Abstract

This research examined the role of motivation and training on the performance of the management of Indonesian Disability Sharia Services Cooperative in East Java. The purpose of this study is to achieve the goals of the Indonesian Disability Sharia Services Cooperative (Kopsya) in East Java, so it was necessary to improve the performance of the management to get better results. Intense competition can encourage cooperatives to increase the motivation of administrators. Since a good motivation can influence someone or give encouragement to someone to do something so that the products and services produced can compete. In an effort to increase the motivation of an employee, it was also necessary to have training for each employee to create an increasing performance with continuous training. The purpose found out what affects employee performance in this case motivation and training. The method used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and literature studies. The results showed that motivation and training affect employee performance,. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mencapai tujuan koperasi jasa syariah disabilitas indonesia (kopsya) di jawa timur maka perlu adanya peningkatan kinerja pengurus untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Persaingan yang ketat akan mendorong koperasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi para pengurus karena dengan motivasi yang baik dapat mempengaruhi seseorang atau memberikan dorongan kepada seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu agar produk dan jasa yang dihasilkan bisa bersaing. Dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi seorang karyawan, perlu juga dengan adanya pelatihan untuk setiap karyawan guna menciptakan kinerja yang semakin meningkat dengan adanya pelatihan yang terus menerus dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam hal ini motivasi dan pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskrptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Pelatihan Manajemen, Kinerja, Disabilitas

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of rewards and the physical work environment on the work motivation of employees of IKM EM Jaring, Magetan Regency. The research method in this research used a quantitative research method. The data source in this research used primary data and the sampling method in this research used a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is used as a research sample, totaling 35 employees. Instrument testing used validity and reliability tests and there was a classic assumption test, the tests used were the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method. The heteroscedasticity test used the scatterplot method, and the multicollinearity test used multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and determinant coefficient. In processing the data in this research, the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS ver. 25) program tool was used. The research results explain that reward variables and the physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation partially or simultaneously. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent is 82.1% and the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other variables. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana semua total populasi digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dan terdapat uji asumsi klasik, uji yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas menggunakan metode Kolmogorov-smirnov, uji heteroskedastisitas menggunakan metode scatterplot, dan uji multikolinearitas serta menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial), uji f (simultan) dan koefisien determinan. Dalam pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS ver. 25). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa variabel reward dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja secara parsial maupun simultan. Besar pengaruh variabel independent terhadap dependen yaitu sebesar 82,1% dan sisanya 17,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci: Penghargaan, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

Abstract Pesona Sakti is a company engaged in construction services. In the midst of very tight competition, CV. Pesona Sakti determined and strengthens commitment by improving the performance of the company's employees. This study analyzed the influence of the work environment, self-efficacy on employee performance. The independent variables in this study were work environment, self-efficacy and performance dependent variables. The work environment and self-efficacy have a significant effect on the performance of employees at CV. Pesona Sakti Bangkalan. This showed that a good work environment and employee morale have a positive impact that can increase employee performance more optimally. It is recommended for company leaders to maintain good relations with their subordinates, both at the lowest level of employees so that there is good communication between leaders and subordinates. Disarankan pada pemimpin perusahaan agar tetap menjaga hubungan baik dengan bawahannya baik itu dengan level karyawan paling bawah agar terjadi komunikasi yang baik antara pimpinan dan bawahan. Abstract

The psychology bureau is a place for the public to tell a problem to the experts or psychological tests for job recruitment, psychological tests for students, and other IQ tests. AscaElpida Service Bureau is an institution engaged in services. Based on this, the research aims to find out the effect of dual positions and work culture on work performance at the AscaElpida service bureau. The research method used is qualitative. Data will be collected using interviews, observation, and documentation with as many as 2 informants. The study results indicate that job performance at the AscaElpida Service Bureau is the target that has been achieved. The number of customers increased, and there are multiple positions, namely leaders who carry out more than one activity and are carried out with one person. The organizational culture applied to the Asca Elpida Service Bureau is not optimal enough. This makes employees less efficient or can hinder work. Concurrent positions and organizational culture should be controlled and given maximally so that employees can pay more attention to performance for better performance.

Abstract

To identify the internal and external environment with SWOT analysis in UMKM Kampung Kue Rungkut and formulate alternative business development strategies. The research method applied in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation. SWOT analysis indicates that Kampung Kue Rungkut has superior strengths and opportunities compared to the existing weaknesses and threats. Therefore, the direction of the business strategy being developed by these MSMEs supports the Aggressive Strategy. This research contributes to business development by explaining the green human resources strategy that MSMEs must implement to maximize opportunities and reduce threats.

Abstract

Objective: This study explores the meaning of success in old age as perceived by millennial workers at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Taman through a phenomenological approach. The research examines their experiences, perspectives, and challenges in preparing for retirement. Method: The study employs a phenomenological approach to understand how millennial workers define and prepare for success in old age. Results: Key findings reveal that millennial workers define success in old age as a combination of good health, financial stability, and family happiness. The study highlights the importance of meticulous planning in areas such as financial management, skill development, and work-life balance. Spiritual values also emerged as critical components in shaping perceptions of future success. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in its focus on the interplay between personal, professional, and spiritual dimensions in constructing the meaning of successful aging among millennial workers. Insights from this research provide valuable recommendations for organizations to design development programs supporting employees' long-term well-being.
