Abstract

This study aims to see the contribution of entrepreneurial characteristics or entrepreneurial characteristics and Muslim entrepreneurial characteristics in determining the success of MSMEs in West Java. The research population is spread across West Java, but specifically in Bekasi and Bandung and Cimahi. The results showed that Muslim entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial characteristics were able to explain the dependent variable, namely business success at 85.5%, while the remaining 14.5% were explained or influenced by other variables. The result of Goodness of Fit (GoF) is 0.806 which is greater than 0.38, meaning that the model built has a good Goodness of Fit. Thus doing the analysis stage of testing R-Square, Q-Square and Goodness of Fit, it can be said that the model formed is robust. The influence of the Muslim Entrepreneur Characteristics variable on the Business Success variable has a medium level of influence because it exceeds the value of 0.35, which is 2,675. Likewise, the entrepreneurial characteristic variable has a weak level of influence on the business success variable with a value of 0.012 because it is less than a value of 0.2. Thus, it means that ideally they believe that these two characteristics should be possessed by entrepreneurs, but in their perception and implementation they have not implemented them properly. Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical quality of the alternative fuel used oil waste generated by the distillation process and to know how big the resulting efficiency distillation apparatus for the purification process used oil waste . This research was conducted by first designing a simple distillation apparatus and then burning twice with such a simple distillation apparatus . After the burning process is done testing the quality of the physical form of the density, viscosity and caloric value that previously had to be done first physical quality testing on used oil with the same parameters. The results obtained for each parameter before and after distillation is to density (860-864 kg/ ) and (760-761 kg/ ); for viscosity (20°C = 0,8374176,743 Poise, 40°C = 124,445 Poise, 60°C = 15,995 Poise); and (20°C = 0,8374 Poise, 40°C = 0,7268 Poise, 60°C = 0,3273 Poise); and to the calorific value (1.483 J) and (1.542 J). The results showed that the density parameter for testing and quality standards ( specifications ) of gasoline fuel . While testing the viscosity parameters and quality standards ( specifications ) type fuel kerosene . And to the calorific value obtained does not meet the standards and quality ( specifications ) of any type of fuel , but approaching the calorific value of the fuel type of gasoline.

Abstract

This study discusses how brand image and brand trust affect brand loyalty PISY cosmetics through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of brand image & brand trust with the role of customersatisfaction as a mediation influencing brand loyalty at PIXY cosmetics in Jakarta.The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, totaling 150 respondents were people in Jakarta. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via google form. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS 3.0.The results show that brand image has a positive and significant effecton customer satisfaction as evidenced by the t-statistic value (7,657>1,96), brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction seen from the value t-statistic (3,216>1,96), brand image does note have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty as evidenced by the statistical value (1,400<1,96), brand trust does not have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with a statistical value (0,427<1,96), customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty with statistical value (6,314>1,96), there is a direct effect for the brand image variable on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction with a statistical value (5,075>1,96), and variable brand trust on brand loyalty through customer satisfaction acts as a full mediation.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kandidiasis adalah infeksi jamur yang bisa diobati dengan obat seperti flukonazol dan ketokonazol. Namun, jamur bisa menjadi resisten dan bisa membentuk biofilm yang sulit diobati. Tanaman Eurycoma longifolia, atau pasak bumi yang berasal dari Kalimantan, mengandung zat bioaktif yang berpotensi sebagai antibiofilm. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji aktivitas antibiofilm ekstrak air akar Eurycoma longifolia terhadap biofilm yang dibentuk jamur C. albicans, berdasarkan parameter Minimum Biofilm Inhibitory Concentration (MBIC) dan nilai Mean Gray Value (MGV). Metode: Metode Penelitian ini eksperimental dengan rancangan true experimental post-test-only control-group design. Parameter yang diamati adalah Minimum Biofilm Inhibitory Concentration (MBIC) dan Mean Gray Value biofilm yang dihasilkan pada Candida albican dengan konsentrasi 5%, 10%, 20%, 40%, 80%, dan 100%, serta flukonazol 5% sebagai kontrol positif dan aquades steril sebagai kontrol negatif. Analisis data menggunakan Uji One-way Anova dan Post Hoc Duncan. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan MBIC terdapat pada konsentrasi 10% dengan kejernihan sedang (+2). MGV pada konsentrasi 100% merupakan rerata tertinggi dengan nilai 162. Hasil analisis one-way-Anova (p<0.05), menunjukkan efek yang dihasilkan tiap kelompok perlakuan adalah berbeda bermakna. Uji Duncan (α 0,05), menghasilkan perbedaan bermakna rata-rata MGV dari setiap konsentrasi tidak berbeda bermakna dengan kontrol positif flukonazol 5%. Kesimpulan: Simpulan penelitian adalas ekstrak air akar E.longifolia menunjukkan aktivitas antibiofilm terhadap Candida albicans.
