Abstract

The development of the digital era has grown rapidly all the time which has significantly changed the job search process for job applicants, making Online Job Portals one of the main places in human resource recruitment activities, however, the effectiveness of Job Portals Job search still has fundamental weaknesses such as the job search technology used still uses simple string matching which can cause less relevant search results and reduce the quality of user experience in applying for jobs. This study was conducted to improve the quality of job vacancy search results on Job Portal A Career by applying the Okapi BM25 algorithm. This research method uses a Rapid Application Development (RAD) development approach, such as designing a client server architecture with Next.js as the frontend, ASP.NET Core as the backend and PostgreSQL as the main database. The BM25 algorithm is integrated directly into the database using the VectorChord BM25 extension to calculate the search relevance score with the user inputted query. In testing with the query “accelist the quality support career IT need”, the system displays 800 of 1,011 documents (79.13%) with a non-zero relevance score. Furthermore, evaluation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) showed a user satisfaction rate of 91.2%, confirming that BM25 is capable of displaying the most relevant results at the top of the rankings and supporting the effectiveness of the search system. The results of this study can be concluded that the BM25 algorithm is a more effective and efficient search solution with high scalability potential for application to other web-based job search systems.

Abstract

AbstrakUD. Sumber Motor adalah usaha kecil menengah pada bidang bengkel mobil. UD. Sumber Motor mempunyai 3 orang karyawan yang memiliki jobdesk sebagai admin dan bagian gudang untuk menjalankan proses bisnis utama yaitu terkait inventori dan administrasi. Dalam menjalankan kegiatannya terdapat permasalahan pada UD.Sumber Motor yaitu adanya pencatatan atau pendokumentasian proses bisnis menggunakan Microsoft Excel sebagai pelaporan. Pelaporannya terdiri dari Laporan penjualan dan Laporan Pengadaan Barang. Pemecahan masalah dari yang sudah disebutkan sebelumnya adalah dengan melakukan implementasi konsep ERP, ERP dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan otomasi proses bisnis dalam suatu perusahaan. Implementasi ERP menggunakan metodologi Traditional ERP Life Cycle sebagai konsep panduan bagi UD. Sumber Motor. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Implementasi ERP yang telah berhasil diimplementasi menggunakan Odoo versi 8 Community Edition dengan 3 modul yang digunakan yaitu : Modul Point of Sale, Modul Purchase Management dan Modul Inventory Management dan telah melalui 2 proses tahapan testing menggunakan pengujian alpha dengan Blackbox Testing dengan hasil yang sesuai dengan output yang diharapkan dan pengujian beta menggunakan System Usability Scale dengan hasil skor akhir 72 (Grade B) yang dikategorikan sebagai kriteria sistem yang baik dan mampu beroperasi secara efektif dan efisien.AbstractUD. Sumber Motor is a small and medium business in the car repair sector. UD. Sumber Motor has 3 employees who have a jobdesk as admin and a warehouse department to carry out the main business processes related to inventory and administration. In carrying out its activities, there are problems with UD.Sumber Motor, namely the existence of recording or documenting business processes using Microsoft Excel as reporting. The reporting consists of a sales report and a Procurement Report. The solution to the problems that have been mentioned previously is by implementing the ERP concept, ERP can solve business process automation problems in a company. ERP implementation uses the Traditional ERP Life Cycle methodology as a guiding concept for UD. Motor Source. This research resulted in an ERP implementation that has been successfully implemented using Odoo version 8 Community Edition with 3 modules used, namely: Point of Sale Module, Purchase Management Module and Inventory Management Module and has gone through 2 stages of testing using alpha testing with Blackbox Testing with the same results. in accordance with the expected output and beta testing using the System Usability Scale with a final score of 72 (Grade B) which is categorized as a good system criteria and able to operate effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

PT. Guardian Pharmatama is a sizable pharmaceutical firm that has created numerous drug brands. All corporate operations have been carried out in a contemporary manner, so technology has no place in them. PT. Guardian Pharmatama places a lot of emphasis on product offerings and sales methods, similar to other businesses in general, especially for workers who work as medical representatives (abbreviated Medrep or Sales in the pharmaceutical sector). Visits to outlets (hospitals and pharmacies) are how Medrep strives to educate and promote its goods. In reality, however, because it is merely a written report, Medrep has not been able to offer genuine proof of having visited the business. In order to prove that Medrep visited, a system of proof is needed. This proof system will take the form of an application with a tracking feature, a photo upload feature, and an Android-based location point. This application was created using the Mobile-D technique, which was created specifically for building Android mobile applications. With the creation of this application, it is hoped that the sales and marketing divisions will be able to carry out their tasks more efficiently and methodically, the area manager will gain clarity regarding the proof of visits by Medrep staff, and they will be able to assist Medrep staff in creating visit reports.

Abstract

The online licensing information system website, hereinafter referred to as SIMPONIE, still faces a number of challenges as a transition from manual to digital system and has never been properly checked on the SIMPONIE website. This study aims to assess the good and bad level of SIMPONIE services using six e-govqual dimensions and provide advice based on the results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis. Research development on this method covers the wider scope of service quality. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach to collect data from 50 sample questionnaires and to carry out validity and reliability checks along with hypothesis testing and IPA quadrant analysis. According to the research results, 90.5% of the choices regarding service quality are influenced by factors of community support, function, and involvement as well as user convenience, reliability, and trust. With a gap value (GAP) of -0.75, there is a high priority scale for improvement in quadrant A, namely the license issuance function will be faster if it can be downloaded independently (RLB 2), the system often experiences errors or errors (FI 4) and live chat feature that needs improvement and human resource improvement. The implication of this research is that it can provide recommendations for improvements to improve the service quality of the online licensing system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan User Experience (UX) dalam perancangan antarmuka aplikasi pemesanan tiket teater berbasis web pada Ikatan Drama Jakarta Barat sebuah organisasi teater di Jakarta Barat. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah proses pemesanan tiket yang masih manual, terdesentralisasi, serta kurang efisien, sehingga menimbulkan kendala dalam pendataan penonton, pengelolaan jadwal, maupun konfirmasi pembayaran. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Goal-Directed Design (GDD) yang menekankan perancangan antarmuka berorientasi pada kebutuhan dan tujuan pengguna. Tahapan penelitian mencakup research, modeling, requirements, framework, refinement, dan support, yang menghasilkan rancangan prototipe aplikasi berbasis web. Implementasi antarmuka difokuskan pada sisi front-end dengan memanfaatkan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui usability testing dengan mengukur tiga aspek utama, yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas sebesar 94,4%, rata-rata efisiensi 0,0346 goals/sec, serta skor usability 84,21 berdasarkan System Usability Scale (SUS), yang termasuk dalam kategori “Excellent”. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal serta meningkatkan kepraktisan dibandingkan proses manual yang selama ini digunakan. Dengan penerapan metode GDD dapat menghasilkan rancangan antarmuka yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, sekaligus membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut pada sisi back-end dan integrasi sistem pembayaran digital, sehingga aplikasi dapat diimplementasikan secara penuh dalam operasional pemesanan tiket teater di Ikatan Drama Jakarta Barat.
