Abstract

In view of Islamic teachings, everything must be done neatly, correctly and regularly, the processes must be followed properly. Something should not be done carelessly. Islamic banks as a financial institution, one of its functions is to collect public funds, must have a source to raise funds before channeling them back to the community. The aim of the research is to find out whether the products and services of Islamic banks, fundraising products, financing products and other services are in accordance with existing theories. The research method used was a literature review. The results of this study explain that Islamic bank fund management is an effort made by Islamic bank institutions in managing or managing the position of funds received from funding activities to be channeled to financing activities which are the main source of bank income. In addition, bank services are banking activities carried out by a bank to facilitate the activities of raising funds and channeling funds. The conclusion of the research is that the more complete the bank services provided, the better the bank's operations will thus attract customers to make transactions and will increase the bank's income.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how important the awareness of entrepreneurs is about the halal insurance system in the domestic food industry. that domestic foods with halal certification and containing halal brands offer positive values ​​that can expand the market, increase turnover, flexibility and business development in Rokan Hulu Riau. This research is a qualitative study with descriptive data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Researchers use data reduction, data collection, presentation, and inference to analyze data. The results of this study show that the importance of entrepreneurs' awareness of halal assurance system of the domestic food industry, awareness of halal certification significantly affects consumers' purchase interest in Rokan Hulu Riau. The Halal label provides clearer information about the product and successfully improves the quality of the product. Halal-certified Rokan Hulu Regency home food store operators experience a positive effect: first, they can more easily market their products without suspicion. Second, it can convince buyers or consumers that the products produced and sold are halal products and are suitable for consumption even for a long time. Third, continuous turnover growth, which can support entrepreneurship and business development.

Abstract

The development of technology makes digital marketing the key to MSME income. This article aims to explain the influence of digital marketing on increasing the income of MSMEs in Padang Panjang. The study used a quantitative approach. The technique used was distributing questionnaires to 100 MSME actors. Data processing using SPSS version 25 Pearson-Moment Correlation Coefficient model, analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, normality test, partial t-test, and determination test (R square ). The findings show that digital marketing has a regression coefficient of 13,204 on increasing MSME income with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 which means it has an effect on MSME income. Based on the results of the regression analysis and the coefficient of determination, the influence of digital marketing is 29.2% on increasing MSME income in Padang Panjang. It is concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of the use of digital marketing on increasing MSME income in Padang Panjang.
