Abstract

This studi aims to determine the influence of investment risk on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The population of this study were food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 55 observational data from 11 companies. Methods of data collection using documentation technique. Research data were analyzed using the regression data panel method. The result showed that the market risk variable had an insignificant positive effect on stock prices, the business risk variabel had a significant negative effect on stock prices and the financial risk variable had a significant negative effect on stock prices. While simultaneously the independent variables have a significant influence on stock prices.

Abstract

Every bank operating, including Islamic commercial banks, has the potential to experience the risk of fraud. Fraud cases that occurred in Islamic Commercial Banks from 2022 to 2024. This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia compliance indicators, measured by the Islamic Income Ratio (IIR), Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR), Islamic Investment Ratio (IsIVR), and Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR), on fraud. Secondary data sources were taken from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website, where 14 Sharia Commercial Banks submitted complete financial reports to the OJK for a three-year period. This resulted in a sample of 40 selected using a purposive sampling method. The analysis was conducted using panel data regression with Eviews 12. The results showed that IsIVR had a positive effect on fraud, while IIR, PSR, and ZPR did not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables had a positive and significant effect on fraud in Sharia Commercial Banks

Abstract

Sharia banking as a national asset grows 9.22% in 2020 in Muslim-majority countries, the aim of this research is to find out the effect of knowledge, product features and the need for the desire to use sharia banking financing and funding products in the city of Padang Panjang, which is predominantly a Muslim community. This type of descriptive quantitative research using a questionnaire technique, the population of Islamic boarding school teachers is 211 people and the research sample is 138 people, multiple linear analysis techniques. Analysis with validity, reliability and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Research results individually have no significant effect on making prospective customers use Islamic bank services, but prospective customers want to use Islamic banking services because there is a need for bank products
