Abstract

The article takes the study of Ulul Albab based on The Holly Qur’an’s definition and spiritual base. It draws a conclusion that in The Holly Qur’an, Ulul Albab covers three meanings : dzikir, thinking, good deeds. This, in detail, is an ability to contemplate natural and social phenomenas. The Ulul Albab citation could be achieved only by good thinkers of themselves, natural and life phenomenas. This could invite a strong Islamic culture integrating the substance of divinity and logical values that position Islam as the supreme icon of world civilization for hundreds years ever. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the innovation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in Islamic Religious Education as a strategy to improve student learning achievement in the digital era. The phenomenon behind this study is the low level of student engagement in conventional IRE learning and the need for a more contextual and adaptive learning model in line with developments in information technology. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method, through an in-depth analysis of various scientific literature, research articles, and relevant sources that discuss the application of PBL in the context of Islamic Religious Education. The results of the analysis show that the application of the PBL model in PAI learning encourages the development of critical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration Pendidikan Agama Islam in students through active engagement in authentic learning situations. Digital innovations such as the use of e-learning, interactive applications, and collaborative platforms strengthen the effectiveness of PBL by creating a flexible and participatory learning environment. These findings contribute to strengthening the PAI learning paradigm, which is not only oriented towards mastery of material, but also towards character building and 21st century competencies. In conclusion, PBL innovation in PAI learning has positive implications for improving academic achievement and developing students' religious values in the digital age. This study recommends the development of a technology-based PBL model and further research using an empirical approach to test its effectiveness in the context of learning at various levels of education

Abstract

This research  is based on the need to improve students' understanding and skills in performing worship in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence  (fiqh) guidance in a practical and applicable way. This study aims  to  examine  a  model  for  reinforcing  Islamic  jurisprudence  material  based  on  the concept  of the requirements  for practical  worship  skills  (SKIA)  and  to assess  its  effectiveness  in  improving  students' overall  ability  to practice  worship.  The research  method  used  was  a  descriptive  qualitative  approach. Data  collection  techniques  were  conducted  through  observation,  interviews,  and  documentation.  The results indicate that the application  of the SKIA model can improve students' conceptual understanding and  practical  skills  in  worship,  such  as  ablution,  prayer,  an d  fasting.  This  model  emphasizes  the integration  of  understanding  of Islamic  jurisprudence  theory  and  the practice  of worship,  taking  into account  the  requirements  of  students'  age, mental  ability,  and  knowledge.  Thus,  the SKIA  model  has proven  effective in strengthening Islamic jurisprudence  learning in a more contextual  way and oriented towards developing students' religious competence..
