Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan pada PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan maksud untuk mencari hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat dengan menggunakan rumus statistic yaknimeneliti hubungan kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance. Sedangkan rumus statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa karyawan PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance yang berjumlah 48 orang. semua variabel bebas yang terdiri dari budaya organisasi (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi (Y). Namun dalam hal ini, budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance terbukti kebenarannya, hal tersebut dilihat dari nilai standardized beta budaya organisasi (X1) yang memiliki nilai tertinggi dibandingkan variabel lainnya yaitu sebesar 0,565. Sehingga variabel bebas yang berupa budaya organisasi (X1) mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap komitmenorganisasi (Y).

ABSTRACT PT. Wings Surya pays attention to the work environment and compensation to improve employee performance. This study examines the influence of the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) in the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and compensation on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection methods used were distributing questionnaires and recording documents. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using a computer with the SPSS 20 for Windows program. Based on the results of research testing can be drawn two conclusions that Work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) affect simultaneously (simultaneously) on employee performance in the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya (Y) because the Fcount value is 51,548> Ftable 3,172. Among the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) the more dominant variable significantly influences the employee's performance on the laboratory division of PT. Wings Surya is Compensation (X2) because the regression coefficient is biggest that is 0,481 .. Researcher suggest to Human Resources Department PT. Wings Surya pays attention to the work environment and compensation. In order for employees of laboratory division of PT. Solar Wings can improve their performance. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner dan mencatat dokumen-dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan komputer dengan program SPSS 20 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian penelitian dapat ditarik dua kesimpulan yaitu Lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya (Y) karena nilai Fhitung 51,548 > Ftabel 3,172. Diantara lingkungan kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) variabel yang lebih dominan secara signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya adalah Kompensasi (X2) karena koefisien regresinya paling besar yaitu 0,481.. Peneliti menyarankan kepada bagian Human Resources Departement PT. Wings Surya memperhatikan lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi. Agar karyawan divisi laboratorium PT. Wings Surya dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Introduction: Leasing in Indonesia has taken part in corporate financing. Financing companies are also able to grow quite impressively so that they require a lot of manpower, especially in the sales (marketing) and also collection (collector) departments. This study aims to see how Job Demand and Job Flexibility are able to influence Organizational Commitment and ultimately affect employee performance in the marketing and collection departments.Methods: The sample used in this study were marketing and collection staff at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance regional area 7 (covering branches Surabaya 1, Surabaya 2, Gresik, Mojokerto, Tuban, Madiun, Kediri, and Malang). The research used quantitative research methods with external and internal model calculations that included validity, reliability, and data analysis using Smart PLS2.0. The analysis technique used for all hypotheses is Partial Least Square.Results: Testing of marketing and collection staff at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance in regional 7 produces: (1) Job Demand has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (2) Work Flexibility has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. (3) Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance and mediates the relationship between Job Demand and Job Flexibility on employee performance.Conclusion and suggestion: The company is expected to be able to encourage employees to fulfill their job demands without reducing the performance of these employees

