Abstract

Based on previous observations by researchers, it was determined that there is a possibility of dishonesty/discrepancy between the number of refuelings and the quantity ordered. Therefore, it was necessary to carry out a system development cycle, commonly called SDLC (System Development Lyfe Cycle) in the digital form process. The results of the research show that the application of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm calculation obtained a Prior Probability result in a probability of success or P (success) of 6/10. Meanwhile, the likelihood probability value by taking into account the weather variable produces a high probability value when it is sunny on failure and rain on failure has the same value of ½, if done manually. Therefore, it is necessary to design a web-based system as a basis for the effectiveness of the ground refueling process and preventing data discrepancies, as well as storing documents or files properly. It is important to implement this digitalization into an airport's system, especially with regard to aircraft refueling at the airport, so that it facilitates the process of aircraft refueling and archiving data collection and the data obtained is more accurate.

Abstract

Sistem Kekuatan Pertahanan Negara Indonesia memadukan antara kekuatan pertahanan militer dan nirmiliter dengan Lembaga/Non Lembaga sebagai Komponen Utama dalam menghadapi ancaman pertahanan nirmiliter (Kementerian Pertahanan, 2008). Bencana non alam dalam penelitian ini adalah penanganan keamanan hayati produk rekayasa genetik yang di dunia menjadi ancaman nirmiliter berbasis teknologi modern (Karmana, 2009). Indonesia meratifikasi protokol Cartagena dan membentuk lembaga non struktural yaitu Komisi Keamanan Hayati Produk Rekayasa Genetik (KKH PRG) dalam keamanan hayati (pangan, pakan, dan lingkungan). Kinerja KKH PRG tentang penanganan dan kajian risiko PRG sebelum terjadi bencana nonalam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif kompetensi dan kerjasama tim secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja Lembaga KKH PRG dalam keamanan hayati Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportionate stratified random sampling, maka jumlah sampel diambil secara acak dari beberapa instansi. Sampel sebanyak 44 Orang sebagai anggota KKH PRG dengan menggunakan rumus solvin. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi linear berganda diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi (p= 0,004) dan kerjasama tim (p=0,000) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja lembaga KKH PRG secara simultan dan parsial. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif sebesar 8,6% dan kerjasama tim sebesar 13,5 % terhadap kinerja lembaga KKH PRG dengan nilai dominan yaitu kerjasama tim, serta untuk kedua variabel secara simultan diperoleh nilai sebesar 41%, sisanya 59% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Saran agar dilakukan perbaikan kompetensi melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan anggota serta tidak ada yang merangkap tugas, sehingga tugas menjadi fokus utama dalam menangani kajian risiko keamanan hayati produk rekayasa genetik di lembaga KKH PRG. Abstract

One of the learning media that suits the current development especially in learning in the field of mathematics is the use of software. Usefulness of software can help teachers to deliver abstract mathematical material becomes more easily understood because the software can visualize learning in that field. In addition, Geogebra and Microsoft Mathematic are designed to train the ability independently in the creativity and critical power of students. This study aims to develop learning media through software Geogebra and Microsoft Mathematic on junior high and high school materials at La Royba Islamic School. The results obtained are GeoGebra and Microsoft Math can be used as a medium of learning in math and can be downloaded for free, so it is easy to get it. Based on the research also, the student activity using the geogebra software and Microsoft math experienced a change toward a better attitude. This change starts from the student's attitude enough, good enough, and good to the development of learning media of mathematics using geogebra and Microsoft math. In addition, with the features and ease of existing applications in both this software can help teachers in delivering learning materials, so that students can be actively involved independently and make learning more creative, effective and meaningful. Creativity is honed to students may also increase the creativity of students with an understanding that can create their own mathematical problem solving in accordance with the wishes of students. Both of these software have special benefits with GeoGebra emphasizes on Geometry while Microsoft Math on Algebra or linear equations. Based on all this, it can be concluded that Geogebra and microsofth mathematic is feasible and can be used as a medium of learning.

Abstract

Based on the observations of researchers on September 23, 2020, there was a new enforcement in passenger check-in due to the covid 19 pandemic. The covid 19 pandemic resulted in the use of this application machine completely unusable. Passenger services use a new route, namely through 2 stages. Manual counters (Covid 19 health mail check counters and airline counters for boarding passes). The purpose of this study was to analyze and develop a self check-in application information system which during the Covid-19 pandemic had not been used optimally by passengers from airlines operating at the domestic terminal of Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. The approach method in developing this self-check-in application information system is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, namely the development team to create a fully functional system in a very short period of time. The results of the development of the information system for the self check in application are that it can develop an information system for passengers about basic knowledge of covid 19 and validation of covid 19 free health letters to be displayed in the self check in application at the domestic terminal at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. Keywords: Development of System Informations, Self Check In, Domestic Terminal, Pandemi Covid 19, Halim Perdanakusuma Airport

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyse the application of the national resilience concept in mitigating the risk of terrorism in air transportation services for Hajj pilgrims following the bomb threat incident at Kualanamu Airport. Method: The study adopted a desk-based, qualitative research approach that involved document review (articles and reports) and policy analysis. The evaluation took into account how operational procedures, coordination mechanisms, and aviation security governance fit with the concepts of adaptive and integrated national resilience. Results: There is evidence of low operational resiliency arising from inflexible processes, siloed inter-agency coordination and immature security regulation and culture. The consequence is slow service restoration and response to threats. Originality: In disaggregating the concept of national resilience, this article contributes to a readiness to manage aviation terrorism within an adaptive, pan-sector resilience framework. These results highlight policy reform, security governance and technology integration as prerequisites for improving national air transportation resilience.
