Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research. Pada akhirnya hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan pengaruh perilaku konsumen dan promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui pengujian hipotesis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Medan yang mengkonsumsi produk Mie Instan Merek Sedap dengan sampel sebanyak 45 responden yang diambil dengan cara purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji instrumen dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabelitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang dihasilkan diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hasil regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Y = 2.167 + 0.355X1 + 0,356X2 + . Hasil Uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perilaku Konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen secara parsial, hal ini dapat dilihat dari sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung (3,827) > ttabel (1,68) serta variabel Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen secara parsial, hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari sig. (0,014) < 0,05 dan nilai thitung (2,577) > ttabel (1,68). Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa Fhitung (16,258) > Ftabel (3,22) pada α = 0,05 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya perilaku konsumen (X1) dan promosi (x2) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dapat. Hubungan antara variabel keputusan pembelian dengan variabel perilaku konsumen dan promosi adalah erat. Hal ini didapat dari nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,436 (43,6%) yang berarti sebesar 43,6 % variabel dari keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas yaitu perilaku konsumen dan promosi.

Abstract

This research was carried out to determine the influence of brand image and product quality on the purchase decision of Honda Beat in Medan Perjuangan District. This study uses a qualitative method and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data of this research that became the population were people in the Medan Perjuangan sub-district who used Honda Beat motorcycles. The sampling technique uses random sampling samples from the community in the Medan Pejuangan sub-district of as many as 92 people. The data analysis technique uses a validation test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, f test, and determination coefficient test (R^2), using the SPSS version 16 application. The results of the study showed that the results of the t-test of the brand image variable (X_1) t calculated at 2.786 > the table t of 1.986, then the brand image variable (X_1) had an influence and significance on the purchase decision (Y) of Honda Beat in Medan Perjuangan District.  The results of the t-test of the product quality variable (X_2) t calculated as 6.054 > t the table of 1.986, the product quality variable (X_2) has an influence and significance on the purchase decision (Y) in Medan Perjuangan district. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the result of the F test of 54.503 > the F table of 3.10 can be concluded that the brand image (X_1) and product quality (X_2) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the purchase decision (Y). The result of determination (R^2) was 54.0%. while the remaining 46.0% was explained by other variables that were not studied

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation and leadership style on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Pangururan Samosir. To collect the research data, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 25 teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Pangururan Samosir. The data processing results indicate that there is an effect of work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Pangururan Samosir, as evidenced by the analysis, which yielded a t-value of 4.931 with a significance level of 0.000. Data processing also proves that there is an effect of leadership style on teacher performance, with the analysis showing a t-value of 2.157 and a significance level of 0.042. Simultaneous testing also proves that work motivation and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This can be seen from the F-test result of 36.238 and a significance level of 0.000, meaning that the independent variables, namely work motivation and leadership style, simultaneously influence the dependent variable, which is teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Pangururan.
