Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Price, Trust and Satisfaction on Maxim Customer Loyalty in Samarinda City. This study used a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The respondents in this study were Maxim users in Samarinda City with qualifications who had used Maxim transportation services. The independent variables used in this study were Service Quality, Price, Trust and Satisfaction. While the dependent variable in this study is Consumer Loyalty. In this study, the analysis tool used was multiple linear regression with the help of Statistical Product and Services Solutions (SPSS) software version 20. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with the equation. The results showed that service quality, price and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. While trust has no effect and is not significant on consumer loyalty. Then it can be concluded that H1, H2 and H4 are accepted while for H3 are rejected. The results also showed that service quality, price, trust and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the loyalty of Maxim customers in Samarinda City.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to establish Management Commitment (MC), human capital, knowledge, honesty, and communication, either directly or indirectly. This study used a quantitative approach with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model. The results of this study showed that: 1) Mana¬gement Commitment, accounting standards, and human capital has a positive and significant im¬pact on the quality of financial reports, 2) Accounting knowledge, Management Commitment, and human capital have a significant positive impact on the quality of communication, 3) Accounting know¬¬ledge and communication does not affect the quality of financial reports, 4) Human capital does not affect the quality of communication. It was concluded that Management Commitment, human capital, and accounting knowledge dominate the quality of the financial reports

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of ease of use, service features dan lifestyle on students' interest in using the LinkAja e-wallet payment system. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques through questionnaires with a sample of students of the Accounting Department of the Samarinda State Polytechnic. The sampling technique used in this study uses a purposive sampling technique with the Krejcie dan Morgan formula with a minimum sample of 266 respondents. In this study, the analysis tool used is the statistical method through the Statistical Product dan Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results of the study sho[[[[wed that partially the ease of use variable did not have a positive dan significant effect on students' interest in using the LinkAja e-wallet, while the variable of service features dan lifestyle had a positive dan significant effect on students' interest in using the LinkA[ja e-wallet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, fitur layanan dan gaya hidup terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem pembayaran e-wallet LinkAja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan sampel mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Samarinda. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan rumus Krejcie dan Morgan dengan sampel minimal 266 responden. Dalam penelitian ini, alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode statistik melalui program Statistical Product dan Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian variabel kemudahan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat siswa dalam menggunakan e-wallet LinkAja, sedangkan variabel fitur layanan dan gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat siswa dalam menggunakan e-wallet LinkAja.
