Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze of the Influence of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness on Customer Loyalty at E-commerce Shopee in the COVID-19 Pandemic. The research methodology is a quantitative method with cross-section data and primary data obtained from questionnaire distribution. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with data in 2020. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression by conducting validity test, reliability test, model stability test, linearity test, normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and test of t-statistic hypothesis and f-statistic on test significance of impact together with 5% significance level The results of this study indicate in partial variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness have a positive impact and significant on Customer Loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee. Meanwhile, the independent variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness collectively have a significant relationship with the dependent variable of Costumer Loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee. The Coefficient of determination of this research equally to 84,42%, it means variation of the independent variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness can explain the variations of the rise and fall of the dependent variable of Customer Loyalty on E-Commerce Shopee by 84,42%, while the rest of 15,58%, is influenced by other independent variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan layanan Digital Bank terhadap peningkatan transaksi keuangan pada generasi milenial di Kota Depok. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi finansial dan preferensi masyarakat terhadap kemudahan akses layanan perbankan, bank digital semakin diminati oleh generasi milenial yang mengutamakan efisiensi dan kenyamanan. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 200 responden generasi milenial berusia 21-40 tahun yang merupakan pengguna aktif layanan bank digital. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh variabel independen (kemudahan akses, fitur keamanan, dan fleksibilitas transaksi) terhadap variabel dependen (peningkatan jumlah dan frekuensi transaksi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan transaksi generasi milenial. Kemudahan akses memiliki pengaruh terbesar, diikuti oleh fleksibilitas transaksi dan fitur keamanan. Kesimpulannya, Digital Bank memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan transaksi generasi milenial, di mana kemudahan akses yang ditawarkan oleh platform perbankan digital menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan aktivitas transaksi keuangan mereka. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengembangan fitur tambahan yang lebih personalisasi sesuai kebutuhan generasi milenial serta peningkatan literasi digital keuangan di kalangan masyarakat muda. Kata Kunci: Digital Bank, Generasi Milenial, Transaksi Keuangan, Kota Depok, Teknologi Finansial Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of Digital Bank services on increasing financial transactions among the millennial generation in Depok City. Along with the development of financial technology and public preferences for easy access to banking services, digital banks are increasingly in demand by the millennial generation who prioritize efficiency and convenience. In this study, data werecollected through a survey of 200 millennial respondents aged 21-40 years who are active users of digital banking services. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect of independent variables (ease of access, security features, and transaction flexibility) on the dependent variable (increase in the number and frequency of transactions). The results of the study show that all independent variables have a significant effect on increasing millennial transactions. Ease of access has the greatest influence, followed by transaction flexibility and security features. In conclusion, Digital Bank has a positive impact on increasing millennial transactions, where the ease of access offered by the digital banking platform is a key factor in increasing their financial transaction activities. The suggestion from this study is the need to develop additional features that are more personalized according to the needs of the millennial generation and increase digital financial literacy among young people.
