Abstract

The quality of life of HIV/AIDS people depends on the consumption of antiretroviral drugs. The viral load control response of 85% requires a commitment of 90-95% drug use. If the patient takes ARV 60 times a month, the patient does not miss more than 3 doses. The study aimed to look for factors influencing the compliance of People living with HIV/AIDS with ARV consumption. The research was conducted through qualitative research through in-depth interviews as a data collection technique for five PLHIV and their families, and interviews with peer group support, the Management of the Cilacap Regency AIDS Mitigation Commission, and the Head of VCT Cilacap Hospital carried out triangulation.  Data processing techniques were carried out using thematic analysis. Based on the analysis results, 4 themes were obtained: factors that affect the compliance of PLHIV in ARV consumption as follows: internal factors: 1) Reluctance to drink because of boredom; 2). Irregularity of drinking due to forgetfulness; 3). Unwillingness to take ARV because they feel no complaints and external factors: 4) There is still a stigma against PLHIV in the community.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital membawa peluang besar dalam pemasaran produk lokal. Namun, pemanfaatan digital marketing dan peran sebagai content creator di kalangan Tim Penggerak PKK Desa Watuagung, Tambak masih terbatas. Kondisi ini berdampak pada kurang optimalnya promosi dan pemasaran produk, sehingga daya saing ekonomi masyarakat belum maksimal. Tujuan dari Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Tim Penggerak PKK dalam memanfaatkan digital marketing dan content creator sebagai strategi peningkatan ekonomi keluarga dan masyarakat desa. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu (1) sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya digital marketing, (2) pelatihan teknis pembuatan konten kreatif berbasis media sosial, dan (3) praktik langsung serta pendampingan dalam pengelolaan akun pemasaran digital. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test serta observasi keterampilan peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat konten digital, mengelola akun media sosial, serta memasarkan produk secara online. Peserta menjadi lebih percaya diri, kreatif, dan mampu memperluas jaringan pemasaran produk lokal. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan digital marketing dan content creator terbukti efektif sebagai strategi pemberdayaan Tim Penggerak PKK dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dan masyarakat di Desa Watuagung, Tambak.  Kata Kunci: Digital Marketing, Content Creator, Pemberdayaan PKK, Ekonomi Masyarakat.  ABSTRACT The development of digital technology offers significant opportunities in the marketing of local products. However, the utilization of digital marketing and the role of content creators among the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Team in Watuagung Village, Tambak, remain limited. This condition has resulted in suboptimal promotion and marketing efforts, thereby reducing the economic competitiveness of the community. The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance the knowledge and skills of the PKK Team in utilizing digital marketing and content creation as strategies to improve family and community economic empowerment. The program was carried out in three stages: (1) socialization on the importance of digital marketing, (2) technical training on creative content development for social media, and (3) hands-on practice and mentoring in managing digital marketing accounts. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test assessments as well as observation of participants’ skills. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and abilities in creating digital content, managing social media accounts, and marketing products online. Participants became more confident, creative, and capable of expanding the marketing network of local products.Conclusion: Digital marketing and content creator training has proven to be effective as a strategy for empowering the PKK Team in improving family and community economic conditions in Watuagung Village, Tambak. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Content Creator, PKK Empowerment, Community Economy

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stunting is still an unresolved nutritional problem in Indonesia. Stunting will have a long-term impact on physical, mental, intellectual, and cognitive development. Stunting news in Indonesia ranks fifth in the world. Approximately 5 million of the 12 million boys (38.6%) in Indonesia have a height below the average boys' height in the world. Stunting prevention with monitoring of growth and development, improvement of nutrition and empowerment of the community can be done from the level of basic health care named integrated healthcare center, therefore integrated healthcare center’s (Posyandu) Commnuty Health Volunteers  should be well trained and knowledgeable because they will perform early detection of the development and growth of the child. The source of cadres spread throughout the village can be a force in stunting prevention and treatment programmes. Efforts to enhance the knowledge and skills of the cadres in stunting prevention can strengthen the stunting handling powers. This dedication aims to educate cadres in a more attractive way. This dedication is carried out through the provision of stunting education using the video "Brantas Stunting". the dedication results obtained that there was an improvement in the level of knowledge and skill of the cadres about stunting prevention Keywords: Stunting, Health Volunteer, Knowledge, Video
