaging area and processing production recaps. All of these systems were processed using the Outseal Nano V 5.2 PLC and programmed in the Outseal Studio software and displayed by HMI Haiwell. The results of the monitoring system implementation are aims to help for operator and staff to exercise control over the packaging area and increase efficiency in the industrial salt factory area.

Abstract

Project construction is a series of activities that must be completed in accordance with a project contract and also at a pre-agreed cost. The important point for project completion is the accuracy in accordance with the estimate, the use of costs according to the budget while maintaining quality. However, project implementation often encountered obstacles so that the completion time stalled. The impact of late completion of this project is not only in terms of time, but has an impact on the use of costs which ultimately erodes the profit margin of a project. This is what is being faced in the Lau Simeme Dam Development Project which is an Operational Cooperation (KSO) between PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) and PT Bumi Karsa. This project costs Rp. 733 billion which began on December 22, 2017 and is estimated to be completed on April 7, 2022. The research data was taken as of December 2020, where according to the plan the project should have been completed 52.90%, but in fact it was only 13.92% completed. Based on this phenomenon, researchers conducted a research in order to solve the problem of delays and budget waste using the Earned Value Analysis approach. The results showed that there was a delay in project construction resulting in a setback in project completion with an estimated addition ( Estimated Completion Date) of 1,294 days. Due to the delay in project completion, there was an additional cost of 1.760 billion or in other words, the project cost was Rp. 665 billion while the RAB is only 663 billion. This cut the previously planned margin of 70.051 billion to 68.290 billion. In order to overcome delays in project completion, it can be done by holding work shifts,

Abstract

PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a company under the auspices of Pupuk Indonesia Persero which has the main task of supplying subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers to all regions of Indonesia. To maintain the stability of fertilizers in the Indonesian market, a reliable electrical system is needed so as not to disrupt the production process. The electrical power system at the factory is very prone to disturbances, both short 3-phase interruptions, overload and phase to ground. If this interference cannot be minimized, it can cause damage to the installed equipment. To minimize the above conditions, it is necessary to have a security system and adequate security equipment. One of the safeguards used by PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a protection relay located at the 1A Utility factory.In this study, the Etap Power Station version 12.6 software will be used, the application will be very helpful in calculating short circuits that occur on 6 KV Busbars and 400 V Busbars. With the help of this software, we can analyze the ability of the Bus to short circuit disturbances. From the calculation results obtained, it shows that the busbar bracing ability and the capacity of the circuit breaker installed in the electrical system of PT. Is Petrokimia Gresik still good enough to withstand the existing disturbances.

Abstract

Arus awal pada saat motor induksi dijalankan dapat mencapai 5 – 7 kali arus nominal. Arus yang besar akan menghasilkan panas yang besar pula, panas ini dapat merusak motor itu sendiri dan tujuan penelitian ini agar dapat mencari metode pengasutan yang tepat untuk mengurangi arus start yang besar pada motor. Pengasutan pada motor induksi 3 fasa mempunyai beberapa metode yaitu Direct On Line (DOL), star-delta, auto trafo dan soft starter. Untuk dapat mengetahui arus start motor dapat menggunakan metode simulasi dengan software ETAP Power Station. Dari hasil simulasi yang dilakukan menggunakan ETAP didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut, untuk metode pengasutan direct on line (DOL) diperoleh arus start sebesar 2807,9 A atau 5,25 kali arus nominal dan voltage dip pada bus sebesar 14,88%. Untuk metode star-delta diperoleh arus start 1039,2 A atau 2,12 kali arus nominal dan voltage dip pada bus sebesar 5,51%. Untuk metode auto trafo diperoleh arus start sebesar 790,2 A atau 1,61 kali arus nominal dan voltage dip sebesar 4,19%. Dan untuk metode soft starter diperoleh arus start sebesar 1708 A atau 3,5 kali arus nominal dan voltage dip sebesar 9,08%.
