Abstract

Pendahuluan: Saat ini terjadi peningkatan pubertas dini pada usia anak yang sangat berpotensi terjadinya kecemasan, depresi, dan juga penyelewengan seksual . Fenomena ini dipengaruhi oleh konsumsi nutrisi khususnya lemak, usia menarche ibu, dan pengaruh media. Kesehatan reproduksi sudah menjadi tanggung jawab bersama baik tenaga kesehatan (dokter, perawat) psikolog, guru, dan juga profesional kesehatan mental (mental health professional). Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional .Sample sejumlah 53 anak . Kriteria sample adalah anak yang memasuki masa remaja khususnya yang berusia di atas 9 tahun baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan bulan Mei 2021 di SD Percobaan 2 Yogyakarta. Hasil: sebanyak 82,6% siswi memahami mengenai gambaran dari ciri-ciri masa pubertas pada perempuan dan terdapat 93,3% siswa memahami apa yang terjadi pada saat masa pubertas. Pada pemahaman perawatan organ seksual menunjukkan terdapat 95,7 % siswi dan 93,3% siswa memahami bagaimana cara perawatan jerawat yakni dengan mencuci muka dan meminum banyak air putih Diskusi: Pendidikan seksual perlu dan penting diberikan untuk menambah pengetahuan seksual pada remaja awal khususnya yang berusia 13 tahun. Remaja mendukung program tersebut dan mengungkapkan faktor pendidikan orang tua, lingkungan dan media masa saat ini juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap kematangan seksualitas remaja Kata Kunci: Anak, Kesehatan Reproduksi, Konseling

Abstract

Background: Demographic elderly population in the world has changed. The United Nation has predicted this population increase until 10% at 2050. The stimulation to increase the brain potential by excercice, give toys needed concentration, orientation both memory and visual. Brain gym is one of the stimulation to increase the brain potential especially at elderly. Method: This is descriptive analitic study by observe the brain gym activity at Elderly House of Budhi DharmaYogyakarta. There are 32 elderly join to this programm at March-April 2008. Result: Elderly who participate in this program consist of 27 respondents (84.37%), 19 person of them (59.37%) are female and junior high school education 11 (34.37%). The movemont of the brain performed on the elderly in this experiment is a cross-motion, 8 beds, abdominal breathing, activate the hands, feet swaying, pump betiss, horses, and muscle flexing movement. Gymnastic movements of the brain (brain gym) carried out for 1, 5 hours during one week. Abstract

Background: Cancer is a disease with a high mortality rate. The quality of life in children with cancer describes the potential impact of disease or treatment that affects the function or aspects of life seen from the perception of the patient. Factors affecting the quality of life include age, gender, education, occupation, risk behavior, chronic illness, mental disorders, and economic status. Objective : Know how the quality of life of children with cancer and how the relationship of age, gender, and type of cancer to the quality of life of children with cancer in Yogyakarta. Methods: The type of this research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional design. Sampling technique with the purposive sample while data collection technique with questionnaire sheet. This research was conducted at Yayasan Rumah Bunda with research instrument using PedsQL (Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory). Data analysis using Pearson and Spearman correlation test to assess bivariate relationship. Result: Age of children related to the quality of life of children with cancer. Sex of the child is not related to the quality of life of children with cancer. Types of child cancers are not related to the quality of life of cancer children. Conclusion: The relationship between the child's age, sex, and the type of cancer have a weak relationship to the quality of life in children with cancer.
