Abstract

Provisions regarding the fulfillment of rights for inmates have been regulated both nationally and internationally, especially for female inmates. A country's policy must be a strong foundation for fulfilling the rights of female inmates, especially in reproductive functions and improving their health in correctional institutions. Abstract

Based on previous observations by researchers, it was determined that there is a possibility of dishonesty/discrepancy between the number of refuelings and the quantity ordered. Therefore, it was necessary to carry out a system development cycle, commonly called SDLC (System Development Lyfe Cycle) in the digital form process. The results of the research show that the application of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm calculation obtained a Prior Probability result in a probability of success or P (success) of 6/10. Meanwhile, the likelihood probability value by taking into account the weather variable produces a high probability value when it is sunny on failure and rain on failure has the same value of ½, if done manually. Therefore, it is necessary to design a web-based system as a basis for the effectiveness of the ground refueling process and preventing data discrepancies, as well as storing documents or files properly. It is important to implement this digitalization into an airport's system, especially with regard to aircraft refueling at the airport, so that it facilitates the process of aircraft refueling and archiving data collection and the data obtained is more accurate.

Abstract

PT.Cardig International Support Textile Industry is  having problems,  the total lead time  delays due to the  production process because  of  no system  that  can  track and  report  stages of  the  production  process. Thus  requiring  a report tracking system  that can resolve the  production process of the  problem. The method  used is  an experimental method to design an information system by using uml diagrams to design object and php-mysql programming language for application creation. Results from this study is the creation of a tracking system application reports that the production process can reduce total lead time delay process production and can trace and report stages of production occurring so as to know which processes are having problems or experiencing delays. The control method for all existing orders is sufficient to meet the demand for product delivery times (Delivery On Time) to customers and the facilities used to control all existing orders are sufficient to support and optimal in their use, and the Tracking Report system can help overcome Lead Time and Delivery On Time problems.

Abstract

Abstract- The development of increasingly advanced IT in the process of presidential elections. When the Presidential election of 2014 yesterday has a lot of people use the phrase does not educate inappropriate to be delivered among the public. Pros and cons indeed occur among people are so warm that they pour on the internet. This happens because when getting warm diperbincangan 2014 presidential election yesterday happened pengkubu-kubuan two candidates. Society can not adjust the development of IT process well. Naive Bayes is widely used for classification problems in data mining and machine learning for its simplicity and accuracy of classification impressive. Naive Bayes classifier has been shown to be very effective to solve the problem of large scale for text categorization with high accuracy. In addition to having many capabilities mentioned above, however this method has a drawback in the assumptions that are difficult to fulfill, namely the independence of the feature. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is an evolutionary computation technique which is able to produce globally optimal solution in the search space through the interaction of individuals in a swarm of particles. PSO is widely used to solve optimization problems as well as the feature selection. Accuracy is generated on Naive Bayes algorithm amounted to 63.85% and AUC by 0523, while Naive Bayes and Particle Swarm Optimmization with an accuracy of 71.15% and the AUC of 0.600. It can be concluded that the application of optimization can improve the accuracy of 63.85% to 71.15%. Naive Bayes Model and Particle Swarm Optimization can provide solutions to the problems of classification review of public opinion news of the election in order to more accurately and optimally. Keywords:Public Opinion, Classification, Naive Bayes, Particle Swarm Optimization, Text Mining.

Abstract

ABSTRACTGracias Christian Bookstore is a Christian bookstore engaged in the sale of books, stationery, and items related to church needs or supplies. Christian Gracias Bookstore uses a manual recording system when carrying out the buying, selling, and making transaction reports that still use books. The use of a manual recording system in the purchasing process and the preparation of transaction reports greatly influences the Bookstore Report and also on customer satisfaction because customers now get receipts instead of receipts or receipts as usual. It is time for the Gracias Christian Bookstore to improve the system it uses, because a computerized information system is very useful for computerized and modern buyer receipts, and for the admin it is easier to make Transaction Reports to be reported to the Owner of the Gracias Christian Bookstore, and the owner of this Bookstore too has the right to have access rights to view every activity of Reports on the Purchase and Sale of Goods, and other Transactions. The research method used in making this proposal report is through direct observation at the research location, and the Waterfall method is a basic process that involves specification, development, validation, solutions, and represents as different processes such as requirements specification, software design, implementation, and testing. The system design will be explained in the proposed system procedure, the proposed system procedure will be implemented using UML, database design, proposed system interface design, proposed system configuration, proposed implementation, and blackbox testing. Implementation of information systems to satisfy customers, because currently customers get receipts in printed form, there are no blank bills written in pen, and especially Sales transactions can improve Bookstore performance by making it easier to process Sales transaction reports with a computerized system. Keywords: Sales Information System, Sales Notes, Sales Reports.Â
