Abstract

Housing and Settlement is one of the basic human needs in order to improve people's welfare and equity . No real problems facing aspects develops regardless of the dynamics of public life and government policy in managing existing problems . In addressing the issue of housing and settlements , each process is implemented gradually through the stages of the preparation , planning , implementation , management , maintenance , and development . The software has been created it can be used to solve decision-making to some alternative decisions to be taken with some of the criteria that will be taken into consideration by using Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making to get a decision alternative with the highest priority as an optimal alternative . The software has been created it can be used to solve the decision to seek the determination of the optimal location for residential development based on criteria SNI 03-1733-2004 . From the test results it can be concluded that by using Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making can be set on locating residential development consisting of three integral alternative location . Integral is the location of diagnosis results obtained optimal location , with a degree of optimism either 0 , 0.5 and 1

Abstract

Transformator distribusi listrik memiliki peran penting mengubah tegangan tinggi menjadi tegangan rendah sesuai untuk konsumen. Transformator ini beroperasi terus-menerus selama 24 jam dalam pendistribusian listrik. Terutama saat mendistribusikan tegangan ekstra tinggi, pengawasan diperlukan untuk menjaga keamanan dan kinerja. Metode Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) digunakan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dan potensi kerusakan pada transformator. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada Januari, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) 372 jam dengan 2 kegagalan, sementara di Juni hanya 1 kegagalan. Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) pada Januari 1,03 jam dengan 2 perbaikan, sedangkan di Juni hanya 1 perbaikan dengan 0,8 jam. Failure Rate Januari 0,269%, Juni 0,139%. Keandalan transformator selama 6 bulan terakhir 99,94% dan akan berkurang. Ketersediaan dalam 6 bulan terakhir 99,94%, namun akan menurun. Maintainability cenderung lebih rendah dan akan semakin menurun. Analisis merekomendasikan ganti transformator dalam 1,77 tahun mendatang karena Maintainability semakin menurun. Meski umumnya digunakan 5-10 tahun, tingkat Maintainability mempengaruhi penggunaan efektif dalam distribusi listrik.

Abstract

Electricity distribution transformers have an important role in converting high voltage into low voltage suitable for consumers. These transformers operate continuously for 24 hours in the distribution of electricity. Especially when distributing extra high voltage, supervision is required to maintain safety and performance. The Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) method is used to analyze the effectiveness and potential damage to the transformer. The analysis results show that in January, the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) was 372 hours with 2 failures, while in June only 1 failure. Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) in January 1.03 hours with 2 repairs, while in June only 1 repair with 0.8 hours. Failure Rate January 0.269%, June 0.139%. Transformer reliability over the last 6 months is 99.94% and will decrease. Availability in the last 6 months is 99.94%, but will decrease. Maintainability tends to be lower and will decrease further. The analysis recommends replacing the transformer in the next 1,77 years as the ease of repair is decreasing. Although generally used for 5-10 years, the level of ease of repair affects the effective use in electricity distribution.

Abstract

This study aims to predict carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) levels as indicators of air quality using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method with a 21-20-7 architecture. Data was collected over 28 days using the AQMSense device, with the first 21 days used for training and the remaining 7 days for testing. The results show that the ANN model effectively recognizes historical data patterns, indicated by a regression value close to 1. The prediction accuracy reached 89.96% for CO and 95.84% for CO2, demonstrating strong model performance. ANN proves to be an effective tool for daily air quality prediction and holds potential as a decision-support system for air pollution mitigation
