Good and bad are simple because they have meanings that indicate a situation. The meaning of good and bad can also be understood generally and naturally so that it is considered a normal thing, but behind that the words good and bad have a very broad meaning. In Arabic, good is khair. Good can also be said to be something that has reached perfection and can also be said to be something that gives rise to feelings of joy, satisfaction, harmony and so on. On the other hand, bad actions are the opposite of good things, humans can be said to be good when they do not do bad things. Good and bad have a measure to be able to judge human actions. And there are also schools of thought about good and bad such as hedonism, naturalism, vitalism, eudemonism, utilitarianism and deontology. Abstract

Human resources in a company is a valuable asset that needs attention to achieve maximum performance so that company goals are achieved. Satisfied employees will affect their performance. There is still a lack of research on the relationship between internal and external factors and job satisfaction and human resource performance, particularly regarding the current popular topic of work-life balance and what young employees want from their jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic leadership, Islamic work environment, Islamic work motivation, and work-life balance on employee satisfaction and performance at Islamic banks. This study used a quantitative approach with a sampling, namely simple random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 41 respondents. Data analysis techniques use SEM-PLS using SmartPLS to manage data. The results showed that Islamic leadership variables greatly influence employee job satisfaction, work environment variables, work-life balance, and work motivation have a small influence on job satisfaction. In contrast, job satisfaction variables have a large influence on employee performance. The findings of this study are anticipated to be an assessment of Islamic bank stakeholders' attention to their human resources to maximize job satisfaction and performance and hasten the achievement of the company's objectives. The construction of a supportive Islamic workplace environment and work-life balance are issues that require consideration to promote employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) among eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Telukjambe Barat. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students totaling 235 students, with a sample of 148 students determined using the Slovin formula and the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 26, including validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistical analysis, normality testing, linearity testing, and regression analysis through curve estimation. The results showed that learning facilities were in the moderate category with a percentage of 72%. The learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education were also in the moderate category with a percentage of 61%. The regression analysis indicated that learning facilities did not have a significant effect on PAI learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.099 (>0.05) and a coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.021. This indicates that learning facilities contribute only 2.1% to learning outcomes, while 97.9% are influenced by other factors such as learning motivation, the role of teachers, family environment, learning interest, learning media, and student discipline. Therefore, learning facilities are not the main factor influencing PAI learning outcomes among eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Telukjambe Barat.
