Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sikap, norma subyektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk yang bersertifikat halal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner secara online. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapat sebanyak 102 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, serta persepsi kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai produk bersertifikat halal.

Abstract

It is very important for the principal to influence and direct the school staff. This is done to ensure that the school's goals can be achieved through the cooperation of all components. Teachers' performance in carrying out the task of educating students is determined by their motivation to work. Therefore, teacher performance can be affected by good principal leadership. The purpose of this study is to find out how effective the principal's leadership is in handling conflicts at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Gresik, Jawa Timur. The paradigm of this research is qualitative. However, the approach used is a case study. Interviews, observations, and documentation studies are all methods of data collection. The results of the study show that democratic leadership also known as a competent principal is able to reduce conflicts in schools.

Abstract

One of the important elements in educational management is financial management, which is directly related to the success and achievement of educational organizations. Planning, implementation, bookkeeping, supervision, and accountability are all part of financial management work. According to Article 48 of Law No. 20 of 2003, the management of education funds must be based on the principles of efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, justice, and accountability. Financial management aims to prevent the misappropriation of educational funds by enhancing effectiveness, efficiency, accountability, and transparency. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze financial management procedures in elementary schools. To achieve this objective, this research analyzes how these theories correlate with the reality on the ground. The research results indicate that the six surveyed elementary schools manage their finances in accordance with financial management principles and the applicable government policies. From planning to supervision, financial management is carried out in a structured manner. Education funds are used based on the RKAS that has been mutually agreed upon.
