Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) to the organizational commitment and work performance of the Midwife of Public Health Centre in Banyumas Regency. Central Java, Indonesia. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The sample of this study were 243 midwives with the following criteria: minimum education D3 midwifery, minimum working period of one year and minimum age of 22 years. The data analysis technique uses SEM AMOS. Model fit is shown by good and significant goodness of fit results. The results showed that indicators of organizational commitment consisting of affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment were able to explain the construct of organizational commitment. Work performance indicators consisting of work performance, contextual performance, adaptive performance and productive work performance can explain the construct of work performance. The construct of organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on the construct of work performance.

Abstract

Reality that occurs related to the role of the environment in shaping the learner's personality is largely incompatible with the concept of humanistic education. The implications of the negative environmental role have an impact on moral degradation. Moral degradation of students includes free sex, crime, loss of respect to educators, and the loss of moral values ​​in students. There are external and internal factors in the emergence of moral degradation students. The existence of humanistic education is as a fortress to prevent moral degradation. The focus of this study is on the concept of humanism education, the influence of humanism education on students' social interaction, the humanism education in the perspective of Al-Isra: 70, and the implementation of humanism education according to Al-Isra: 70 in the education of learners. This research is formed through library research with content analysis approach. The researcher finds that  activities carried out by students in the learning process based on norm in  the rules on educational institution. The activity can be formed as social interactions to develop character, abilities and talents. That are possessed by students formed on Pancasila and religious values.

Abstract

This article discusses the relevance of Hamka's thought in Tafsir al-Azhar pertaining to global issues in modern life. Hamka is an Indonesian Muslim scholar who is well recognized. He is a modernist interpreter who writes his tafsir in Indonesian. With a descriptive-analytical method, this study reveals the contribution of Hamka's thinking in the three most challenging global domains in Muslim scholarship on issues of social justice, gender equality and religious plurality. From his thoughts it can be concluded: First, in the realm of social justice; according to Hamka, all humans have the same rights and degrees in the social and legal perspective. Second, in the realm of gender equality; men and women have equal right and there is no difference in the realm of humanity. Third, in the realm of religious plurality, Hamka believes that there is plurality in diversity. Therefore, tolerance is a necessity for every human being. The three themes carried by Hamka are based on the teachings of Islam that are very concerned about human values. Hamka's interpretation above confirms the teachings of Islam which are apropriate for all times.

Abstract

Abstract

In the increasingly evolving digital era, digital marketing is an important element for businesses to build brand awareness, increase sales, and expand market reach. By using various online platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and websites, companies can reach consumers directly, provide relevant content, and monitor and analyze campaign results in real-time. Cepoko Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City, is one of the areas that has many MSME actors with quality products. However, most of them still experience obstacles in marketing their products. This seminar was carried out through two steps, namely observation and interviews where we collected data obtained from the head of RT, the head of MSMEs, and several MSME actors in Cepoko village. The next step is to arrange a seminar by bringing in speakers to provide an explanation of digital marketing at the Cepoko Village Hall.The purpose of holding this seminar is to provide insight to Cepoko Village MSMEs on how to market digital marketing and look for business opportunities in social media.

Abstract

This article discusses the ethics of criticizing the government in Thaha's letter verses 43-48 from the perspective of Buya Hamka and Sheikh Wahbah az-Zuhaili. This is based on the thoughts of Buya Hamka and Wahbah who provide different examples of the ethics of criticizing the government. This article will compare thoughts on the ethics of government criticism between Buya Hamka and Wahbah az-Zuhaili in their respective interpretations. The method used in this article is comparative descriptive, namely explaining the differences and similarities between the interpretations of the two commentators.  The findings reveal that there are similarities as well as differences between the interpretations of Buya Hamka and Wahbah az-Zuhaili. The similarities found in the two interpretations are the meaning of the characteristics of mastery that goes beyond limits, the meaning of the technique of hitting with soft language, the content of the criticism conveyed by Musa Harun to Pharaoh, as well as the validity of the criticism conveyed by both of them to Pharaoh. The difference in the two interpretations is the style of language used by both of them in explaining the characteristics of those in authority and when hitting them using gentle language, then the meaning contained in fear when hitting people with high power, also presents different supporting data.

Abstract

This article examines the practice of reciting surah al-Insyirah and surah al-Ikhlas of the congregation of the Miftahul Huda Mosque Domerto Munjungan Trenggalek, East Java. The focus of this article is to examine the reception of the Qur'an in the recitation of surah al-Insyirah and surah al-Ikhlas of the congregation of the Miftahul Huda Mosque Domerto Munjungan, Trenggalek, East Java. The formulation of the problem in this study is, 1) how is the ritual of reading surah al-Insyirah and surah al-Ikhlas, 2) how is the meaning of the congregation according to the sociological theory of knowledge of Karl Mannheim, 3) how is its transmission and transformation. This article is a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. The tools used for data collection are interviews with 12 people, observations carried out 4 times and a literature review. This article also uses Karl Mannheim's theory of sociology of knowledge. After the researchers conducted the research, it can be concluded that the congregation of the Miftahul Huda Mosque Domerto Munjungan Trenggalek routinely performs the practice of reciting surah al-Insyirah and surah al-Ikhlas. First, this reading is done every Monday night after the congregational Isha' prayer. Second, the meaning contained is divided into 3 meanings, the first meaning is the objective meaning where in this meaning the Miftahul Huda mosque congregation understands the practice of reading Surah al-Insyirah and Surah al-Ikhlas as routine activities carried out every Monday night. The second meaning is expressive meaning that can be seen from the congregation's response to the practice of reciting surah al-Insyirah and surah al-Ikhlas as a means of friendship between others, a form of connecting ties of brotherhood, as a means of increasing devotion to Allah, and is believed to be able to carry out all their affairs. . The last meaning is the documentary meaning which can be seen that this practice is a culture that is ingrained and cannot be released for the congregation. Third, the process of transmission and transformation can be seen from several hadiths that explain it. The transmission process of surah al-Insyirah and surah al-Ikhlas can be known through hadith narrations. In the transmission of surah al-Insyirah, the author finds the book of maraqil ubudiyah and the book of khazinat al-Asrar. While the transmission of Surah al-Ikhlas comes from the hadith of 'Aisyah ra about the habits of the Prophet Muhammad before sleeping. The transformation can be seen from the changes during the time of the Prophet Muhammad, becoming a practice that is carried out every Monday night after the Isha prayer by the congregation of the Miftahul Huda Mosque Domerto Munjungan Trenggalek.
