Abstract

Data yang besar diakibatkan proses administrasi dilakukan secara terus menerus, sehingga proses pencarian memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Pemetaan alamat kunci pada basis data menggunakan metode yang efektif untuk menghemat waktu menjadi lebih cepat. Linear Quotient merupakan salah satu metode hashing yang secara langsung mengakses data. Hashing merupakan metode penempatan dan pengaksesan alamat kunci dengan cara mengkonversikan nilai kunci menjadi alamat record pada basis data, sehingga jarak alamat menjadi kecil. Proses kalkulasi nilai untuk menentukan lokasi alamat dinamakan fungsi hash, dan fungsi pencarian pada sebuah alamat disebut kunci hashing. Proses implementasi pemetaan nilai kunci pada fungsi hash tidak terlepas dari collision. Pemetaan nilai kunci menggunakan 10-digit angka. Proses analisis dilakukan pada aplikasi yang telah diimplementasikan pada aplikasi. Algoritma hashing yang dianalisa adalah Linear Quotient. Tujuan utama analisis adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efisien proses pemetaan, sehingga memudahkan proses hashing. Hasil analisis menunjukkan jumlah kunci tidak terjadi collision 42% dan 52% mengalami collision

Abstract

Attendance system reports are very important in various institutions, whether companies, factories, hospitals or educational institutions, where attendance reports are an important assessment of a person's work results or discipline. The school attendance system is no exception, where we can assess the attendance of teachers and staff which is very much needed and has even become one of the main priorities for giving grades to teachers and staff. Based on the results of an interview with the Head of the Al Jabbar Technical Cadets on 23 August 2022. Mr. Indra Sakti Siagian, S.Pd as Kamad explained that the existing system is in the form of manual attendance, namely using books, a system that still has weaknesses that are vulnerable to being torn, lost and damaged and it really takes a long time to recap attendance data so that attendance reports are not produced on time, This system development method starts from the analysis, design, coding, testing and support stages. Meanwhile, several methods in the data collection process were observation and interviews. The result of this research is an attendance application that utilizes Qr Code and was developed with the Kodular platform. And it can be concluded that the Teacher/Staff attendance system using Qr Code at the Al Jabbar Engineering Taruna MA really helps the Principal in monitoring Teacher/Staff attendance and facilitates the teaching and learning process and improves the quality of the SDM at the Al-Jabbar Taruna MA.

Abstract

Growth in the number of internet users in Indonesia without being balanced with knowledge and understanding of the negative impacts it can cause problems among the community. For example, fake news (hoax), SARA issues and radicalism on the internet become a threat to society, especially the younger generation in the future. The role of parents is very necessary to accompany their children to avoid the negative impact of internet users. However, the challenge faced is the lack of understanding of parents about the negative impact of internet users, especially for children. The objectives of Community Service activities in Tuntungan Village I Kec. Pancur Batu Deli Serdang are: a) increasing public understanding, especially parents, of the impact of internet use on children, b) strengthening digital images as learning media, c) providing adequate information to parents in responding to the negative impact of internet use on children. The implementation method is carried out through training activities and focus group discussions (FGD) to the village community of Tuntungan I Kec. Pancur Batu Kab. Deli Serdang. The result of community service activities is an increased understanding of negative impacts. This is shown through the results of the questionnaire after socialization and training, namely 86% responded strongly agree. Given the increasing number of applications or software and the flow of information on the internet, it is necessary to have continuous socialization and training efforts to improve skills and knowledge, so as to minimize the negative impact caused by arise from the use of the internet.
