In this paper explained the mechanism of renewal of Islam in the field of family law and its relevance to the egalitarian demands of men and women. This discussion is known that there is a difference between the Islamic period and the pre-Islamic period that has implications with the rule of law applied. The evils and misdeeds of the Arab jahiliah against women are the things that apply to the renewal of the law in the field of family law, such as marriage, polygamy, dowry, or inherition. The practice of marriage, which was performed in pre-Islamic times, has done a lot of harm to women. In those days, women were only considered a product or commodity that served to be traded. For example, the birth of a baby girl is a disgrace that is so shameful that it is considered to smear the face of the family. So sadistic, the newborn baby girl must be buried alive. In addition to the issue of inherited law, at that time the woman's right was exercised her right to obtain the inheritance left by her family. The conception of Islamic renewal in the field of family law in this study uses two approach methods, namely conventional methods, and contemporary methods. In the system of reform of the law of equality men and women can contain several things: equality of function and role, equality in enjoying sexual intercourse, equality in childcare, and the right to determine genetic engineering.

Sebelum kedatangan Islam, masyarakat Arab merupakan masyarakat yang jauh dari kata teratur dan sesuai norma. Adat istiadat, akhlak serta peraturan hidup yang dianut merupakan kebiasaan yang telah ada sejak dahulu dan dianut sebagai kebiasaan dan keyakinan. Dalam suatu masyarakat yang cenderung mengabaikan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, agama Islam datang dengan konsep pembaruan yang merubah tatanan masyarakat Arab pra-Islam dalam waktu yang relatif cukup simgkat. Islam sebagai agama pembaruan merubah beberapa aspek yang ada dalam masyarakat, salah satunya ialah dalam bidang keluarga. Salah satu yang menjadi pembahasan dalam bidang keluarga ialah penyelesaian nusyuz dalam Islam dimana nusyuz merupakan sikap tidak patuh antara suami atau istri. Tulisan ini berjenis kajian library research yakni sebuah kajian yang pengambilan datanya didapat dari pelbagai literasi ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, artikel dan lainnya. Adapun data penelitian ini terdiri atas data sekunder dan primer dengan metode kualitatif. Temuan yang dihasilkan bahwasanya tawaran al-Qur’an lain Pertama, pemberian nasihat kepada istri dengan cara yang ma’ruf atau baik yang bertujuan untuk menyadarkan istri dari perbuatannya yang keliru. Kedua, sebagai hukuman psikologis bagi istri dan dalam kesendiriannya unutuk melakukan koreksi terhadap kekeliruannya. Ketiga, memberikan hukuman fisik kepada istri.

This study aims to know in-depth the effectiveness of children's learning through the direct upbringing of parents in lieu of teachers in schools during the covid-19 pandemic era. Seeing the phenomenon that occurred when the covid-19 outbreak arrived in Indonesia where the pattern of people's lives has changed. It is characterized by the number of people who are lost to their jobs, shrinking the value of labor income, weakening the State economy, and face-to-face lessons that are matched by the pandemic so as to impose the active role of parents in lieu of teacher duties. This means that in addition to being a livelihood seeker for the sustainability of family life, a parent also acts as a teacher. This is the background of this research. This study took place in kelebuh village, Praya Tengah sub-district, Central Lombok regency. Next, this research type of field research (field research) with the method of analysis is inductive. While the approach used is an empirical approach based on the theory of effectiveness. The findings showed the success and effectiveness of parental function in the actualization of work from home. The success of the three parents in Kelebuh village gives an indication that efforts to maintain the existence of the family in the covid-19 period are realized and categorized as successful.

'Iddah is a period determined by syara' for a woman after a divorce to refrain from marrying another man. This provision is always associated with reasons to know the possibility of getting pregnant or in other words, to know the cleanliness of the uterus. However, looking at today's increasingly modern world, it is possible to detect pregnancy in a short time. With this it is clear that the purpose of 'iddah is not only knowing the cleanliness of the uterus. Another problem is that this 'iddah provision only applies to women, because it is supported by texts found in the Qur'ān and the Prophet's Hadith which only mention women. Whereas in a text, if one gender is the cause for the goodness or badness of the other sex, then according to the rules of inclusion, both can be included in the same message in a reciprocal, reciprocal way, or what Faqihuddin calls mafhūm mubādalah. In this study, the authors tried to analyze Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir's mafhūm mubādalah method for the problem of 'iddah for husband and wife.
