Abstract

Pontianak waterfront city merupakan salah satu program yang terus dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kota Pontianak. Salah satu kawasan waterfront yang menarik untuk dikunjungi adalah kawasan Waterfront Seng Hie. Keberadaan waterfront Seng Hie memberikan dampak yang positif membantu meningkatkan citra Kota Pontianak sebagai Kota Tepian air, disisi lain ternyata memberikan dampak negatif, yaitu menjadi magnet kegiatan PKL yang tidak terencana sebelumnya. Kondisi ini jika tidak mendapat perhatian khusus, maka berpotensi munculnya konflik penggunaan ruang antara pengunjung dan para PKL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor Setting ruang yang mempengaruhi pola sebaran teritori PKL di Waterfront Kota Pontianak. Secara umum, hasil penelitian ini akan menjadi masukan Pemerintah Kota Pontianak dalam upaya memperbaiki kualitas ruang terbuka di tepian air dan akan bersinergi dengan keberadaan PKL. Metode digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemetaan perilaku, yang akan terkait dengan variabel Setting ruang. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi pola distribusi PKL di Waterfront Kota Pontianak yaitu keberadaan seting Fix di waterfront seperti Pagar, Bangku Taman, Perkerasan Beton yang menjadi media PKL untuk berjualan, yang dibedakan atas lima pola teritori sebaran PKL (1) disekitar bangku taman, 2) di sekitar plaza, 3) di sekitar pagar, 4) di sekitar reling tangga, 5) di sekitar anak tangga. THE EFFECT OF SETTING OPEN SPACE ON THE SPREAD OF PKL TERRITORY IN THE WATERFRONT OF PONTIANAK CITY Pontianak waterfront city is one of the programs that the Pontianak City government continues to carry out. One of the interesting waterfront areas to visit is the Seng Hie Waterfront area. The existence of Seng Hie's waterfront has a positive impact helping to improve the image of Pontianak City as a waterfront city; on the other hand, it has a negative effect, namely becoming a magnet for previously unplanned street vendors activities. If this condition does not get special attention, then the potential for conflict in the use of space between visitors and street vendors. This study aims to determine the spatial setting factors that affect the distribution patterns of street vendors at the Waterfront of Pontianak City. In general, the results of this research will be used as input for the Pontianak City Government to improve the quality of open spaces on the water's edge. They will synergize with the existence of street vendors. The method used in this research is behavior mapping, which will be related to the variable space setting. The results of this study found that the main factors that influence the distribution pattern of street vendors at the Waterfront of Pontianak City are the presence of Fix settings on the waterfront such as fences, park benches, concrete pavers which become the media for street vendors to sell, which are divided into five territorial patterns of street vendors (1) around park benches, 2) around the plaza, 3) around the fence, 4) around the stair rail, 5) around the steps.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Deases 19 (Covid-19) pandemic in Pontianak City recorded 2438 Covid-19 confirmations (December 2020). The application of the Covid-19 protocol is one of the efforts to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 case. Self-service is one of the public facilities continuously visited by the community to meet their daily needs. This study aims to determine which spatial setting variables have changed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Observations were made using the Behavior Mapping method, it was found that the semi-fixed setting variable became the dominant change for preventing the spread of the Covid-19 virus, then a space outside of consciousness (non-fix setting variable) was a place to measure body temperature, while changes fix variable does not occur.

Abstract

Kota Pontianak dewasa ini terus mengalami pembenahan dalam hal infrastruktur pendukung kota. Sebagai ibukota provinsi, Kota mulai berfokus dalam penataan kota secara komprehensif. Salah satunya lewat pemenuhan kebutuhan ruang koridor jalan. Ruang Publik yang didikung dengan kualitas akan mampu merangsang penggunanya untuk datang dan beraktifitas, konsepsi tentang persepsi lingkungan dapat diartikan interpretasi tentang suatu setting oleh individu, didasarkan atas latar belakang budaya, nalar, serta pengalaman individu tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat mengukur tingkat kenyamanan/ livibilitas ruang publik pada koridor  utama kota, yang dalam hal ini Jalan Ahmad yani melalui persepsi jalur pedestrian dan pesepeda dengan sasaran antara lain meliputi: identifikasi kondisi eksisting dan setting ruang jalur pedestrian dan pesepeda  di koridor Jalan Ahmad Yani yang berkaitan dengan aspek kenyamanan pengguna, identifikasi karakteristik pengguna Jalur pedestrian dan pesepeda di koridor jalan Ahmad Yani, analisis kondisi eksisting kaitannya dengan fasilitas penunjang jalur pedestrian dan pesepeda di Jalan Ahmad Yani kaitannya dengan aspek kenyamanan penggunanya, dan tingkat kenyamanan jalur pedestrian di Jalan Ahmad Yani melalui persepsi masyarakat sebagai pengguana jalur pedestrian dan pesepeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan kuisioner yang dipilih menyesuaikan kriteria tertentu. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu rekomendasi kriteria kenyamanan Jalur Pedestrian dan Pesepeda di Jalan Ahmad Yani Pontianak.CONVENIENCE OPTIMIZATION OF PEDESTRIAN SPACE AND BICYCLE PATH BASED ON USER COMFORT PERCEPTIONS ON AHMAD YANI STREET PONTIANAK The City of Pontianak today continues to experience improvements in supporting infrastructure for the city. As the provincial capital, the city began to focus on comprehensive urban planning. One of them is through the fulfillment of road corridor space needs. Public spaces supported by quality will be able to stimulate users to come and have activities; the conception of environmental perception can be interpreted as an individual's interpretation of a setting based on the individual's cultural background, reason, and experience. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of comfort/livability of public spaces in the City's main corridor. In this case,  Ahmad Yani Street, through the perception of pedestrian and cyclist paths with targets including identification of existing conditions and setting of space for pedestrian and cyclist lanes in the corridor of  Ahmad Yani Street, which relates to aspects of user comfort, identification of the characteristics of pedestrians and cyclists, analysis of the existing conditions concerning supporting facilities for pedestrian and cyclist lanes on Ahmad Yani Street about aspects of user comfort, and the level of comfort of pedestrian paths through the perception of the community as users of pedestrian and cyclist path. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with selected questionnaires according to certain criteria. The results of this study are the recommendation criteria for the convenience of the Pedestrian and Cycling Paths on Ahmad Yani Street-Pontianak.
