Abstract

Seiring dengan bertambahnya usia lansia mengalami banyak perubahan, baik perubahan fisik maupun psikologis. Lansia cenderung mengalami penyakit degeneratif yang salah satunya yaitu hipertensi. Hipertensi disebabkan oleh faktor usia, gaya hidup yang kurang sehat, stress dan ras/keturunan. Hipertensi dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan penanganan farmakologi dan non farmakologi, salah satu penanganan non farmakakologi yaitu dengan relaksasi nafas dalam dan murottal Al-Qur’an irama nahawand. Tujuan: Mendiskripsikan bagaimana perubahan tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi setelah diberi terapi relaksasi nafas dalam dan murottal Al-Qur’an irama nahawand. Metode: Jenis penerapan ini adalah study kasus dengan metode deskriptif yang dilakukan kepada 2 responden dengan diagnosa hipertensi derajat II. Penerapan yang pertama dilakuakn relaksasi nafas dalam dengan hitungan 4 detik tarik nafas, 7 detik tahan nafas dan 8 detik buang nafas dilanjutkan dengan murottal Al-Qur’an terapi ini dilakukan selama 3 hari berturt-turut setiap hari. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan tekanan darah pada kedua responden perubahan tekanan darah sistolik dan tekanan darah diastolik setelah 3 hari penerapan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics students in grades VI (SDN Kampungsawah 01, District Rumpin) with this type of action research. The subjects in this study were sixth grade students at SDN Kampungsawah 01 for the academic year 2022–2023, with a total of 28 students, consisting of 10 male students and 18 female students. Data obtained through tests, observations, and documentation Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis According to the data analysis results, there was an increase in learning management by teachers, learning activities, and student learning outcomes from cycles I, II, and III, with each cycle obtaining the value of aspects of learning management by teachers in the observation phase at intervals of 2.12 with a predicate of "good enough," then increasing to 2.76 with a predicate of "good," 3.14 with a predicate of "good," and 3.5 with a predicate of "very good."At the observation stage, it was predicted that things would go well by 25%, and in cycle I it increased to 46.42% predicted good, then in cycles II and III it increased to 35.71% and 64.28% predicted very well.Learning outcomes have improved, particularly at the observation stage, where 21.41% are completed, cycle I is 53.57%, cycle II is 71.43%, and cycle III is 100%.Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), assisted by the Geogebra application, can improve the results of the mathematics learning of fifth grade students in SDN Kampungsawah 01, Rumpin District.

Abstract

The street is an important city attribute that can reveal the existence of other city attributes that have meaning. Vegetation as one of the elements of the street or more precisely the green street can present a touch of life and beauty through its diversity of forms, and trees are a form of vegetation that is easily recognized because of their size. On the other side, Kabupaten Garut is a developing area that is building and repairing city infrastructure, especially street infrastructure. Identification and analysis of the function of street trees in Kabupaten Garut and its surrounding areas are necessary to optimize the effectiveness of the green street function. This study aims to identify and analyze the function of existing street trees according to the street tree planting criteria. The method used includes program development, site selection, and analysis to the conclusion. At the analysis stage, the identification results are described descriptively by reviewing the results of other similar studies. Meanwhile, the functional analysis is carried out based on the assessment of each identified tree species. The identification results showed that the number of trees planted was inadequate, but varied based on the types. The most common street tree function is visual quality, and the road that meets the most functional criteria is Jalan Ottista segment 2.
