Abstract

The study aims to test differences in fluctuations in assets, liabilities, and equity of JII-listed companies from 2018-2020. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and a paired sample t-test using secondary data. The research object is the company that entered the JII in December-May 2018, 2019, and 2020 (20 companies). The results showed that current assets, fixed assets, total assets, short-term liabilities, long-term liabilities, and equity of JII listed companies from 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 fluctuated, but there was no difference in fluctuations between the period before the Covid-19 pandemic (2018-2019) and after the Covid-19 pandemic (2019-2020).

Abstract

This research was conducted to find the application of the Planting Season Calendar of traditional farmers in Gorontalo to predict the income and costs of farmers. This research contributes to the exploration of intangible assets in agriculture (Planting Season Calendar) that can be used by farmers as a whole or can even be used as a reference for generations. Data collection was carried out by semi-structured interviews. The data analysis method used is the descriptive analysis method with interpretive paradigm approach. The results showed that the Planting Season Calendar used by farmers consisted of 3 seasons and only 2 seasons were used by farmers, namely Ta'uwa and Tuwalanga. This planting season calendar for farmers is an intangible asset, prediction, budgeting, and cost management tool. In addition, even though farmers have knowledge about this calendar, they still do their best efforts by carrying out agricultural activities effectively and efficiently. The farmers were self-taught (knowledge), carried out cost management well and effectively (endeavor) but did not make them forget God. They realized that no matter how clever they were at calculating the movement of stars (Poliyama), estimating rainfall, estimating pest-free time, they were still inseparable from the control and power of God (Postmodernism).

Abstract

Observations were made on generation z who want to have their own business by promoting Gorontalo's distinctive handicrafts, namely karawo, and promoting the produce of their parents, most of whom are corn and rice farmers and cattle farmers, so that people, especially in the Gorontalo regency area, can get to know handicraft, agriculture and animal husbandry products from Ayumolingo Village, Pulubala District so that training is provided in the use of e-commerce on Tiktok, promotional features on Tiktok such as live streaming and Tiktok Shop by including links to selling products. Using the concept of a training-based approach, with pre and post-test measurements, obtained results of increasing understanding and utilization of TikTok e-commerce stores as a medium of promotion and sales. The implication of this activity on generation z is that can apply the information they get to entrepreneurial lives from an early age. Keywords: E-Commerce, TikTok Shop, Promotion, Gen Z Abstrak Observasi dilakukan pada Generasi Z yang ingin memiliki usaha sendiri dengan mempromosikan kerajinan khas Gorontalo yaitu karawo dan mempromosikan hasil bumi dari orang tuanya yang kebanyakan adalah petani jagung dan padi serta peternak sapi, agar masyarakat khususnya di wilayah kabupaten Gorontalo dapat mengenal produk kerajinan, pertanian dan peternakan dari Desa Ayumolingo Kecamatan Pulubala sehingga pelatihan diberikan dalam penggunaan e-commerce di Tiktok, fitur promosi di Tiktok seperti live streaming dan Tiktok Shop dengan mencantumkan link produk jualan. Menggunakan konsep pendekatan berbasis pelatihan, dengan pengukuran pre dan post test, memeroleh hasil peningkatan pemahaman dan pemanfaatan e-commerce toko Tiktok sebagai media promosi dan penjualan. Implikasi kegiatan ini pada Generasi Z dapat mengaplikasikan informasi yang diperoleh pada kehidupan berwirausaha sejak dini. Kata kunci: E-Commerce, TikTok Shop, Promosi, Gen Z

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di SMKN 3 Surakarta bertujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai antikorupsi kepada siswa sebagai persiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Korupsi di Indonesia telah menjadi tantangan serius yang menghambat kemajuan ekonomi dan merusak kepercayaan publik. Pendidikan menjadi solusi untuk membentuk generasi muda yang berintegritas. Dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini mengajak siswa, guru, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk berperan aktif dalam mengidentifikasi, merencanakan, dan menjalankan kegiatan terkait anti korupsi di dunia kerja. Tahapannya mencakup diskusi kelompok, survei, lokakarya kolaboratif, dan simulasi skenario nyata untuk membantu siswa menghadapi dilema etika. Diharapkan program ini mencetak tenaga kerja yang memahami pentingnya integritas dan transparansi serta mampu menghindari perilaku korup di dunia profesional. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memperkuat reputasi SMKN 3 Surakarta dan berkontribusi kepada masyarakat lokal dengan menyiapkan lulusan beretika. Program ini menargetkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa mengenai antikorupsi, pengembangan keterampilan untuk mengenali dan menghindari praktik korupsi, serta penanaman nilai integritas. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui survei dan diskusi reflektif guna memastikan relevansi dan dampak jangka panjang bagi siswa dan masyarakat.