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Employee Performance of PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama. The location of this research is located at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama is located on Jl. Margomulyo Indah Blok H-11, Surabaya, Jawa Timur with research time from July 2020 to September 2020. Testing of the accuracy of respondent reactions was carried out by distributing questionnaires at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama and is an employee with a total of 70 respondents.The test method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 24. The conclusions obtained are: (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (2) Quality of Work Life (QWL) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL) have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (4) From the results of the coefficient of determination, an adjusted R2 value of 59% is obtained which can be explained by 59% of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL). While 41% of employee performance variables at PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya is explained by other variablesTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dan Quality Of Work Life (QWL) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama berlokasi di Jl. Margomulyo Indah Blok H-11, Surabaya, Jawa Timur dengan waktu penelitian Juli 2020 sampai September 2020. Pengujian terhadap ketepatan reaksi responden dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner di PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama dan merupakan karyawan dengan jumlah 70 responden.Metode pengujian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Program SPSS for Windows Versi 24. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwasannya: (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (2) Quality of Work Life (QWL) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Quality of Work Life (QWL) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Sumber Nusantara Aditya Pratama Surabaya, (4) Dari hasil koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 59% yang dapat dijelaskan sebesar 59% Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Quality of Work Life (QWL). Sedangkan 41% variabel Kinerja Karyawan di PT. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze. To determine the significant influence of Situational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Talent Management positively and significantly on the performance of employees of PT. Garuda Indonesia Management Office in Surabaya. Testing of the accuracy of respondent reactions was carried out by distributing questionnaires at PT. Garuda Indonesia Management Office in Surabaya and is an employee with a total of 60 respondents. The test method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 24. The conclusions obtained are: (1) Situational Leadership Style has no effect on Employee Performance, (2) Organizational Culture has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance; (3) Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; (4) Situational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Talent Management simultaneously influence employee performance. From the results of the coefficient of determination, the coefficient of determination obtained is 40.40% which indicates that the Employee Performance of PT. The Garuda Indonesia Management Office in Surabaya can be explained by 40.40% by independent variables, namely Situational Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Talent Management (X3) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Manajemen Bakat positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT. Garuda Indonesia Management Office di Surabaya. Pengujian terhadap ketepatan reaksi responden dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner di PT. Garuda Indonesia Management Office di Surabaya dan merupakan karyawan dengan jumlah 60 responden. Metode pengujian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Program SPSS for Windows Versi 24. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwasannya: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan;(2)Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (3) Manajemen Bakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (4) Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Manajemen Bakat berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 40.40% yang menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan PT. Garuda Indonesia Management Office di Surabaya dapat dijelaskan sebesar 40.40% oleh variabel independen yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional (X1), Budaya Organisasi (X2) dan Manajemen Bakat (X3).Keywords: Situational leadership style; work motivation; talent management and employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance in CV. Citra Abadi Cargo Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative approach and the method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The method of data collection was done through a questionnaire with a sample of 33 respondents. In this study, it was found that the partial effect of the compensation variable (X1) had..a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y), where the significant value was 0.004 <0.05 with an effect of 0.272 or 27.2. Partially, the work motivation variable (X2) had a positive effect and significant to the employee performance variable (Y), where the significant value is 0.002 < 0.05 with an effect of 0.907 or 90.7%. The results of the F test analysis of compensation variables (X1) and work motivation variables (X2) together (simultaneously) affect the employee performance variable (Y), where f count is 6.110 > f table value is 3.32, and the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05.Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada jasa pengiriman barang Cv. Citra Abadi Cargo Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 33 responden. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil pengaruh secara parsial variabel kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), dimana nilai signifikannya 0.004 < 0.05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 0.272 atau 27.2%, dan secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), dimana nilai signifikan 0.002 < 0.05 dengan pengaruh sebesar 0.907 atau 90.7%. Dan hasil analisis uji F variabel kompensasi (X1) dan variabel motivasi kerja (X2) secara bersama- sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y), dimana f hitung sebesar 6.110 > nilai f tabel 3.32, dan nilai signifikan yaitu 0.001 < 0.05.Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the hotel sector was severely affected by around 95% of hoteliers who laid off their employees or gave unpaid leave. Employees have an active role in setting plans, systems, processes, and goals to be achieved. In order for the hotel sector to survive, high employee performance is needed, to determine the level of employee performance, it is necessary to analyze work motivation and emotional intelligence. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, where the population in this study is one of the 3 star hotel employees. The results in this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Community service activities are the implementation of the practice of science, technology and cultural arts directly in the community as a dissemination of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and noble responsibilities in an effort to develop community capabilities, so as to accelerate the growth rate of achieving national development goals. The problem that exists in the foundation is that there is no independent effort and only expects donations from donors so that this service aims to provide input and help the Fadhilah Gresik Princess Orphans Foundation in seeking other funding income in managing the Foundation's operations. The implementation will use the method of giving lectures and direct training to administrators and orphans in learning to make handicrafts, and the training participants are administrators and female orphans with a total of 40 participants. The results of community service have been able to provide entrepreneurial motivation independently which is received with a good response, , and have been able to develop the potential of the Fadhilah Gresik Yatim Putri Foundation through handicrafts from Kur and Knitting ropes with real product results, and can provide solutions to income problems. Operational funds, by selling the handicrafts produced, through direct sales through online social media sales, so that later the Fadhilah Gresik Princess Orphans Foundation, can get income other than donors.

ABSTRACTWith the more intense competition between companies in Indonesia, the company will succeed, both private and state-owned companies or the public sector, depending on the ability and expertise of the leadership in carrying out company functions such as human resource management. The company will get the best results from the resulting employee performance with quality human resources. The following research aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of PT. Siantar Top, Tbk Sidoarjo. Subsequent research uses a quantitative approach, and the analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire sample of 88 employees. The results showed that the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) partially had a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Environment variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with the F test results obtained F count above F table.ABSTRAKSemakin ketatnya persaingan antar perusahaan di Indonesia, maka perusahaan akan berhasil, baik perusahaan swasta maupun perusahaan milik negara atau sektor publik, tergantung pada kemampuan dan keahlian pimpinan dalam menjalankan fungsi perusahaan seperti pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Dengan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, perusahaan akan mendapatkan hasil terbaik dari kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan. Penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Siantar Top, Tbk Sidoarjo. Penelitian selanjutnya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 88 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan dengan hasil uji F diperoleh F hitung diatas F tabel.
