Abstract

This research is explanatory research, explanatory research is a research method that intends to develop the clarity of phenomena that occur at a source and seeks to get answers to the causal relathionship between variables trough hypothesis testing. Where the independent variable in the study is the regional financial accounting system and the dependent is the quality of financial reports. From the table above, it can be seen that the education level of the respondents with the highest number of respondents was the bachelor’s level of education with 44 respondents or 61.1% D3 level with 15 respondents or 20.8% high school level as many as 8 respondents or 11.1% and masters level as many as 5 respondents or 6.9% this study aims to determine the effect of implementing regional financial accounting system on the quality of financial reports in the district governmentof morotai island district. Regional finances are proven to have a positif influence on the quality of financial reports in the local government of morotai island district, this is evidenced by a comparison of the calculated t values and t table values where the t calculated obtained is greater than the t table that has been determined

Abstract

This is study aims to determine the influence of (1). Enterpreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students at Morotai Pacific University, and (2). Entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest in Morotai Pacific University students. This research is survey research. The population in this study was 50 students of Morotai Pacific University. This sampling technique was purposive sampling. Thus research used quantitative research and data ab=nalyze by using SPSS V. The results show that (1). Entrepreneurship knowledge has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest in Morotai pacific University students by showing the regression equation y= 3,229+ 0,777 X1 calculated value of 4,367 with a significance value of 0,000 smaller than 0,05 and a regression coefficient value of 0,555, the more entrepreneurial knowledge obtained, the more entrepreneurial interest will be fostered in Morotai Pcific Universty Students. (2). Entrepreneurial Motivation has a positive influance on entrepreneurial interest in Morotai Pacific University students as shown by the regression equation y= 3, 229 + 0, 380 X2-.This can be proven by a calculated value of 4,065 with a significant value of 0,000 smaller than 0,05 and has a regression coefficient value of 0, 380. The more Entrepreneeuiral Motivation obtained, the more Entrepreneurial Interrest will grow in Morotai Pacfic University students.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM di Desa Sangowo dalam strategi pemasaran digital dan diversifikasi produk. Berdasarkan observasi awal, pelaku UMKM menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan inovasi produk. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada 30 September 2024 di Balai Desa Sangowo dan diikuti oleh lebih dari 20 pelaku UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang kerajinan dan jajanan tradisional. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi dan pendampingan yang berfokus pada penerapan pemasaran digital dan branding. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital, diversifikasi produk, serta penerapan branding yang efektif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak berkelanjutan dalam mempercepat pengembangan UMKM di Desa Sangowo.
