Abstract

Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan hasil Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) kematian bayi pada tahun 2017 adalah sebesar 24/1.000 KH. Telah terjadi penurunan angka kematian bayi, pada tahun 2017 tetapi belum memenuhi standar angka kematian bayi yang ditentukan (12/1.000 KH). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab kematian bayi di Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan rancangan studi cross sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari SDKI 2017, yang dilakukan di 34 provinsi di Indonesia. Data diolah dan dianalisis secara univariat dan multivariat. Hasil: Berat badan lahir bayi (p = < 0,001), pemeriksaan ANC (p = < 0,001), status pekerjaan ibu (p = 0,048), biaya kesehatan (p = 0,037). Kesimpulan: Berat badan bayi, pemeriksaan ANC, status pekerjaan ibu dan biaya kesehatan berpengaruh dan memiliki hubungan dengan kematian bayi di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Kematian Bayi, IDHS/SDKI ABSTRACTBackground: Based on the results of the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) infants mortality in 2017 were 24 / 1,000 KH. There had been a decrease on infant mortality, in 2017 but it had not met the specified infant mortality rate (12 / 1,000 KH). This research was conducted to identify the factors that cause infant mortality in Indonesia. Method: This research was a quantitative with cross sectional study design. The data used secondary data that were taken from the 2017 IDHS, conducted in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data was processed and analyzed by univariate and multivariate. Results: Infant birth weight (p = <0.001), ANC examination (p = <0.001), maternal employment status (p = 0.048), health costs (p = 0.037). Conclusion: Infant weight, ANC examination, maternal employment status and health costs were influential and had a relationship with infant mortality in Indonesia. Keywords:  Infant Mortality, IDHS/SDKI

Abstract

Technological developments cannot be avoided with life, surely we do not just sit back and miss the development of the world. Keeping up with information technology actually makes it easier to obtain information or even to benefit mankind. Easiest way to communicate now is by using social media. Ethics applies not only to real life but also to the development of information technology with its broad array of ethical applications. On the basis of freedom of opinion, people feel that it is their personal right to share potentially inappropriate tips. Although the Electronic Information and Transactions, it is felt that it would have no effect on ordinary people. This has proved to be with the pervading of social media in slander, confrontation, bullying, abusive speech, or even vulgarity. The study uses case study methods on social media applications, noting how upload which is still very freely accessible to others may even trigger big problems to the legal realm. The policy and maturity of the account owner or individual individual is to be expected, so that how the upload is made may be useful and impact information for everyone who sees it regardless of age.
