Abstract

Proses komunikasi dilakukan lebih bebas, praktis, dan terbuka membuat pemilihan jodoh dapat berkembang dengan adanya media pencarian jodoh, antara lain aplikasi pencarian jodoh yang memberikan peluang yang sama antara perempuan dan laki-laki untuk memilih pasangan yang diidamkan. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam aplikasi ini bersifat interpersonal dengan sistem swip e and match memudahkan mereka memilih ketika sudah memiliki ketertarikan. Bertemu dengan orang – orang baru untuk membina suatu hubungan yang berawal dari komunikasi interpersonal. penelitian ini memfokuskan membahas tentang bentuk hubungan interpersonal yang terbentuk melalui penggunaan aplikasi dating tantan, studi ini menggunakan data-data kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori penggunaan dan kepuasan oleh Katz,Blumer,dan Gurevtich. Penentuan Informan berjumlah sepuluh orang yang dipilih dengan pertimbangan dan tujuan tertentu, hasil dari penelitian ini hubungan intrpersonal yang terbentuk melalui tiga tahapun yaitu kenalan, pertemanan, dan hubungan pribadi, hadirnya aplikasi jodoh tentunya memberikan dampak bagi para pengguna untuk itu pengguna disarankan untuk lebih berhati-hati dalam menggunakan aplikasi jodoh dalam mencari teman ataupun pasangan. Kata-kata Kunci: Aplikasi Tantan; Pencarian Jodoh; Kencan; Komunikasi; Media Baru

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has struck the world, prompting the enforcement of stay-at-home policies to halt the spread of COVID-19. Indonesia is not exempted from this situation. The COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated social distance due to social distancing, quarantine, and isolation to minimise the spread of the virus. During the COVID-19 pandemic, an online learning system was used. The ideal learning methods in the new normal era are blended learning and hybrid learning methods. Online learning demands the attention of the communicant so that the message conveyed by the communicator can run effectively. If hybrid learning as an instructional medium can be appropriately utilised, the learning objectives can be achieved. However, in previous studies, the blended learning method still needs to be evaluated so that its application can run well and as expected. Because communication transactions that can overcome various frames of reference or clarify difficulties to transfer understanding in a timely manner are considered rich, the media richness theory is applied in this study. This study aims to know how effective hybrid learning is in Southeast Sulawesi during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is phenomenology by involving junior high school teachers in Southeast Sulawesi. Based on this study’s data analysis findings, the Effectiveness of the hybrid learning model in Southeast Sulawesi during the COVID-19 outbreak is decided by students’ and parents’ desire to monitor their children.

Abstract

Manajemen Kampanye Komunikasi Kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan Covid-19 di Kota Kendari dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi melalui kampanye komunikasi kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan Covid-19 di Kota Kendari. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan kampanye komunikasi kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan pandemic Covid 19 di Kota Kendari menjelaskan solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang memuat tahapan yakni: Pertama; persiapan (Survei Lokasi, Penyiapan bahan dan sarana pendukung kegiatan, Sosialisasi program), Kedua; pembekalan KKN-Tematik melalui media daring menggunakan aplikasi zoom/google meeting, Ketiga; pelaksanan kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 1 (satu) bulan pada minggu kedua Juni sampai Minggu kedua Agustus 2020 dengan Total Volume Kegiatan sebanyak 144 jam/mahasiswa selama 30 hari.Bentuk-Bentuk kampanye komunikasi kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan Covid-19 di Kota Kendari yakni “Buku Rencana” atau Plan Book Manajemen Kampanye Komunikasi Kesehatan Covid 19, Film/Video kampanye komunikasi kesehatan Covid 19, media social facebook dan Instagram, radio komunitas dan TV, serta kampanye komunikasi kesehatan Covid 19 melalui Nir-Massa/media luar ruang: Poster, lieflet, booklet, brosur).

