Abstract

Judging from the continued increase in the number of students at the Qomaruddin Islamic Boarding School, it will always be accompanied by the increasing needs of the students that must be met, starting to increase the number of students will indirectly have an impact on the increase in several businesses. Kopontren business development is one way to improve the economy at the Qomaruddin Bungah Gresik Islamic boarding school. This research aims to determine the implementation of Islamic business ethics in the management of the Qomaruddin Kopontren business using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach starting from observation techniques after which data analysis is carried out from interviews and other sources. The results of this research indicate that the application of business ethics at Kopontren Qomaruddin generally works well in conventional or general business settings, whereas in the perspective of Islamic business ethics it goes well following the guidelines for Islamic business ethics but there is an interest system run by the Qomaruddin Kopontren which contains elements of usury which is forbidden in Islam. So that the application of Islamic business ethics has not been fully realized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pengembangan usaha UMKM Mie Mahkota melalui penerapan digital marketing. Dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha yang semakin intens dan peralihan preferensi konsumen di era digital, Mie Mahkota perlu mengadaptasi strategi pemasaran yang lebih efisien untuk meningkatkan daya tarik produknya. meningkatnya persaingan di era digital yang memaksa UMKM, termasuk Mie Mahkota, untuk mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital guna meningkatkan daya saing. Namun, kendala seperti minimnya pengelolaan media sosial dan konten pemasaran yang kurang menarik menjadi tantangan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi digital marketing yang efektif untuk pengembangan usaha Mie Mahkota, terutama dalam mengoptimalkan media sosial dan meningkatkan penjualan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif fenomologi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan platform digital seperti media sosial, website, dan iklan online dapat meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan interaksi dengan pelanggan. Selain itu, strategi promosi yang menarik seperti paket bundling dan kolaborasi dengan influencer menawarkan peluang untuk menarik pelanggan baru. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Mie Mahkota fokus pada pengembangan konten yang menarik dan edukatif, serta melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan Mie Mahkota dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memperkuat posisinya di pasar. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi UMKM lain untuk memanfaatkan digital marketing secara efektif demi memperkuat posisi di pasar.

Abstract

Passion fruit contains many substances that are useful for the body. Even so, not everyone understands what the health benefits of passion fruit are and are able to process passion fruit into a selling value product. The same thing happened to Bedanten Village, Bungah Sub-Distric, in Gresik Distric with an abundance of passion fruit harvests and the intention was to make preparations made from passion fruit which later hoped to make it the village's superior product developed by the village women's empowerment group. Bedanten Village government officials facilitate the need to create products, through a series of community service activities involving academics to provide direction regarding the processing of passion fruit products. The purpose of service is to increase the knowledge and skills of village women for the welfare of society. The enthusiasm from the community service participants to listen to the socialization of the benefits of passion fruit parts. Participants were so happy and curious when they practiced how to process of making passion fruit. This was followed by exposure to entrepreneurship and digital marketing subjects which motivated them to become interested in entrepreneurial in the village. Therefore, it is necessary to follow up on the results of the service in achieving success in supporting the superiority of village products.

Abstract

Industri layanan pesan-antar makanan di Indonesia berkembang pesat seiring dengan adopsi teknologi digital dan perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat. GoFood, sebagai salah satu layanan utama dalam ekosistem Gojek, memberikan peluang bagi UMKM kuliner untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Namun, persaingan bisnis yang ketat dan kurangnya pemanfaatan fitur promosi masih menjadi tantangan bagi banyak pelaku usaha, termasuk Warung Giri Jogja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis daya saing Warung Giri Jogja di GoFood menggunakan pendekatan SWOT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama Warung Giri Jogja terletak pada harga kompetitif dan kualitas rasa yang konsisten, sementara kelemahannya adalah kurangnya pemahaman terhadap strategi pemasaran digital. Peluang yang tersedia meliputi pertumbuhan pasar layanan pesan-antar dan dukungan fitur promosi dari GoFood, sedangkan ancamannya adalah persaingan dengan warung makan yang lebih besar dan lebih dikenal. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing, Warung Giri Jogja perlu mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital, memanfaatkan fitur promosi GoFood, serta meningkatkan brand awareness.

Abstract

Village tourism with halal tourism development is a tourism asset based on rural potential that can be empowered and developed as a tourism product to attract tourist visits and impact equitable development at the village level and the community's economy. This study aims to produce a halal tourism concept as an innovation in developing tourism activities in the Lontar Sewu tourist village to realize people's welfare during the Industrial Revolution. The method is qualitative and interpretative, and it is located in Hendrosari Village, Gresik Regency. Through content analysis, content, and strategic matrix instrument, it was found that the concept of a halal tourism model based on sustainable village tourism in Lontar Sewu Tourism, Hendrosari Village, Gresik Regency is based on the principle of maqashid sharia. Examining all the results of the matrix above, it can be found that the aspects of Hifz al-Din, Hifz al-Nafs, and Hifz al-Aql are the most important in the integration of the halal concept because they have the highest and most implementation value.   Keywords: Halal tourism, Maqashid sharia, Sustainable development, Strategy.
