Abstract

Gedung Social Security Tower (SS Tower) adalah jawaban akan tingginya kebutuhan ruang kantor, lingkungan SS Tower adalah lingkungan yang ramah, yang ketika pembangunannya memperhatikan dampak terhadap lingkungan hidup. Salah satu upayanya adalah dengan dengan di buatnya daerah tangkapan air hujan yang memadai dengan pembuatan kolam resapan maupun sumur-sumur resapan. Selain itu juga bentuk upayanya antara lain yaitu pencegahan penyerapan air laut kedalam area perkotaan, penganganan genangan banjir yang sering terjadi di Jakarta, pemanfaatan kembali air hujan dan menyediakan area terbuka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran kondisi hidrologi yang lebih detail sehingga pengelolaan air di Gedung SS tower dapat dikelola dengan optimal atu dikendalikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengendalian bajir ini adalah Analisa perhitungan curah hujan rata-rata DAS, analisa frekuensi dan perhitungan debit rencana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa hasil kajian hidrologi perlu dipertimbangkan besaran banjir di Kali Cideng dan sistem pompa pada Waduk Setia Budi. Dari analisis besaran runoff banjir kawasan, lokasi rencana diperkirakan menyumbangkan 0,15 m3/detik (pada kala ulang 5 tahunan) aliran ke system drainase apabila tidak  dilakukan penanganan untuk menahan laju aliran permukaan dengan pembuatan saluran resapan aatau kolam resapan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Jratunseluna river area is 9,576.01 km² wide crossing 10 regencies and 2 cities, one of which is Grobogan Regency. The River System in Jratunseluna river area consists of 4 systems: Semarang Barat, Dolok-Panggaron, Jragung-Tuntang, and Serang Lusi Juana (Seluna). There are 2 (two) main riversi in the Seluna River system: Lusi and Serang Rivers, both of which cross Blora, Grobogan, Kudus, and Demak Regencies. The research was conducted in Lusi Rivershed (DAS) in Klaten Hamlet, Ngaringan Village, Ngawen Sub District, Grobogan Regency. This research aims to find out physical condition of Lusi River, inundation height, total discharge, and inundation area on the existing cross-section of Lusi River and to find out safety factor in strengthening Lusi River slope. River gydrolic analysis was conducted based in direct procedure with software HEC-RAS version 5.0 help and the method used in the analysis was slope stability with Bishop’s wedge method. The result of field survey shows that river bank damage occurs in Lusi Rivershed due to flood, erosion, and condition of land proning to landslide in the riverbed. Meanwhile, the result of analysis using HEC RAS 5.0 with plan discharge Q 10 years shows inundatio heigh of 1.10 m, and total discharge/ total Q of 450.34 m³/s, and for the inundation area of 1478.35 m² and safety factor value in strengthening Lusi River slope using gabions in Klaten Village, Ngaringan, Wirosari, Grobogan, Central Java, the value of 1.2787 was found without gabions, 1.3115 with gabions, and 1.3800 for alternative gabion 3. Abstract

The Wadaslintang Dam is located in Sumberejo Village, Wadaslintang District, Wonosobo Regency, and borders Padureso District, Kebumen Regency, Central Java Province, along the Bedegolan River within the Serayu–Bogowonto River Basin. Known for its stunning natural beauty, the reservoir holds significant potential as an attractive tourist destination. The vision of this community engagement program is to develop Wadaslintang Reservoir into a leading tourism site that is community-managed, sustainable, and capable of empowering the local population. The program employed methods of socialization and mentoring, supported by a series of initiatives that actively involved the community, including awareness-raising through reflective discussions, the establishment of reservoir enthusiast groups, participatory mapping, and long-term participatory planning. The activities enhanced community understanding of their vital role in reservoir management, as shown by evaluation results, where the average pre-test score of 63.33 increased to 85.33 out of 100 in the post-test following the socialization activities. This improvement highlights the effectiveness of participatory approaches and two-way communication in fostering community awareness and engagement.
