Abstract

This paper discusses the theory of unity in religion, according to aphilosopher and mufassir, Allamah Tabataba’i. Though the discussion in this paper is about a social union, it is diff erent from the social justice. Unity described and presented in this section is included every form of unity within the various dimensions of society and certainly had a role and impact in shaping the social unity. Unity is also seen from the dimensions of the universal beliefs of individuals and the cosmological nature of society, as what the purpose and the meaning of religion itself that is to give stability to the social community in which to live their lives will also provide stability to the lives of individuals. The most important of which is the objective dimension where he directs the whole field and the social dimension in one direction, put it all on the line so that one of the individuals themselves and are led to a component of the community and to a social purpose. This purpose in view is none other Islamic monotheism and divine knowledge or ma’rifa.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the nature of Ijtihad in the eyes of linguists and scholars of Usul Fiqh from the Sunni and Shia circles. After that, it goes to the core of the discussion, which is trying to explain what the Ahlusunnah's views regarding Ijtihad on the Prophet are, of course, accompanied by the arguments and arguments—then followed by an explanation of how the Shia perspective on the issue of the Prophet's Ijtihad. The study results show that Ijtihad on the Prophet saw is a classic issue that has been a long discussion, and each has a different view and is supported by accurate and conclusive arguments. Those who support the view that the Prophet SAW in issuing laws for an issue have used the Ra'yu and Ijtihad (Qiyas) methods, and this view is in great demand by the Ahlussunnah scholars. Of course, this view is not without solid arguments. It is even supported by arguments from the Qur'an and hadith, which are the primary basis and source for every problem. The second group argues that it is impossible for the Prophet to Ijtihad in using Qiyas and Ra'yu because everything is clear enough for the Prophet and no longer requires any effort to use Ijtihad to uncover the law of a problem. Supporters of this view are mainly formed from among scholars or scholars of Usul Fiqh of the Imamiyah Shia School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja, danproduktivitas terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Yakita Mulia Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sifat penelitian yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah menggunakan sifat asosiatif. Dalam penentuan sampel penelitian penulismenggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dimana secara otomatis jumlah sampel yangdiperoleh sebanyak 70 sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakansumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial maka pada variabelkompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan lalu pada variabelbeban kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pada variabelproduktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian secarasimultan diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi (X1), beban kerja (X2), dan produktivitas (X3) secarabersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Yakita MuliaMedan.
