Abstract

This study aims to find out about the effectiveness of leadership in improving the performance of the apparatus in the village of Wasalabose Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. The research used is qualitative research. Existing data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Research Results Show that the Leadership of the Village Head in Wasalabose is already good, as indicated by the relationship between the leaders, in this case, the Wasalabose Village Head and his subordinates and also the division of structures clear task by always giving direction in every activity carried out both in the village office or in the community and with what is done by the village head makes a strong leadership force line during the village wasalabose. Further improvement in the performance of the apparatus in the village wasalabose already has shown an increase in productivity, good service quality and responsiveness carried out by the village apparatus with the direction and instructions from their leaders namely the Head of the Village Wasalabose Kulisusu District North Regency.

Abstract

Media dalam bentuk karya jurnalisme hendaknya menjadi "jurnalisme harapan" yang dapat memberikan perasaan positive, tenang, damai dan memberikan harapan bahwa pandemi virus covid-19 ini akan dapat teratasi dan kita semua akan kembali hidup dalam keadaan sehat dan tenang. Dan bahwa pemerintah  bersama dengan segenap komponen masyarakat bekerjasama untuk dapat mengatasi pandemi covid-19 ini.  Olehnya itu melalui kegiatan KKN Tematik ini. TIM akan memberikan pemahaman sekaligus keterampilan kepada  masyarakat yang diwakilkan dalam bentuk kelompok/grup masyarakat yang beranggotakan  masyarakat serta pemuda agar berperan serta aktif melakukan seleksi berita atau informasi yang bersifat positif "jurnalisme harapan" yang nantinya berita tersebut akan diteruskan kepada masyarakat sekitar.  Artinya dengan  keterampilan data dan keahlian yang diberikan kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan proses seleksi informasi/berita akan membuat kondisi lebih baik untuk memutus rantai penyebaran pandemi covid-19. Hasil kegiatan  pengabdian terintegrasi KKN Tematik  tahun 2020 ini memberikan  beberapa out put/luaran yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat disaat kondisi pandemic covid-19  yakni terbentuknya grup media sosial Whats App  yang bermanfaat dalam menampung beragam informasi bernilai positif untuk meningkatkan imunitas masyarakat  dalam mengahadapi virus covid-19. Sekaligus memberikan pengetahuan selektifitas kepada masyarakat mengenai informasi yang benar dan informasi hoax yang  beredar di media sosial. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan pengetahuan literasi kepada masyarakat agar secara  proaktif memilah dan memilih informasi yang berkualitas pada media sosial dan media massa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen terhadap hasil kerja pegawai kantor desa pengarah masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah delapan orang. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan Lurah Wali Kecamatan Watopute Kabupaten Muna ditunjukkan dengan baik dengan adanya manajer yang selalu memberikan instruksi dalam setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukannya kepada bawahannya, namun mampu memberikan arahan dalam setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukannya kepada bawahannya, menyelesaikan pekerjaan agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan tepat waktu.

Abstract

The problem often faced by patchouli farmers is in the marketing process of their products. In general, when marketing patchouli in South Konawe Regency, farmers collaborate through marketing institutions or intermediary traders to market their products. Basically, the high marketing costs cause many farmers to depend on marketing institutions that are able to provide facilities such as transportation and the needs that farmers need to market their products. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze marketing channels, differences in share margins, and marketing efficiency of patchouli plants in South Konawe Regency. The research design used was descriptive quantitative. The respondents for this research consisted of patchouli farmers and traders. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is calculating the share margin, margin and marketing efficiency. Then descriptive qualitative data analysis was used using SWOT analysis. The research results show that the marketing channels for patchouli oil that have been formed are: Patchouli Farmers to Small Traders to Large Traders to Consumers (Industry). The calculation results show that the Share Margin value is 61.03%, meaning that the determination of the selling price made by farmers is included in the efficient category. It is said to be efficient if the farmer's selling price is more than or equal to 40% of the purchase price at the exporter level. The marketing efficiency value is 15.59%. The smaller efficiency value indicates that the use of existing marketing channels in the research area can be said to be more efficient because of the lower ratio of total marketing costs to selling prices to final consumers. The strategies that need to be implemented are maximizing the productivity of patchouli farming, increasing farmers' knowledge and education, production facilities and infrastructure as well as increasing cultivation and post-harvest technology facilities, utilizing the level of productivity of patchouli as an export crop to earn more income, taking advantage of the large number of productive farmers who are still farming. patchouli, controlling prices from the government so that there are no price games, increasing education, knowledge and experience and skills of farmers in applying cultivation technology, and increasing the number of technological facilities for processing products to meet quality standards set by traders/industry and also be able to reduce the risks that arise due to fluctuating price competition.
