Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai sebuah unit pelayanan dalam suatu kampus sangatlah penting untuk memberikan informasi dan pelayanan terbaik. Dengan semakin banyaknya koleksi perpustakaan maka semakin banyak pula berbagai data yang didapatkan perpustakaan. Agar data lama perpustakaan yang masih tersimpan dapat digunakan kembali pada saat dibutuhkan, maka memerlukan integrasi antara data baru dan data lama pada sistem perpustakaan. Data warehouse adalah konsep yang digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan data dalam penyimpanan sistem database perpustakaan. Terlebih lagi dibutuhkan informasi yang lengkap, cepat dan akurat bagi para tingkatan manajerial perpustakaan. Integrasi data dilakukan dengan melakukan ekstraksi dari sumber data dengan mengambil item data yang diperlukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah data warehouse aplikasi perpustakaan yang dapat digunakan oleh perpustakaan STMIK Rosma Karawang dalam menyimpan data-data perpustakaaan dan dapat mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan perpustakaan karena sudah tersedianya penyimpanan data dalam bentuk data warehouse perpustakaan.

Abstract

The fashion business today is one of the promised businesses. Thrity-One Collection Boutique is one of the business traders in the fashion sector that will be built in Karawang Regency. The purpose of this research is to develop a business strategy using the Business Model Canvas at Thirty-One Collection Boutique. The research method used is qualitative, data collection is done by interviewing fashion enthusiasts and fashion actors. This study analyzes the business model used by Thirty-One Collection Boutique using the Business Model Canvas, then analyzes each element using a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats). The results of this study are a business strategy to increase productivity and see the risks that may be faced by the Thirty-One Collection Boutique Store and to help business actors to minimize the risks that may arise and find out the potential that can be developed in the Thirty-One Collection Boutique Store business.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the very rapid development of information technology cannot be avoided, one of which is in the world of education. Global demands require the education sector to constantly adjust technological developments with efforts to improve the quality of education, adjust the use of information and communication technology. STMIK Rosma is a university that uses computer technology. However, there are still deficiencies, namely the absence of a student complaint handling application so that there is no time efficiency in submitting student complaints, no data on student complaints, and staff cannot document complaints that have been resolved, and the university leadership of the campus cannot monitor student complaints. STMIK Rosma has difficulties in handling student complaints because there is no computational process in the complaint handling process. This resulted in poor handling and decreased performance because the handling was still manual so that it was no longer effective in handling complaints. This study aims to analyze the functional requirements of the application for handling complaints of STMIK Rosma students. The method used in this study uses PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service). The results of this study, based on the problems that the root of the problem has been identified, are based on the input and output processes and their solutions, which are the basis for producing an analysis of functional requirements needed in building student complaint handling applications.
