Abstract

Economic growth is the process of changing the economic conditions of a country continuously towards the better. In Indonesia itself, MSMEs contribute significantly to increasing Gross Domestic Product, which of course MSMEs have an important role in Indonesia's economic growth. On the other hand, the role of local brands, especially fashion, in Indonesian MSMEs ranks first as MSME products that have experienced significant development. The research method in this study is qualitative descriptive, where all data sources are obtained based on literature and previous research that is studied using neoclassical theory. The results of the study revealed that (1) local brands have a large contribution to economic growth through job creation. Logically, the more new MSMEs are opened, the more employees they recruit, (2) local brands use digitalization in all lines of their operational activity processes, which means that local brands in MSMEs are able to contribute to increasing economic growth based on technological advances, and (3) since the Covid-19 pandemic, the government has provided soft loans to MSME business actors, and with this capital, it can increase the productivity of new and existing MSMEs.

Abstract

A hybrid contract is an agreement between two parties that includes two or more contracts at once, such as a hire-purchase contract, subsidy, wakalah, muzara'ah, qardh, sharf, mudharabah, syirkah, and others. Thus, all legal consequences and rights and obligations arising from these contracts are considered as an inseparable unit. This research design took the form of a literature review. The research results show that between 2020 and 2024, a number of studies have been carried out on hybrid contract law from various perspectives. This research includes hybrid contracts from the perspective of four schools of thought, the views of ulama, as well as a review of hadith and Maqashid Al-Syariah. In this context, there are scholars who support and oppose the existence of hybrid contracts. There is also a debate regarding the interpretation of hadith from a maqashid perspective, where hybrid contracts are considered as an attempt to achieve the validity of various thoughts. It is hoped that the hybrid contract can create holistic and multidimensional integration, and achieve the stated goals. According to fiqh, as long as the combination of contracts in a hybrid contract is not accompanied by elements of jahalah or gharar, and does not give rise to usury, then the contract can be considered valid according to Islamic law.

Abstract

This article attempts to contribute to practical considerations of community participation in development activities in poor urban communities. Therefore, comprehensive intervention is needed and involves various stakeholders from the authorities as well as various stakeholders such as volunteer organizations, companies, universities and the community. Action research is applied research that uses knowledge as a form of power and eliminates the boundaries between research and social action. Assistance to the poor is an effort to alleviate poverty because the recipient had a business before receiving assistance and did not meet the average criteria for assistance. This is a job that does not take into account the professionalism of the work. For the urban poor community empowerment model, there are 4 development stages, namely the potential development stage, the social accumulation stage (employment potential), the social participation stage and the special stage. Community action as a local force can create a model of community empowerment that relies on the principles of ecology and social justice and upholds human rights values. The idea is that implementing a model of strengthening local poor communities in urban areas can change the nature of the social development model, rather than developing society from the economic sector, but must be accompanied by an understanding of the potential of the community, the potential and potential that the community has, the greater their hopes and building a better society.
