Abstract

In the case of the economic recession of Covid-19 Pandemic nowadays, strong and resilient leadership in the dynamics of advances in Science Technology and Science (IPTEKS) and technology is always expected by the community, especially to support the goal of increasing the quality of national development in the area of Information and Communication (ICT) today. Leadership Resources of local government apparatus in Indonesia need to be developed using education and training methods. This research uses the descriptive-analytic method and implemented a literature study. The implementation of leadership tasks in the regions in the future is faced with several main issues that influence each other, namely science and technology as a concept of developing development forces faced with the dynamics of national, regional, and global. Theories that are considered relevant to be applied in the development of Regional Leaders Others are Behavioral Theory and Participative Theory. The research results discuss the Regional Heads and the Competencies of Leadership and Educational Personnel of the Institute for Regional Leadership Development. The Ki Hadjar Dewantara Leadership Trilogy, which has been implemented nationally until now, can be used as a permanent leadership development method in the regions. This research recommends a leadership development approach through three aspects, namely, the Aspects of Regional Leadership Development, Aspects of Increasing the Competence of Educational Personnel of the Leadership Training Institute, and the Aspects of Facilities. and Infrastructure.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan aplikasi mobile Tour Guide Museum Dirgantara berbasis Android sebagai media informasi yang mempermudah wisatawan mengetahui koleksi yang ada di museum, dan memberikan jaminan kualitas aplikasi mobile tour guide Museum Dirgantara dengan melakukan pengujian perangkat lunak sesuai standar ISO 25010. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan prosedur pengembangan perangkat lunak model Waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini, pertama adalah aplikasi mobile Tour Guide Museum Dirgantara telah memenuhi kebutuhan sebagai media informasi yang memudahkan pengunjung dalam menjelajahi museum dan mengetahui koleksi-koleksi di Museum Dirgantara. Kedua, hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telah memenuhi standar kualitas perangkat lunak ISO 25010. Aspek functional suitability sebesar 100%, aspek compatibility pada berbagai sistem operasi dan tipe perangkat sebesar 91,67% dan co-existence sebesar 100%, aspek performance efficiency CPU 18,37%, memory 19,01MB, time behavior 0,039 seconds/thread, aspek usability sebesar 84,93%, dan hasil pengujian kualitas uji materi sebesar 100%. Hasil pengujian aplikasi secara keseluruhan dinyatakan “Sangat Baik”.

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata menjadi salah satu sektor di Indonesia yang berdampak paling parah akibat virus corona. Namun demikian, pemulihan ekonomi pada pariwisata menjadi bagian yang diprioritaskan. Salah satu tujuan wisata di Indonesia adalah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Banyaknya objek destinasi wisata yang dapat dipilih, salah satunya adalah objek wisata sejarah yang ada di kabupaten Sleman yaitu Museum Karbol AAU. Sayangnya, fasilitas yang ada kurang lengkap untuk memudahkan dan memandu pengunjung menjelajahi museum, serta informasi yang diberikan terbatas. Sehingga, adanya aplikasi mobile tour guide Museum Karbol berbasis Android sebagai media informasi wisatawan dalam memandu menjelajahi museum dan membantu memberikan informasi pada masyarakat untuk mengetahui koleksi yang ada di museum agar tertarik untuk datang ke Museum Karbol AAU. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall dalam penelitian dan pengembangan, yang meliputi fase komunikasi, perencanaan, pemodelan, kontruksi, dan deployment. Sumber dan subjek data yang dikumpulkan berupa data kuantitatif Museum AAU Carbol menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner dari pengunjung dan masyarakat, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil yaitu aplikasi tour guide Museum Karbol AAU yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sebagai media informasi sehingga memudahkan pengunjung untuk menjelajahi museum dan menemukan koleksi Museum Karbol AAU. Hasil pengujian aplikasi sebagai media informasi memenuhi persyaratan kualitas software ISO 25010 terutama pada karakteristik usability testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memenuhi standar kualitas perangkat lunak ISO 25010 sebesar 85,02% (sangat baik) untuk kegunaan dan 100% (sangat baik) untuk kualitas pengujian materi informasi Museum Karbol AAU

