Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneouslyquality of mobile banking services and level of confidence in customer satisfactionBank NTB Syariah, Sumbawa Branch. This research is descriptive researchquantitative. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the resultsdistributing questionnaires to customers of Bank NTB Syariah, Sumbawa Branch.The sample in the study was 100 respondents who were user customersBank NTB Syariah Sumbawa Branch mobile banking service. Data analysis methodused is multiple linear regression which includes partial test, simultaneous test, and testthe coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially and simultaneouslyservice quality and customer trust level have a positive and significant effectto customer satisfaction of users of mobile banking services. Apart from that, abilityindependent variable in explaining the dependent variable based on the value of Adjusted R Square76.9% and the remaining 23.1% is influenced by other variables that are notdiscussed in this study.

Abstract

Kepuasan masyarakat terhadap suatu pelayanan yang ada pada suatu instansi dapat mencapai tingkat yang lebih maksimal apabila suatu pelayanan dikelola dengan profesional. Kepuasan masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain kualitas pelayanan, kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja. Kepuasan pelanggan atas kualitas pelayanan saling berkaitan satu dengan yang lainnya. Kualitas pelayanan akan menentukan seberapa besar kepuasan masyarakat dan mencerminkan kinerja dari pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat kecamatan Brang ene Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang masyarakat dan yang pernah mendapatkan pelayanan di Kantor Camat Brang Ene. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara langsung. serta hasilnya dianalisis dengan analisis SEM (Struktural Equation Modeling) dengan pendekatan Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kualitas pelayanan di kecamatan Brang Ene tergolong baik, namun beberapa indikator yang perlu diperbaiki adalah Pegawai Kantor Camat Brang Ene dapat memberikan layanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan warga. 2) Kinerja pegawai memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di kantor camat Brang Ene 3) Disiplin kerja memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di kantor camat Brang Ene.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh jaringan tata kelola dalam meningkatkan efektifitas penyusunan LPPD di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang mengolah data berdasarkan sampel dari suatu populasi yang kemudian akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode statistik tertentu. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para kasubbag pengembangan program atau perangkat yang menangani LPPD, perencana, tim penyusun LPPD kabupaten sebanyak 60 responden. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS merupakan persamaan yang termasuk dalam bidang Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel manajemen permainan indikator yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyusunan LPPD adalah komitmen pimpinan terkait keterlibatan ketua OPD dalam pemenuhan data (KP4), indikator koordinasi dan indikator team building. Sedangkan variabel indikator penataan jaringan dalam jaringan pemerintahan yang meliputi penjangkauan, sekretariat bersama dan dukungan anggaran berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas penyusunan LPPD di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems and solutions to halal certification services in Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all business actors who were accompanied and facilitated by halal certificates in Sumbawa Regency, totaling 723 business actors. Seeing that the number of business actors who have been assisted and facilitated with halal certificates in Sumbawa Regency is relatively large, so it is not possible for researchers to study all the elements in the population, the researchers chose 20% of the total population as representatives to be the sample so that the number of respondents in this study was 145 people. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Halal Center of Sumbawa Regency has served halal certificate applicants well, although there are several aspects that still require improvement. In each service element, there are problems faced in implementing the halal certification program in Sumbawa Regency. However, the Halal Center of Sumbawa Regency focuses its attention on efforts to provide the best possible service to the community so that it can provide the right solution to overcome these problems. This aims to foster a sense of trust and satisfaction in the community as service users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisa potensi kebangkrutan PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk tahun 2019-2022 dengan metode Altman Z-Score modifikasi serta variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Tujuan penelitian ini terdiri atas; 1. Mengetahui dan memahami kondisi tingkat kebangkrutan pada perusahaan PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Periode 2019-2022 dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score modifikasi. 2. Mengetahui dan menganalisa hubungan variabel Z-Score (Net Working Capital To Total Assets, Retained Earning To Total Assets, Earning Before Interest and Tax To Total Assets, dan Total Equity to Total Debt Ratio) terhadap tingkat kebangkrutan PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif campuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk selama 4 (empat) tahun periode penelitian berada dalam kategori kebangkrutan “ZONA AMAN” karena memiliki Z-Score di atas 2,60 (Z>2.60). Dengan hasil Z-Score masing-masing yaitu pada tahun 2019, PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk memiliki nilai Z-Score sebesar 3.76, kemudian tahun 2020 memiliki nilai Z-Score yaitu 5.13, tahun 2021 memiliki nilai Z-Score 5.90, dan tahun 2022 memiliki nilai Z-Score adalah 4.88. Variable Net Working Capital To Total Assets (x1), Retained Earning To Total Assets (x2),, Earning Before Interest and Tax To Total Assets(x3), dan Total Equity to Total Debt Ratio (x4), memiliki pengaruh positif dalam mencegah kebangkrutan PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perusahaan PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk tahun 2019-2022 tidak mengalami kebangkrutan dan variabel x1, x2, x3, dan x4 memiliki pengaruh positif dalam mencegah kebangkrutan perusahaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see how the form of strategic innovation carried out by STIE Bima in increasing Student Entrepreneurship at the College of Economics (STIE) Bima. The research focused on SMT VII students as a research sample with the consideration that these students had participated in the entire series of Entrepreneurial activities organized by the Bima College of Economics. From the results of the qualitative analysis, it was found that there were three strategic innovations carried out by STIE Bima in increasing the Entrepreneurship of its students, namely Entrepreneur Courses, Entrepreneur Events, and Entrepreneur KKN-T. From the results of the SWOT analysis, the three programs are in diagram I which means they contain alternative strategies that are, STIE Bima can take advantage of existing opportunities by optimizing their strengths or strengths as an effort to increase student entrepreneurshipThis research was conducted to see how the form of strategic innovation carried out by STIE Bima in increasing Student Entrepreneurship at the College of Economics (STIE) Bima.
