Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi pegawai negeri sipil di kantor Kementerian Agama kabupaten Aceh Selatan terhadap produk tabungan bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan model snowball sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dan teknik analisis data dengan tahap reduksi data. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagianbesar PNS hanya sekedar menggunakan produk tabungan bank syariah untuk rekening penerimaan gaji dan belum memahami dan mengetahui produk tabungan syariah yang mereka gunakan. Namun, mereka merasa tentram menabung di bank syariah karena dirasa telah terlepas dari riba.

Abstract

The Influence of Promotion Factors, Service Quality and Administration on Customer Interest in Choosing Sharia People's Business Credit (KUR) Products at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Banda Aceh City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of these factors on customer interest in using the People's Business Credit (KUR) product. This study employed a quantitative method, utilizing primary data sources and a questionnaire-based data collection technique distributed through simple random sampling, targeting active customers who have chosen the People's Business Credit (Kredit Usaha Rakyat, KUR) products at PT. Pegadaian Syariah, Banda Aceh. The sample consisted of 85 respondents, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS, found that partially the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer interest, while the promotion and administration variables do not affect customer interest. However, the three independent variables simultaneously have a positive effect on Customer Interest in Choosing Sharia People's Business Credit (KUR) Products at PT. Abstract

In the current digital era, students are increasingly dependent on Islamic bank savings products to meet their daily transaction needs. Although in general students are satisfied with one savings product, dissatisfaction with the product they have encourages them to open an account at another sharia bank. This shows that product and service quality is the main factor in choosing savings products for students. The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of students at the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Ar-Raniry towards Bank Syariah Indonesia savings products. This research method uses qualitative, with interview and documentation techniques. The results of the perception research are based on three aspects: 1) The assessment aspect, some students gave an assessment while using Bank Syariah Indonesia's savings products as very good. 2) In the response aspect, the majority of students agree and are greatly helped by the presence of Bank Syariah Indonesia savings products in the student environment. 3) Opinion aspect, all students stated that Bank Syariah Indonesia's savings products were very relevant to what was needed, both internal and external needs.
