Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence and magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Placement on the Performance of Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City Simultaneously and partially. The population of this study is all civil servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, which numbered 44 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Organizational Culture influences the Performance of Civil Servants at the Education. Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t arithmetic > t table (4.896 > 2.02108). Competence influences the Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t arithmetic > t table (2.493 > 2.02108). Placement influences the Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, this is evidenced by t arithmetic > t table (3.477> 2.02108). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture, Competence and Placement on the Performance of Civil Servants in Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City, which can be proven by F arithmetic > F table (33,203 > 3.15). The influence of Organizational Culture, Competence and Placement on the Performance of Civil Servants Education Authorities Of Sungai Penuh City Is 79%. While the remaining 21% is explained by other causative factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Promotion of a university can be done using the Word-of-Mouth marketing communication method. This marketing method will use its consumers to promote its products to others. This promotion can be done using interpersonal communication. This study aims to find a model of word-of-mouth marketing communication that occurs at the STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci college. A qualitative approach through exploratory methods will be used in this study. This study then found that before deciding to go to college, the perpetrator of the communication would consider the situational and personal factors of the interlocutor. By using the communication model of Riley and Riley as its foundation, the word-of-mouth model is strongly influenced by the activities that occur between personal communication between its members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Earning Per Share (EPS)  dan Price Earning Ratio (PER)  terhadap Harga Saham dengan kebijakan Dividen sebagai variabel intervening,objek dari penelitian ini adalah PT.Bank Central Asia Tbk Tahun 2006-2023 . Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan maka diperoleh hasil penelitian secara parsial, Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham  di PT.Bank Central Asia Tbk Tahun 2006-2023,di karenakan T hitung > T tabel (15096,719 > 1,76131) dan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,050. Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham di PT.Bank Central Asia Tbk Tahun 2006-2023,di karenakan  T hitung > T tabel (15154,184 > 1,76131) dan nilai signifikansi =  0,000 < 0,050.Earning Per Share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen di PT.Bank Central Asia Tbk Tahun 2006-2023 di karenakan T hitung < T tabel (-0,568 < 1,76131) dan nilai signifikansi = 0,0,579 >  0,050 .Price Earning Ratio (PER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan Dividen di PT.Bank Central Asia Tbk tahun 2006-2023,di karenakan T hitung < T tabel ( 0,464 < 1,76131) dan nilai signifikansi = 0,679 > 0,050. Kebijakan Dividen tidak  berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham di PT.Bank Central Asia  Tbk Tahun 2006-2023,di karenakan T hitung <T tabel (0,363 < 1,76131) dan nilai signifikansi = 0,722 > 0,050. Earning Per Share (EPS) Dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel intervening pada PT.Bank Central Asia Tbk Tahun 2006-2023,di karenakan  T hitung > T tabel (15096,719 >1,76131) dan nilai signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,050.Kata Kunci : Earning Per Share (EPS),Price Earning Ratio (PER) Harga Saham,Kebijakan Dividen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh struktur asset, struktur modal ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan Sub-Sektor Logam Dan Sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2022. Alat analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode jalur/ path analysis. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan dengan menggunakan alai analisis jalur maka dioeroleh hasil penelitian bahwa Ukuran perusahaan dan Struktur Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Struktur Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Struktur Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur Modal dapat memediasi Ukuran Perusahaan dan Struktur Asset terhadap Nilai Perusahaan intervening pada perusahaan Sub-Sektor Logam Dan Sejenisnya yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2022.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the tendency or intention of employees to voluntarily stop working from their jobs or move from one workplace to another according to their own choice (Mobley, 2011). Turnover intention does not stand alone, there are things that encourage the behavior of these employees. Someone will not leave the organization without a reason/factor that triggers the desire to move/turnover intention. Many factors affect Turnover intention including organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction (Mobley, 2011). This study aims to see the influence and magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction on Turnover intention of PT. BPR Kerinci. By using validity and reliability tests on research instruments, the samples in this research were employees of PT. BPR Kerinci as many as 30 people. With multiple linear regression analysis tools, determinant coefficients and hypothesis testing with t test and F test it is obtained that partially organizational commitment and compensation have a negative and significant effect on turnover invention, while job satisfaction has no significant effect on Turnover intention . Simultaneously, organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention at PT. BPR Kerinci.
