<![CDATA[Air Susu Ibu merupakan makanan anak yang paling sempurna, ASI juga mengandung zat gizi dan cairan yang dibutuhkan anak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan zat gizi di 6 bulan pertamanya. Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu sebelum penyuluhan dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) Eksklusif di puskesmas Tuminting Kota Manado, Untuk mengetahui pengetahuan ibu setelah penyuluhan dalam pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) Eksklusif di Puskesmas Tuminting Kota Manado. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan ibu. Jenis penelitian dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah ibu-ibu yang mempunyai anak 6 bulan sampai 24 Bulan di Puskesmas Tuminting, sampel merupakan total populsi yang berjumlah 965 ibu. Instrumen penelitian yaitu kuesioner.  Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan , Pengetahuan , Pemberian ASI Eksklusif. ABSTRACT Breastmilk  is the most perfect food for children, breast milk also contains nutrients and fluids that children need to meet their nutritional needs in the first 6 months. The research objective was to determine the knowledge of mothers before counseling in giving exclusive breastmilk at the Tuminting Public Health Center in Manado City.
