Abstract

The Hajj and Umrah industry is one of the most growing and popular businesses in these years. Decree of the minister of religion of the Republic of Indonesia number 494 of 2020 concerning the cancellation of pilgrims during the Hajj pilgrimage in 2020 this decision is to prevent the spread of the Corona virus. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the risk management carried out by PT Amanu in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with primary and secondary data to study the situation and situation in the Covid-19 pandemic. Until now.This research is important to do to provide an overview to the public about the importance of risk management in the midst of a pandemic. The results of this research show that PT Amanu can survive the impact of the Haj and Umrah cancellation policy on the government by making various new breakthroughs and innovations.Keywords: government policy; covid 19 pandemic; risk management.

Abstract

The growth of the cafe business in Indonesia is growing rapidly, as well as in the Sukoharjo area. Various cafe concepts are currently provided with various concepts so as to attract consumers' buying attention and ultimately increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction of Hos Coffee. This type of quantitative descriptive research with research objects are all consumers of Hos Coffee Kartasura with a sample of 92 people taken by accidental sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed product quality, service quality, price and emotional factors had a significant effect on Hos Coffee consumer satisfaction (p < 0.05). So it is suggested that the management of Hos Coffee Kartasura can pay more attention to the preparation of strategies that are able to maintain and develop businesses, especially coffee shops seen from product quality, service quality, price and consumer emotional factors.

Abstract

Early Childhood Islamic Education (PAUD) plays an important role in forming the foundation of children's values and character, especially amidst technological advances and changes in the era of Society 5.0. In the context of PAUD, the main challenge faced is how to integrate Islamic values in the learning process that is relevant to technological developments, as well as ensuring comprehensive education for early childhood. The purpose of this article is to explain the importance of the role of teachers and their implementation in early childhood education learning and its relationship to Islamic education in the era of Society 5.0, especially for early childhood. The research approach uses qualitative research with interviews and data analysis methods. Interviews were conducted with preschool teachers and and data sources come from journals and books in the field of early childhood education in early childhood learning. Data collection is carried out by collecting related references, both manually and digitally. After the data is collected, it is then displayed, reduced and constructed so that a new, complete and latest concept emerges. The results of the study show that the role of teachers is very strategic in managing a comprehensive and adaptive learning process to technological developments, in order to produce a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has good character and strong faith in accordance with Islamic teachings. Therefore, training and improving teacher competence in the digital era is a key factor in creating quality Islamic education in PAUD.

Abstract

Teaching Islamic Religious Education in the digital era has its own challenges for teachers as facilitators. This study aims to show the effectiveness of the role of social media as a learning medium in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using an online questionnaire with the research subjects of grade XII students of the Industrial Pharmacy Department and Community Clinical Pharmacy who were randomly selected as many as 62 students. Based on 4 aspects of the assessment, namely 1) effectiveness of social media use, 2) ease of use of social media, 3) student involvement, and 4) effectiveness of material delivery, an average score of 54.5 was obtained, indicating that social media is effective as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education

Abstract

This study examines the persuasive communication strategies implemented in the relocation program of Pasar Anyar Tangerang, focusing on merchants' perceptions of the communication process. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research involved in-depth interviews with three merchants who experienced relocation to Mall Metropolis and Pasar Mambo. The findings reveal that the effectiveness of persuasive communication is influenced by several key factors such as information consistency, process transparency, relocation site selection, and financial considerations. Although management has implemented a dialogical approach through deliberation and intensive coordination, challenges were still found in the form of information inconsistency and changing decisions. Relocation site factors and operational costs became the main considerations for merchants in accepting or rejecting the relocation program.

Abstract

Education is an important element that must continue to develop in response to contemporary needs and societal developments. The rapid advancement of technology requires adaptation of educational systems to ensure that individuals can keep pace with this evolution. During the Industrial Revolution 4.0, education stressed the use of internet networks and information technology which were fundamental in the learning system. Blended learning, case-based learning, and hybrid learning were the dominant methodologies in this period. The emergence of the Society 5.0 period represents a transformation in several aspects of society, including education. This understanding facilitates the development of contemporary science that is adapted to meet human needs in accordance with current expectations. The Society 5.0 era is based on 21st century competencies which are closely related to rapid technological progress. This period offers efficiency and convenience, where technology helps and does not dominate, thus improving the quality of life to become more comfortable and prosperous.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui pendekatan kajian pustaka sistematis. Data dikumpulkan dari lima artikel penelitian yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019 dan 2024, yang secara khusus membahas penerapan model CTL pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan dan mata pelajaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CTL berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Selain itu, CTL terbukti dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran, serta mendukung pengembangan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan memecahkan masalah. Penerapan strategi ini memerlukan keterkaitan konten pendidikan dengan konteks kehidupan nyata, memanfaatkan perangkat pembelajaran, dan menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan kolaboratif. Namun, keberhasilan penerapan CTL sangat bergantung pada kesiapan pendidik dalam merancang dan memfasilitasi pembelajaran kontekstual. Oleh karena itu, CTL dapat berfungsi sebagai strategi alternatif dalam pembelajaran yang tidak hanya menekankan pada hasil akademik, tetapi juga pengembangan karakter dan kompetensi

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to instill values of discipline, responsibility, courage, patience, and cooperation through physical activities that are religious and educational in nature. The methodology used in this activity is based on a qualitative approach with a case study method, where the implementation process is carried out through observation, interviews, and direct mentoring of students participating in horse riding activities. The results of the activity show that horse riding training has a significant influence on changes in the attitudes and behavior of students. They become more disciplined, resilient, and have a high sense of empathy and responsibility, both towards themselves and their surroundings. Horse riding activities not only build physical strength, but also instill spiritual values through the example of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, who made horse riding a noble sunnah. The novelty of this community service activity lies in the Sunnah-based character education model contextualized in the life of Islamic boarding schools. The integration of Sunnah sports and Islamic character values is an innovation in non-formal learning approaches that touch on the physical, moral, and spiritual aspects of students. The implications for educational policy indicate the need to strengthen Islamic-based extracurricular activities in educational institutions so that character education does not stop at the theoretical level but is also implemented in meaningful real-world activities.
