Abstract

All people today feel the impact of the sophistication of increasingly advanced information technology. Technological advances make it easy for people to find various information via the internet. In the business field, the internet is the right place so that the business that is run has good progress. One of the services provided for business people is the existence of an e-commerce website. Through e-commerce, we can make online ordering, buying, selling, and marketing transactions. Ocean Indah Furniture is a business entity engaged in the furniture sector that provides various kinds of household furniture. So far, the information system used is still manual, such as processing product data which is still written in computer books and, and transaction processing that can be done on the spot. The contents include product data, product categories, shipping facilities, payments, member data, filling out testimonial forms, ordering online and confirming payments. For this reason, it is hoped that this system can achieve effective and efficient sales, expand the scope of marketing, and increase the amount of revenue.

Abstract

Efektivitas penanggulangan bencana di wilayah megapolitan seperti DKI Jakarta sangat bergantung pada keandalan operasional dan dukungan layanan teknologi informasi. Namun, ketidakselarasan antara Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dengan kerangka kerja tata kelola TI global seringkali menghambat respons insiden yang cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola TI pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) DKI Jakarta, dengan fokus pada domain Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) dalam kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran (mixed-method), data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, dokumentasi SOP, dan kuesioner kepada 12 responden kunci. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat kematangan rata-rata berada pada level 4 (Predictable Process), namun ditemukan kesenjangan signifikan pada sub-domain DSS02.02 terkait klasifikasi insiden yang hanya mencapai level 2.6. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun infrastruktur fisik dan fasilitas telah dikelola dengan baik, mekanisme pencatatan dan prioritas insiden layanan masih bersifat ad-hoc. Penelitian ini berkontribusi memberikan peta jalan perbaikan SOP berbasis risiko untuk meningkatkan resiliensi organisasi publik dalam situasi darurat.