Abstract

. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku mahasiswa perpustakaan dalam memanfaatkan hasil penelusuran informasi search engine google untuk penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak delapan orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis, maka penulis dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa Perilaku Mahasiswa Perpustakaan Dalam Memanfaatkan Hasil Penelusuran Informasi Search Engine Google yang dimana mahasiswa melakukan penelusuran informasi dengan menggunakan 6 tahap penelusuran informasi yaitu Starting, Chaining, Browsing, Differentiating, Monitoring, Extracting dari hasil penelusuran informasi yang ada di search engine google tersebut mahasiswa memanfaatkan informasi yaitu seperti jurnal, skripsi dalam bentuk pdf, ataupun artikel-artikel jurnal kemudian mahasiswa mengambil kutipan atau rujukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada diinginkan dan mengaplikasikan informasi tersebut untuk melengkapi penulisan atau penyelesaian karya tulis ilmiah.

Abstract

The problem often faced by patchouli farmers is in the marketing process of their products. In general, when marketing patchouli in South Konawe Regency, farmers collaborate through marketing institutions or intermediary traders to market their products. Basically, the high marketing costs cause many farmers to depend on marketing institutions that are able to provide facilities such as transportation and the needs that farmers need to market their products. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze marketing channels, differences in share margins, and marketing efficiency of patchouli plants in South Konawe Regency. The research design used was descriptive quantitative. The respondents for this research consisted of patchouli farmers and traders. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is calculating the share margin, margin and marketing efficiency. Then descriptive qualitative data analysis was used using SWOT analysis. The research results show that the marketing channels for patchouli oil that have been formed are: Patchouli Farmers to Small Traders to Large Traders to Consumers (Industry). The calculation results show that the Share Margin value is 61.03%, meaning that the determination of the selling price made by farmers is included in the efficient category. It is said to be efficient if the farmer's selling price is more than or equal to 40% of the purchase price at the exporter level. The marketing efficiency value is 15.59%. The smaller efficiency value indicates that the use of existing marketing channels in the research area can be said to be more efficient because of the lower ratio of total marketing costs to selling prices to final consumers. The strategies that need to be implemented are maximizing the productivity of patchouli farming, increasing farmers' knowledge and education, production facilities and infrastructure as well as increasing cultivation and post-harvest technology facilities, utilizing the level of productivity of patchouli as an export crop to earn more income, taking advantage of the large number of productive farmers who are still farming. patchouli, controlling prices from the government so that there are no price games, increasing education, knowledge and experience and skills of farmers in applying cultivation technology, and increasing the number of technological facilities for processing products to meet quality standards set by traders/industry and also be able to reduce the risks that arise due to fluctuating price competition.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of regional government public relations messages and communication media in handling information hoaxes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The widespread spread of COVID-19 pandemic hoax information has increasingly increased public panic and anxiety, especially in Kendari City. For this reason, the Kendari City Government, through the public relations department, has made various communication efforts to prevent the spread of hoax information. Research data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation and analyzed using descriptive qualitative data analysis methods to provide a comprehensive picture of the object under study. Research informants were determined using purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the communication model implemented by Kendari City Government Public Relations in preventing COVID-19 pandemic hoaxes is carried out using a participatory communication model using all available communication channels as information media that can be easily accessed by the public. First, by carrying out a thorough identification of the information and hoax news that is being spread. Second, utilizing all types of communication channels available, such as outreach with Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and the community, billboards, collaboration with online news media, partner information service institutions (Kominfo and the Pandemic task force), installing billboards and standing banners, and developing its official website.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok perempuan melalui Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) dan Majelis Taklim di Desa Tirta Martani, Kecamatan Buke, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara luring melalui penyuluhan dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan kapasitas perempuan dalam mengelola potensi sumber daya lokal guna mendukung kesejahteraan keluarga. Keluaran dari kegiatan ini mencakup meningkatnya pemahaman teoritis masyarakat dan aparatur desa mengenai pemberdayaan perempuan, serta komitmen baru untuk memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumah sebagai tempat budidaya sayuran. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil merevitalisasi peran sosial dan ekonomi Majelis Taklim sebagai wadah pembelajaran komunitas dan penguatan spiritual. Pengabdian ini menunjukkan pentingnya integrasi antara pemberdayaan pertanian dan aktivitas keagamaan dalam pendekatan partisipatif untuk meningkatkan kondisi sosial ekonomi perempuan di wilayah pedesaan.
