Abstract

Perception is an observation process obtained by inferring information and interpreting messages through the five senses into an understanding that forms the basis for experience and knowledge. Welfare is a condition in which a person feels safe, secure, prosperous and can fulfill his life needs accompanied by social appreciation in which he lives. Interest is basically a sense of preference and a sense of attachment to a thing or activity, without anyone telling. This study aims to determine the existence of a positive relationship between perceptions of teacher welfare on PIAUD and interest in becoming a teacher in Senyiur Village. The population of this study is PIAUD teachers in Senyiur Village in 2021, totaling 171 teachers with a sample of 102 respondents. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical method used is descriptive percentage with simple regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained an R value of 0.729 with a significance level of 0.005. This means that there is a relationship between perceptions of the welfare of PIAUD teachers and their interest in becoming a teacher in Senyiur Village. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the perception of the welfare of PIAUD teachers on the interest in becoming a teacher has a positive relationship. Therefore, if the view of the welfare of an PIAUD teacher is further raised, the interest of PIAUD teachers to become a teacher will also increase. So the government is expected to pay more attention to the welfare of PIAUD teachers who work at PIAUD institutions where the institutions are more advanced/large (urban areas) and if the salary they receive is much higher than the PIAUD institutions which are still small in scale (rural areas). By having the view that the more prosperous the PIAUD teachers who work in the more advanced/larger PIAUD institutions are, the interest in becoming an PIAUD teacher in the individual will increase.

Abstract

Green economy is an economic approach that focuses on sustainable and environmentally friendly economic growth. The presence of Nukny Funland Water Park Ecotourism in Percut Sei Tuan sub-district, Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra, which is a green economy-based tourist spot in its management while having an impact on the community's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role and potential of the Green Economy on the welfare and empowerment of local communities, increase their income, and preserve the environment through this Nukny Funland ecotourism. This research uses a qualitative method, where the data used in this study comes from observations and interviews with workers, visitors and the community. The results showed that ecotourism has managed with the concept of green economy quite well and has a positive impact on income and provides new economic opportunities for the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kondisi yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran IPS, yang disebabkan oleh cara mengajar guru yang masih menggunakan metode bersifat monoton dan pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung peserta didik terlihat kurang tertarik dengan pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh pendidik. Fokus masalahnya adalah bagaimana meningkatkan hasil belahar siswa degan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match pada mata pelajaran IPS materi Jual Beli pada kelas III SD Negeri 2 Rensing Kec. Sakra Barat tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Tujuannya adalah mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match dan hasil belajar IPS pada materi jual beli kelas III SD Negeri 2 Rensing Kec. Sakra Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Obyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri 2 Rensing Kec. Sakra Barat. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data antara lain tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini apabila penguasaan materi peserta didik mencapai 75% dari tujuan yang seharusnya dicapai, dengan nilai KKM 70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan tipe Make A Match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Jual Beli. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil belajar peserta didik Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa 71,76 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa sebesar 64% dan rata-rata skor aktivitas siswa yaitu 11,61 dengan kategori cukup aktif. Pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata yaitu 77,29 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa sebesar 88% dan rata-rata skor aktivitas belajar siswa mencapai 14,76 dengan kategori aktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a macth dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPS siswa kelas III SDN 2 Rensing.

Abstract

The Influence of Implementing Education Quality Standards on Teacher Performance at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. This research examines the Influence of Education Quality Standards Implementation on Teacher Performance at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. The formulation of the research problem is: 1) Is there an influence of the implementation of educational quality standards on teacher performance at the Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Tsanawiyah Madrasah? 2) How does the implementation of educational quality standards affect teacher performance at the Bahrul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School? This research is field research, namely research carried out directly in the field to obtain the required data. The type of research that the author uses is quantitative research which uses data collection methods using questionnaires, while data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that: 1) there is an influence between the Implementation of Education Quality Standards and Teacher Performance, seen from the calculated t value of 7.113 > t table (1.671); 2) the magnitude of the influence caused by the Implementation of Education Quality Standards on Teacher Performance can be determined by looking at the R Square Model Summary table. The R2 (R Square) figure is 0.522 or (52.2%) the magnitude of the influence of the implementation of Education Quality Standards on Teacher Performance and the rest around 47.8% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), has profoundly transformed the landscape of education, prompting vital questions regarding the role of human educators in the teaching and learning process. As educational institutions increasingly integrate AI-driven tools, the challenge of incorporating moral and ethical values within the framework of Islamic education becomes increasingly pressing in this digital age. This study aims to explore the intricate relationship between humans as rational beings and the influence of AI in educational practices, with a particular emphasis on Islamic perspectives. Utilizing a qualitative research method, the research employs a literature review approach to analyze a variety of relevant scholarly sources. The findings reveal that while AI has the potential to significantly enhance learning efficiency through personalized learning experiences and data-driven insights, the indispensable role of human educators persists in guiding students' character formation and moral development. Furthermore, effective education extends beyond mere knowledge transfer; it encompasses the nurturing of values and ethics that prepare students for responsible citizenship. Ultimately, these findings offer new insights into how the collaboration between human educators and AI technology can foster a more enriching educational environment aligned with the principles of Islamic education, ensuring that moral and ethical considerations remain central to the learning experience.
