Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires the mapping of technology, data, and communication revolution. One of industry that grew rapidly is mobile payments. The main attraction of m-payment is that consumers can buy and pay the products by using a smartphone only. DANA is one of the digital wallets that has a significant increase in users, where initially DANA was ranked in the top 10 to the top 3, after Ovo and Gojek. Aspects that affect the users of DANA digital wallet were measured from 4 variables that were promotion, accessibility, social, and emotional. The purpose of this study was to measure the influence of promotional, accessibility, social, and emotional aspects in determining the decision to use DANA. The study was a quantitative research, which the data collection used questionnaires that distributed online. The score was rated on a scale of 1-5. The subjects of the study were DANA users in Surakarta and surrounding areas, with sample of 100 people. The data were analyzed using SPSS software, including validity, reliability, linear regression test, T test, and F test. The results showed that the promotion aspect had a significance level of 0.020, accessibility 0.000, social 0.047, and emotional 0.071. It can be concluded that promotion, accessibility, and social aspects significantly influence the decision to use DANA, while the emotional aspect did not have a significant influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian Bir Bintang di Soloraya dan secara simultan serta untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian antara variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan tentang variabel penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian ditabulasi dan diolah menggunakan uji data instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengumpulan data karena responden terbatas pada konsumen yang berusia 21 tahun ke atas dan berdomisili di Soloraya, sehingga tidak menggambarkan konsumen Bir Bintang di Indonesia.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is the attitude of people who like to shop and are more concerned with their wants than their needs. The study was conducted to determine whether consumptive behavior can be influenced by financial literacy, lifestyle, electronic money and self-control. The population based on this study were students of the Surakarta Faculty of Economics and obtained a sample of 330 students. The questionnaire in this study is useful for collecting respondent data. Consumptive behavior is partially influenced by lifestyle variables, electronic money, and self-control, in contrast to financial literacy which is stated to affect student consumptive behavior. After being tested simultaneously, the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variables used. The study stated that the consumptive behavior variable (Y) was influenced by 56.6% by the variables of financial literacy (X1), lifestyle (X2), electronic money (X3), and self-control (X4). Then the side of 43.4% is influenced by other factors that were not found in the study

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to see the effect of brand equity, competition, trust and ease of transaction on buying interest in The Executive's products. Data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires to The Executive's customers. Research proves that the element of brand equity has a significant effect on buying interest, while competition, trust, and ease of transaction have no significant effect. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the impact of employees in the organization's commitment, and job satisfaction on the performance of PT employees. Sinar Grafindo. The samples in this study are 100 respondents, namely employees of PT. Sinar Grafindo. Data capture technique using questionnaire with likert scale measurement. The data analysis used in this study includes research instrument tests, classion assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the Anova F test (Simultant) show that the calculated F value is 3.979 greater than the table F, which is 2.70 and the significance value is 0.010 less than 0.05. Thus, it means that the variable employee engagement, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance at PT. Sinar Grafindo

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial planning and lifestyle on planning the needs of housewives in Bangak Village. The population used in this research was housewives who lived in Bangak Village. Sampling method by Probability Sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. Determining the number of respondents at 95 using the Slovin formula. The results of the hypothesis t test in this research show that in particular the financial literacy variable (Xi) has a positive and significant influence on financial management (Y). The financial planning variable (X2) has a negative and insignificant effect on financial management (Y). The lifestyle variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on financial management (Y). Based on the table from the F test, financial literacy, financial planning and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial management among housewives in Bangak Village.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Boyolali dalam rangka menggali informasi dan memperdalam pemahaman moderasi beragaman menuju masyarakat Boyolali yang cerdas, unggul, dan berbudaya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi sekarang ini adalah terjadinya disharmonisasi antar umat beragama sehingga munculnya perilaku intoleransi yang mempunyai potensi merusak kehidupan umat beragama. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah ceramah/penyuluhan tentang penguatan moderasi beragaman menuju masyarakat Boyolali yang cerdas, unggul, dan berbudaya. Penguatan moderasi beragama merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan kehidupan beragama dan bernegara yang damai, rukun, toleran, dan harmonis. Penguatan ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam masyarakat Indonesia yang heterogen, dengan keragaman agama, etnis, budaya, dan kepercayaan. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk menguatkan pemahaman moderasi beragama kepada tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat dalam merawat kebhinekaan dan pluralisme di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang Undang Dasar 1945.
