Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) melalui pendidikan merupakan amanat dari Undang-Undang Pendidikan, yang harus diimplementasikan di berbagai jalur pendidikan. Guru sebagai ujung tombak pendidikan dituntut untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan profesionalisme serta kualitas kinerja mereka. Namun, proses penilaian kinerja guru di SMK Akademik Bani Agung masih dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Office, yang memiliki berbagai kelemahan seperti ketidakakuratan, rawan human error, dan kurangnya transparansi. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi penilaian kinerja guru berbasis web menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam penilaian kinerja guru. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel dengan basis data MySQL dan mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk proses inferensi dan defuzzifikasi penilaian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini memiliki tingkat akurasi 99.9999999991175% dalam menghasilkan penilaian kinerja guru, sehingga dapat diandalkan dalam proses evaluasi kinerja di lingkungan SMK Akademik Bani Agung.

Abstract

Election monitoring is a crucial aspect of ensuring the integrity and fairness of the electoral process. This article discusses the implementation of election monitoring methods for the 2024 elections with a focus on technology and community participation. Methods used include technology-based monitoring, volunteer training, and cooperation between monitoring agencies and the community. Findings indicate that the application of technology and direct community involvement can enhance transparency and accountability in elections. The study provides recommendations for strengthening monitoring systems in future elections. Keywords: Election Monitoring, Technology, Community Participation, Transparency, Accountability

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To determine the application of management functions in MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Academic Year 2018/2019. 2) To find out the quality of the teaching staff at the MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Academic Year 2018/2019. 3) To find out whether there is an influence of the application of the management function to the improvement of the quality of the MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung educators in 2018/2019 Academic Year. 4) To find out how much influence the application of the management function to the improvement of the quality of the MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung teacher education year 2018/2019. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with data analysis using simple linear regression. After analyzing the data, it was found that (1) the application of management functions at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung was very good. (2) The quality of the teaching staff at MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung is very good. (3) There is an effect of the application of management functions on improving the quality of MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung's teaching staff. (4) the influence of the application of management functions on improving the quality of MA al-Amiriyyah Blokagung's teaching staff by 55.5%.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide information and education to families about the basic principles of Islamic financial planning. The target subjects of this activity are the residents of Purasari Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. The community service program is carried out using a Community-Based Research (CBR) approach, a research-based service method centered on the community. This method involves four stages: establishing a foundation, research planning, data collection and analysis, and action based on findings. The results of this community service indicate an increase in public understanding of the importance of financial planning that aligns with Islamic principles. This initiative has shown that understanding and applying Islamic financial principles are essential to family welfare. The implementation of Islamic financial planning not only enhances financial awareness but also promotes more ethical and responsible financial practices. It is hoped that these efforts will improve the community's quality of life and help them achieve sustainable economic goals.
