Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how many followers of the Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal believe in the existence of religion or just as a formality, and also to find out the flow of someone who follows the Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal. The method that I use in this research is by interviewing direct respondents who are competent in the field of paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal. The conclusions are of followers of the Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal are that the followers of the Paguyuban Ngesti Tunggal are their own uniqueness where Pangestu is a pure organization, not a group of followers of belief or religion. Therefore, Pangestu members carry out worship in accordance with their respective teachings. The Pangestu association is also an organization whose members are required to balance the relationship between humans and their God as well as humans and humans.Keyword: Pangestu; Religiosity; Stream of worshipers

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of the Instagram account @PeduliJilbab on the perception of wearing hijab followers. The purpose of this study was to determine how much correlation and influence the contribution of the @pedulijilbab Instagram account to the perception of followers' hijabs. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with correlational methods, while the correlational methods are correlation and simple regression. This study shows the results of the calculation of the correlation of 0.481 means that it has a positive relationship with a moderate level. The regression calculation results show a significant positive effect of 0.000 while the contribution of Instagram accounts to perception is 17.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the legal and Sharia challenges in the context of digital culture. The research method used is literature analysis and literature review. In this study, it was found that the development of digital technology has significant implications for the fields of law and Sharia, especially in the context of digital culture. Some of the challenges faced include issues of privacy, data security, validity of online transactions, as well as ethical and moral issues in the use of digital technology. The research results show that law and Sharia must continue to evolve to cope with the rapid changes in digital culture. This involves a deep understanding of the principles of law and Sharia and their application in the digital context. Furthermore, it is important for legal and Sharia practitioners to address emerging challenges in the digital culture, including engaging in collaborations among legal, Sharia, and technology experts to tackle complex issues. This research contributes to the understanding of legal and Sharia challenges in the digital culture and provides a basis for policy-making and relevant regulatory development to address the rapidly changing digital culture. This research is expected to provide guidance and direction for legal, Sharia, and technology practitioners in navigating the evolving digital culture

Abstract

Where student learning motivation can affect student academic cheating behavior, it occurs because of a lack of interest in learning from students. Misuse of information technology affects student academic cheating behavior, it occurs because students are lazy to read books and repeat lessons that have been taught by their lecturers only relying on technology as a reference material to get the results of the exam. Student integrity can affect student cheating such as feeling confident with the cheating they do to get good results but in reality they rarely get perfect results. The sample used in this research is saturated sampling ie 67 accounting students at the Institute of Technology and Business Haji Agus Salim Bukittinggi. This research data is primary data because here the author uses a questionnaire directly to the object of research, namely accounting students at the Haji Agus Salim Institute of Technology and Business Bukittinggi. The data analysis technique used in this study is data in the form of numbers that can calculated accurately (definitely) based on SPSS. The results show that student academic fraud is obtained from misuse of information technology, and student integrity.
