Abstract

Batik Komar adalah salah satu Industri Batik yang terkenal di Jawa Barat. Sebagai Industri, Batik Komar harus bertahan dalam persaingan. Salah satu misi batik Komar adalah membuat Batik mengetahui di dunia. Untuk memenuhi misi itu, Komar Batik harus menyusun strategi bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa peran industri kreatif untuk perkembangan di Batik komar, dan juga mengetahui apakah Batik Komar sudah membuat perkembangan apa saja yang telah mereka lakukan. Untuk metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisi SWOT agar pembaca lebih mudah untuk mempelajarinya.Kata Kunci: Batik Komar; Strategi Bisnis; analisis SWOT; Industri Kreatif; Kesenian

Abstract

This study aims to determine and validate examples derived from several hypotheses and existing theories. This research method is quantitative with a verification type that examines cooperatives consisting of all cooperatives in the city of Bandung that are active and fostered by the Office of Cooperatives and small businesses of West Java Province, using a total of 403 cooperatives with a sample of 80 respondents. This study uses the main data whose data collection uses questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used means the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis methods. the results of this study explain that there is a significant impact between competency on sustainable business growth, the influence of organizational culture on sustainable business growth. The coefficient of determination of Competency and Organizational Culture is simultaneously 60.3% on Sustainable Struggle Growth, while the remaining 39.7% is the amount of donation given by other variables that are not studied. This study highlights the important role of competency and organizational culture in promoting sustainable business growth in the cooperative sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kompetensi dengan budaya organisasi koperasi di wilayah Kota Bandung. Fenomena disparitas antara koperasi aktif dan tidak aktif di Kota Bandung merupakan tantangan yang harus diatasi. Dengan fokus pada peningkatan rasa kepemilikan anggota, kualitas manajemen koperasi, dan kerja sama dengan lembaga keuangan lain, koperasi-koperasi di Kota Bandung dapat bangkit dan menjadi pilar penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkeadilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan-hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi dengan budaya organisasi di dalam suatu koperasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai koperasi di Kota Bandung yang aktif dan dibina oleh Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Provinsi Jawa Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi dengan budaya organisasi. Ini berarti bahwa semakin baik kompetensi yang dimiliki karyawan akan memudahkan karyawan menyesuaikan budaya organisasi.

Abstract

The research uses the synthetic scoping review method to reveal a state-of-the-art entrepreneurial orientation study in social entrepreneurship context. This research was carried out in a mixed method approach with three stages: a systematic review and scoping review as a qualitative approach and bibliometric mapping with co-occurrence analysis as a quantitative approach. The results of a systematic review show that a social entrepreneurial orientation has been initiated since 1906. In Spain and the United States, quantitative research dominates. The scoping review results reveal seven dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation typical in the social entrepreneurship context. Furthermore, the results of the co-occurrence analysis raise five major themes, namely 1) women entrepreneurial orientation and women empowerment, 2) the dimension of women entrepreneurial and get new dimensions are women flexibility and women ethics, 3) women entrepreneurial orientation and intangible resources, 4) women entrepreneurial orientation and family to work conflict, 5) business performance.
