Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memproduksi konten berita fitur berbasis virtual reality, khususnya pembuatan video virtual tour 360° di Museum Monumen Perjuangan Rakyat Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi langsung, wawancara informan kunci, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melibatkan reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data, serta memastikan keabsahan data dengan ketekunan, triangulasi, dan referensi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tahap-tahap produksi konten, termasuk pra-produksi yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan persiapan peralatan, produksi yang mencakup pencahayaan dan pengambilan gambar, pasca-produksi dengan proses pengeditan gambar dan suara, serta hambatan produksi seperti kurangnya pencahayaan dan masalah stop kontak yang tidak berfungsi di dalam museum. Penelitian ini melibatkan koordinator tour guide museum sebagai informan kunci, dan kontennya dipublikasikan di media sosial YouTube serta dapat dinikmati melalui headset virtual reality.

Abstract

This study aims to interpret the conditions of bullying as depicted in the photobook "Bully", exploring the symbolic and aesthetic elements used to represent the psychological and emotional dimensions of bullying. Utilizing a qualitative, interpretative approach, the research employs visual analysis and symbolic interpretation to uncover the deeper meanings conveyed through the photobook's imagery. The analysis focuses on how visual elements such as lighting, composition, and perspective reflect the dynamics of power, fear, isolation, and resilience within the context of bullying. The study is grounded in the Social-Ecological Model and Cognitive-Behavioral Theory, which provide frameworks for understanding the multifaceted nature of bullying and the cognitive distortions experienced by both victims and perpetrators. Results reveal that shadows in the images symbolize the psychological distress and cognitive distortions faced by victims and bullies, while light represents hope, resilience, and the potential for cognitive and emotional recovery. The photobook effectively captures the complex interplay between individual experiences and social influences, illustrating how both victims and bullies are affected by and respond to their environments. The findings underscore the importance of addressing both psychological and social factors in bullying interventions and highlight the photobook's role as a powerful medium for visualizing and understanding these dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Instagram social media management on improving the reputation of the West Bandung Regency Government. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman analysis model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the management of the Instagram account @prokompim_kbb is aimed at building and enhancing the positive image of the West Bandung Regency Government. The strategies employed are based on Chris Heuer's 4C theory, namely: Context, Communications, Collaborations, and Connections. First, context plays a crucial role in message formation, specifically how narratives and captions are crafted using appropriate and effective language to align with the information being conveyed. Second, communications emphasize the importance of internal communication before content is published to ensure the content and purpose of the message are consistent. Third, collaborations are carried out through cooperation between the @prokompim_kbb admin and all regional and village government agencies in producing relevant content. Fourth, connections are established by forming WhatsApp groups and conducting technical guidance sessions with social media administrators at the regional and village levels to strengthen communication networks and social media management capabilities. Overall, social media management based on the 4C concept has proven effective in supporting efforts to enhance the reputation of local governments through digital platforms.