Abstract

Pengetahuan terminologi dasar tentang aeronautika penting diketahui oleh peserta didik di bidang penerbangan. Saat ini pengenalan terminologi aeronautika masih menggunakan literatur dari media cetak yang memiliki keterbatasan antara lain tidak dapat mengikuti perkembangan maupun perubahan informasi dengan cepat karena bersifat statis, kurang efektif dalam mencari suatu istilah karena memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama, dan dikarenakan ukuran yang cukup tebal dan besar menjadi kurang nyaman untuk dibawa secara mobile. Selain itu, kamus terminologi aeronautika juga susah didapatkan. Disisi lain, sudah banyak dikembangkan berbagai aplikasi kamus terminologi digital. Namun, belum ada yang khusus mengembangkan aplikasi termonologi aeronautika. Paper ini mengusulkan pengembangan aplikasi mobile kamus istilah aeronautika berbasis android sesuai standar kualitas perangkat lunak ISO 25010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada paper ini adalah research and development (R&D) dan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) menggunakan model waterfall. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan 4 aspek standar kualitas perangkat lunak ISO 25010 yang terdiri dari aspek functional suitability, compatibility, usability, dan performance efficiency. Hasilnya adalah suatu perangkat lunak yang mampu memberikan penjelasan istilah aeronautika dengan cepat dan mudah, dapat mengelola istilah favorit, berbagi istilah kepada orang lain, dan aplikasi sudah memenuhi standar kualitas perangkat lunak ISO 25010. Hasil penelitian ini dikontribusikan untuk mempermudah peserta didik di sekolah-sekolah penerbangan.

Abstract

The concept of Society 5.0 is human-centered and technology-based. Where the maindrivers of industry are technology and modern society. In the era of technology and information growing rapidly, it has an impact on all aspects of life. One of them is the security aspect in the form of cyber crime threats. Therefore, cyber security has a vital role to prevent the occurrence of cyber crime. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of cyber crime and its challenges in the future, cyber security strategies in Indonesia and strengthening cyber security in Indonesia in order to realize national security in the era of society 5.0. The research method used is a qualitative and descriptive analytical approach with data collection techniques using literature studies from previous studies and other secondary data. The result of this study is that the Covid-19 pandemic is the main topic in cybersecurity trends. Hackers took advantage of public unrest as a loophole to launch various attacks, ranging from phishing to ransomware, the data leak of 91 million users of the online shopping site Tokopedia and the data leak of 1.2 million users of the Bhinneka site. Indonesia has also been affected by global cybersecurity cases such as Coronavirus Ransomware, Covidlock Malware, Border Gateway Protocol hacking, vulnerabilities in Draytek Vigor router products, Remote Code Execution on several versions of Windows operating system products, vulnerabilities in Arbitrary Code Execution on all Google Android operating systems, to exploitation of Solar Winds Orion Platform products. The conclusion is that currently Indonesia is in a state of cyber security emergency and has reached an alarming stage. Cyber security strategies that must be carried out by Indonesia to realize nationalsecurity in the era of society 5.0, are 1) capacity building, 2) Formation of special laws on cyber crimes, 3) Increasing human resources, 4) Domestic stakeholder cooperation and international cooperation cyber security sector to realize national security in society 5.0.

Abstract

Current developments have made website technology a means of disseminating information that offers various conveniences and speeds in its presentation. Speed ​​and convenience are positive values ​​of the existence of the internet. The website is more easily accessible by people in various regions just by using the internet. One of them is in terms of marketing the product of a business, the website can be a means of promoting, marketing and conveying information effectively and efficiently to the public. One of the things that can be utilized from website technology is for information purposes of autonomous electric vehicles. This vehicle technology in the future can be integrated on the website for the purpose of information on its existence and condition. In fact, it is possible to create applications for the use of autonomous electric vehicles by making calls through the website, as is the case with applications that are currently popular, namely Gojek or Grab. In this study, a web application was developed for the purposes of a simple autonomous electric vehicle, which operates in the Nurtanio University Bandung campus environment. This website design consists of five pages. The first page contains a homepage where general information on research activities for the development of simple autonomous electric vehicles is found. The second page contains object detection which displays more detailed information about the object detection technology used in autonomous electric vehicles. Information on the existence of autonomous electric vehicles in the campus environment is then shown on the third page, namely Av Tracker. This website design is also equipped with a contributor page (page four) which contains researchers involved in autonomous electric vehicle research. At the end, the fifth page is for contact information for those who are interested in communicating further about matters related to this research. This website design uses a markup language consisting of HTML and CSS, besides that PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​are also used as databases.

