Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang menunjukkan ketidakstabilan pada jumlah penonton dan menarik minat menonton pada Bioskop Cinema XXI Transmart Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kajian tentang lokasi, persepsi harga, kualitas layanan, dan minat menonton. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Bioskop Cinema XXI Transmart Pangkalpinang berada pada kategori baik. Hasil pengujian analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan hasil positif dari seluruh variabel yang ada. Sedangkan pada uji t dan uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokasi, persepsi harga dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menonton di Bioskop Cinema XXI Transmart Pangkalpinang. Hasil analisis determinasi koefisien (R2) menunjukkan nilai angka Adjust R Square yaitu 0,587 atau 58,7%. Hal tersebut berarti variasi variabel minat menonton dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lokasi, persepsi harga dan kualitas layanan sebesar 58,7% dan sisanya 41,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang ada diluar variabel penelitian

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze studies on EWOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth), Viral Marketing, and buying interest, This research method uses descriptive research. The method used is quantitative method. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. This result showed that the Pawon Steak Pangkalpinang was in the good category. The results of multiple regression analysis testing showed positive result for all existing variables. While the t test and f test show that the EWOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) and Viral Marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Pawon Steak Pangkalpinang

Abstract

Penyuluh merupakan orang yang memberi petunjuk berupa bimbingan, arahan kepada orang lain sehingga orang tersebut mampu memahami informasi yang ada di Vihara. Penyuluh agama diharapkan mampu memberi pengayoman dan bertindak sebagai teman baik, mampu memenuhi kebutuhan umat dalam pelayanan keagamaan. Agama menjadi pedoman masyarakat untuk menjadi manusia yang lebih baik. Praktek agama menjadi tolak ukur baik tidaknya seseorang dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Hal tersebut yang menyebabkan agama memiliki peran dominan dalam membentuk dan menciptakan kondisi yang baik dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

This research departs from the large number of social media users as a means for carrying out marketing activities. And it also aims to explore the impact of vloggers on customer interest in the products being marketed. Specifically, this research examines whether attitudes towards vlogger recommendations have an impact on attitudes towards brand advertising, and what effect it has on consumer purchasing intentions. This research applies a mono cross-sectional quantitative analysis method. Data collection was assisted using surveys through questionnaires distributed to predetermined samples. Vloggers have quite a big impact on customer perceptions because of their closeness to customers who often describe vloggers as friends and respect their opinions. This study shows that what is important is not the benefits they provide. felt from the information obtained from the vlog. The strongest relationship in this research is attitudes towards vloggers and attitudes towards brands which emphasize content creators in building brand awareness. This article provides a clear picture of the exploration of the impact of vloggers on customer perceptions.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh panti asuhan Yatim dan Dhuafa Muhammadiyah Belitung Timur. diketahui terdapat empat permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pengurus serta anak-anak panti asuhan, yaitu: Keterbatasan Skill dalam Pembuatan Produk Kuliner, belum mampu melakukan pengemasan yang menarik, belum mengetahui cara pemasaran produk yang menarik serta belum mampu menyusun atau menggunakan aplikasi pembuatan laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh panti asuhan tersebut maka pengabdi merumuskan solusi yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengasah kemampuan para penghuni panti asuhan. Pelatihan kewirausahaan diwujudkan melalui pelatihan pembuatan produk yang bernilai jual sehingga bisa menambah pemasukan panti asuhan untuk kegiatan operasional. Pelatihan pencatatan keuangan sederhana dan pembekalan pencatatan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi, serta pemberian buku saku sebagai pedoman pencatatan keuangan sederhana dan pencatatan keuangan usaha dalam aplikasi smart phone. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya Peningkatan life skill dan Job Preparation bagi Penghuni panti setelah mereka meningggalkan panti nantinya. Kata Kunci: life skill, Job Preparation, Kewirausahaan, Kuliner, Laporan keuangan Abstract This activity was motivated by the problems faced by the Orphan orphanage and Dhuafa Muhammadiyah East Belitung. it is known that there are four main problems faced by the management and children of the orphanage, namely: Limited Skills in Making Culinary Products, not being able to do attractive packaging, not knowing how to market attractive products and not being able to compile or use financial report making applications. Based on the problems faced by the orphanage, the service provider formulates solutions that need to be done to hone the abilities of the orphanage residents. Entrepreneurship training is realized through training on making products that are of selling value so that they can increase the income of orphanages for operational activities. Simple financial recording training and financial recording debriefing using the application, as well as providing pocketbooks as a guide for simple financial recording and business financial recording in smart phone applications. This training is carried out as an effort to improve life skills and Job Preparation for nursing home residents after they leave the home later. Abstract

Tourism has become one of the industries capable of accelerating economic growth. This is evident from its role in providing employment, increasing income and living standards, and stimulating other productive sectors, making tourism a vital contributor to Indonesia's economy. This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of accessibility, facilities, and tourist attractions on tourists' revisit intention to Temberan Beach, Bangka Regency. A quantitative approach was used, involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The independent variables in this study are accessibility, facilities, and tourist attractions, while the dependent variable is revisit intention. Data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis with t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the multiple linear regression analysis yielded the equation: Y = 1.732 + 0.705X₁ + 0.472X₂ + 0.666X₃. Partially, the variables of accessibility and tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, while the facilities variable has a positive but not significant effect. Simultaneously, accessibility, facilities, and tourist attractions have a positive and significant influence on tourists' revisit intention to Temberan Beach. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 88.9%, indicating that the variables studied explain 88.9% of the variation in revisit intention, with the remaining 11.1% influenced by other factors not included in this study.
