Abstract

Peran masyarakat sangat penting dalam pendidikan karakter anak-anak, setelah peran orang tua dan keluarga dekat. Dalam konteks Bali, masyarakat memiliki lembaga yang disebut banjar di mana warga dapat berkumpul untuk melaksanakan kegiatan sosial apa saja. Mulai dari pertemuan rutin untuk membahas tentang kondisi lingkungan aktual, upacara keagamaan, kesehatan masyarakat, sarana dan prasana umum sampai dengan kegiatan pendidikan untuk anakanak. Salah satu contoh lokasi, di wilayah Kecamatan Seririt, Buleleng, Bali, di mana banyak terdapat bale banjar yang digunakan sebagai tempat untuk melaksanakan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) dan juga Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK), serta tempat bermain bagi anak-anak Sekolah Dasar (SD). Pendidikan Sepuluh Keterampilan Sosial (PSKS) yang telah dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat, membantu anak-anak dalam menemukan dan memperbaiki kekurangan dari setiap kepribadian melalui berbagai teknik dan juga berbagai materi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), yang mencakup pendekatan pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran dan teknik pembelajaran, serta pelaksanaan sharing dan pembagian modul untuk orang tua dan guru-guru. Tim pengabdian masyarakat mengajak bersama-sama melaksanakan PSKS. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tim pengabdian masyarakat dibantu oleh mahasiswa Bidikmisi Universitas Terbuka Denpasar. Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan di masing-masing banjar selama 8 bulan. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya perubahan sikap anak-anak setelah melaksanakan kegiatan yaitu menjadi lebih sopan-santun, lebih percaya diri untuk aktif bertanya dan menjawab, lebih fokus, serta bersemangat dalam melaksanakan proses belajar.

Abstract

Software as a Service (SaaS) is a solution for small and medium enterprise that want to implement information system without having to prepare a complex infrastructure so as to minimize costs. This research aims to find out the factors that influence implementation SaaS based on three indicators, relative advantage, compatibility, and complexity in Bali’s hotel industry. This research uses a simple random sampling technique and data collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linier regression test. The results of this study indicated that all of variable, relative advantage, compatibility and complexity together affect the implantation of SaaS. Then, if analyzed partially using T test, was found that relative advantage and complexities variable had most significant effect on SaaS implementation in Hotel Industry, the result show the significance value was below 0,05. So, the both of variable were the predictors in the process of SaaS implementation

Abstract

One form of development in the world of learning as a result of developments in information and communication technology (ICT) is that distance learning is possible. The Open University, a public university, uses various modes of learning has also experienced changes in the modes of learning for students who decide to study in person during class. Coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic, this change is a change in the learning system from the TTM mode which is replaced by Tuweb (blended learning that is held online). This study aims to analyze user or UT student satisfaction with the Tuweb system using the Servqual dimension. The data source came from the UT student population at UPBJJ UT Denpasar, where the determination of respondents was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) are the analytical techniques used. The results of the slices of the three methods (CSI, IPA and SEM-PLS) is that Tuweb UT's services get quite satisfied ratings from students, where the variable that gives excellence to Tuweb UT is empathy. As a note for improving the tuweb service from UT, the Tuweb service has the availability of a learning service response at any time and place (responsiveness variable) and the Tuweb service has better speed accuracy than the promised speed accuracy (reliability variable).

Abstract

The world is still evolving, and in this era of disruption, everything is based on digital technology. A new phenomenon has emerged in the business world in recent years, namely the bankruptcy of a number of large companies in Indonesia like Giant and the closure of several Carrefour outlets and Matahari Department Store. The research aimed to analyze the effect of interactivity and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on the intention to purchase Erigo products with the brand image as a mediating variable on Generation Z in Denpasar City. As the respondents, 208 samples from Denpasar City’s Generation Z population were selected using a purposive selection technique. The analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). As a result, Generation Z in Denpasar City is positively and significantly influenced by brand image, E-WOM, and interactivity when it comes to their intention to buy Erigo fashion items. When it comes to the purchase intention for Erigo products, brand image has the ability to mediate the impact of TikTok interactivity and E-WOM. The managerial implications include the need for Erigo management to focus on the factors influencing potential customers’ decisions to purchase Erigo products, specifically interactivity, E-WOM, and brand image.

Abstract

Universitas Terbuka (UT, literally Open University) organizes distance learning through the Online Tutorial (Tuton) service. Tuton is an internet-based tutorial service that can be accessed via the site http://elearning.ut.ac.id by all UT students, including UPBJJ UT Denpasar students. Analysis of the quality of UPBJJ UT Denpasar student tutoring services has never been carried out before. Based on these problems, this research aims to analyze and measure the quality of Tuton application services using WebQual 4.0 dimensions, which are moderated by gender and age variables. This research uses a quantitative method approach to student satisfaction data from the UT UPBJJ Denpasar Management Study Program, who have used the Tuton application for more than three semesters. Data analysis techniques using the SEM–PLS method. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a positive influence between the usability variable, the service interaction quality variable, and the Information Quality variable on the user satisfaction variable. The gender moderating variable can act as pure moderation on the service interaction quality and Information Quality variables. Meanwhile, the age variable is a potential moderator of the three variables. From these results, it can be concluded that the service quality of the Tuton application shows a robust model on the Webqual Method indicators for user satisfaction variables, and this application is beneficial and in accordance with student needs. The learning support aspects still need to be improved, especially the speed of response time and the accuracy of the tutorial services provided by tutors.