Abstract

The application of 2-dimensional LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) technology is sometimes constrained by the presence of data anomalies or noise that affects the accuracy in detecting real objects. If it is not handled properly, it can interfere with its work operations, especially if it is applied to autonomous electric vehicles. Therefore, efforts are needed to reduce noise which is implemented in LiDAR data processing software. In this study, the development of noise reduction technology that appears in the two-dimensional LiDAR data point cloud is carried out. The concept applied is the development of a systematic LiDAR data processing algorithm. The design of this algorithm contains visualization of object detection, storage of LiDAR data point cloud as detected object information, as well as noise reduction methods on the two-dimensional LiDAR data point cloud. This algorithm is realized in software form on Raspberry Pi 4 hardware, using the Python programming language. There are six algorithms used to reduce or eliminate noise, namely Algorithm 1, Algorithm 2, Algorithm 3, Algorithm 4, Algorithm 5, Algorithm 6. The experimental results show that the six algorithms created are able to display data visualization based on a 2-dimensional mapping system that is corrected for noise. The six algorithms succeeded in selecting noise up to 100%, although approximately 80% of the data that were considered correct could not be presented. Even if only 20% of the data is correct, the object structure is still recognizable

Abstract

Drones/unmanned aircraft are one of the technologies in the defense sector that are included in the Indonesian government's strategic program. In the era of Information technology and society 5.0, the use of high technology is indispensable in overcoming various problems, especially Indonesia which has a large area. Drones can be a multifunctional platform that can play a role in War Military Operations (OMP) and Military Operations Other Than War (OMSP). The use of drones in the military is generally used as part of "Over The Horizon Operations", where all devices related to operations such as combat vehicles, weapons, and personnel communication tools become one unit in the "Battle Management System". The use of drone technology will be able to reduce the risk of pilots as well as the cost efficiency of their operations. With the flexibility of the role shown by the presence of drones, it can be a solution to various problems related to the needs of the users themselves, such as illegal fishing, illegal immigrants, piracy, floods, forest fires, terrorism, and military infiltration of other countries.

Abstract

Corrosion can occur in any metal, including brass metal as raw material for making ammunition casing. One way to inhibit corrosion is to use corrosion inhibitors which can be made using organic materials. Guava leaf (Psidium guajava) contain tannin compounds as corrosion inhibitors. In this study, the brass used was the casing of the MU-2TJ ammunition caliber 7.62 mm produced by PT. Pindad in 1992 and 1994. Corrosion rate was calculated by the method weight loss. Inhibitor preparation of guava leaf extract was carried out by maceration method, where 10 grams of dried guava leaf were dissolved in 100 mL water-ethanol solvent with various volume ratios of water : ethanol 7:3, 6:4, and 5:5, respectively. Brass with inhibitor and without inhibitor was immersed for 15 days or 360 hours in HCl and CH3COOH solution media. . The results showed that in CH3COOH media, the largest inhibitor efficiency was 42.12% by using guava leaf extract inhibitor with a ratio of volume water : ethanol 6:4 in CH3COOH 0.1 M solution, where the corrosion rate of brass without inhibitors is 4.34x10-6 mpy and the corrosion rate of brass with inhibitors is 2.51x10-6 mpy. In HCl media, the largest inhibitor efficiency was 7.52% by using guava leaf extract inhibitor with a ratio of volume water : ethanol 5:5 in HCl 0.05 M solution, where the corrosion rate of brass without inhibitors is 4.81x10-6 mpy and the corrosion rate of brass with inhibitors is 4,45x10-6 mpy.
