Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze of the Influence of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness on Customer Loyalty at E-commerce Shopee in the COVID-19 Pandemic. The research methodology is a quantitative method with cross-section data and primary data obtained from questionnaire distribution. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method with data in 2020. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression by conducting validity test, reliability test, model stability test, linearity test, normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and test of t-statistic hypothesis and f-statistic on test significance of impact together with 5% significance level The results of this study indicate in partial variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness have a positive impact and significant on Customer Loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee. Meanwhile, the independent variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness collectively have a significant relationship with the dependent variable of Costumer Loyalty at E-Commerce Shopee. The Coefficient of determination of this research equally to 84,42%, it means variation of the independent variables of reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness can explain the variations of the rise and fall of the dependent variable of Customer Loyalty on E-Commerce Shopee by 84,42%, while the rest of 15,58%, is influenced by other independent variables.

Abstract

Property prices are getting higher and higher, making it difficult for people to buy them. One factor that determines the purchase of a property or house is the quality of its products, services, and the level of income of the surrounding community. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, credit service, and community income levels on home purchase decisions in Griya Artha Rancabango, Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive associative research. The population and sample in this study are buyers and potential buyers of Griya Artha Rancabango. The results showed that it can be concluded that the quality of the product (X1 ) has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision (Y) of the house. That the service (X 2 ) has a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision (Y) of the house. That the level of consumer income (X 3 ) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) houses. that the level of product quality (X1 ), service (X2 ), and consumer income (X3 ) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) Griya Artha Rancabango.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine differences in stock prices, stock trading volume, and stock returns before and after stock splits in companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The research data is daily data for the 2018-2022 period. The population in the study were all companies listed on the IDX that carried out stock splits in the 2018-2022 period. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Of the 41 companies that did stock splits, 33 companies that met the criteria were sampled. This study used SPSS version 25. The method of analysis in this study used a paired difference test with observations 5 days before and 5 days after the stock split. The results of statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed that there were significant differences between stock trading volume and stock returns before and after the stock split. Still, there were no significant differences in stock prices before and after the stock split.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan tulang punggung ekonomi lokal yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Indonesia. Namun, pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Margasari menghadapi tantangan dalam hal akses pasar, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan inovasi produk. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM Margasari melalui pelatihan pemasaran digital, pendampingan teknologi, dan pengembangan produk berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui seminar, workshop, dan mentoring intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap strategi pemasaran digital, penggunaan media sosial dan marketplace, serta kemampuan berinovasi dalam produk dan layanan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis digital yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan masyarakat. Melalui pendidikan yang berkualitas, masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup, mengurangi kemiskinan, dan menciptakan peluang ekonomi yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini akan secara mendalam menganalisis tentang optimalisasi strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui Google Scholar dalam rentang tahun 2013-2023. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) pendidikan memegang peranan kunci dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Berbagai strategi, seperti pemberian pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berkualitas bagi para guru dan tenaga pendidik, peningkatan kualitas kurikulum, pengembangan pemimpin pendidikan, dan peningkatan fasilitas belajar, semuanya berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan, akibatnya, kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.
