Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Serage merupakan desa penghasil kerajinan tenun manual yang mempunyai kualitas yang baik dan motif yang unik. Pengelolaan usaha tenun manual khususnya dalam hal pemasaran dilakukan oleh Kelompok Tenun Manual. Namun pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam hal pemasaran usaha masih terbatas sehingga memerlukan pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan motif yang dihasilkan lebih bervariasi. Pemberian pelatihan merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Kelompok Tenun Manual. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang diawali dengan identifikasi permasalahan mitra, kemudian pelatihan Digital Marketing dan pembuatan motif serta evaluasi kegiatan PkM. Diharapkan peran Pemerintah Daerah dan instansi terkait dalam memberikan jaminan kelangsungan usaha, meningkatkan permodalan, dan memfasilitasi pemasaran berbasis web sehingga masyarakat umum sebagai calon konsumen dapat mengakses informasi produk secara lengkap, bahkan dapat melakukan transaksi secara online. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra mengenai konsep digital marketing; mitra memiliki keterampilan dalam menggunakan beberapa teknologi informasi yang mendukung kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran kain tenun, mitra mampu membuat kain tenun dengan motif yang lebih variatif, dan mitra dapat memperluas jaringannya dan memperoleh mitra baru untuk meningkatkan penjualan.Abstract:  Serage Village is a village producing manual weaving crafts that have good quality and unique motifs. The management of the manual weaving business, especially in terms of marketing, is carried out by the Manual Weaving Group. However, knowledge and skills in terms of business marketing are still limited, so they require assistance and training so that sales increase and the resulting motives vary. Providing training is a form of Community Service (PkM) activity with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of the Manual Weaving Group. PkM activities are carried out through outreach and training, which begins with identifying partner problems, then Digital Marketing training and creating motifs, as well as evaluating PkM activities. It is hoped that the role of the Regional Government and related agencies in providing guarantees for business continuity, increasing capital, and facilitating web-based marketing so that the general public as potential consumers can access complete product information, and can even make transactions online. The results obtained after implementing this PkM activity show that there is an increase in partners' insight, knowledge, and skills regarding digital marketing concepts; partners have skills in using several information technologies to support woven cloth production and marketing activities; partners are able to make woven cloth with more varied motifs; and partners are able to expand their network and acquire new partners to increase sales.

Abstract

Abstract: A film is a complex form of mass media. The film Sleep Call provides an overview of mental health issues. Mental health is an important aspect of realizing comprehensive physical and spiritual health. The representation of depression and hallucinations in the film Sleep Call is an attempt to re-understand reality, which cannot be separated from various social issues that are currently developing in society. This research employs a descriptive-qualitative approach and applies John Fiske's semiotics method to analyze the Sleep Call film. The findings of this study demonstrate that John Fiske's semiotic theory, which employs three levels of television codes, specifically the reality level, clarifies Dina's mental health issues stemming from her imprisonment in a challenging and solitary existence. At the representation level, Dina's House is the only location where sets are used, and shooting techniques include long shot, medium shot, high angle, eye level, and slanted shots. At the ideological level, we have the materialism ideology, which places a higher value on material possessions over common sense. . Dina chose to borrow money from an illegal online loan without thinking about the future consequences.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dusun Jerua memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang membedakan dari dusun-dusun lainnya di Desa Montong Beter, yaitu adanya produktivitas usaha masyarakat. Salah satu produktivitas usaha yang dikembangkan di Dusun Jerua adalah industri kerajinan rotan berupa pembuatan tas dari anyaman rotan yang bernama ”ketak” yang dikelola masyarakat dalam bentuk Home Industry. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam hal pemasaran. Pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang pemasaran produk. Kegiatan PkM ini diawali dengan identifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan pelatihan digital marketing serta evaluasi kegiatan. Setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan PkM ini diketahui bahwa tumbuhnya kesadaran, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra tentang digital marketing dalam upayanya meningkatkan penjualan produk kerajinan rotan.Abstract: Jerua Hamlet has unique traits that set it apart from the other hamlets in Montong Beter Village, including the productivity of community businesses. One of the business productivity created in Jerua Hamlet is the rattan craft industry, which makes bags from woven rattan called "ketak" and is administered by the community as Home Industry. The problem is a lack of information and abilities in marketing. Providing training and mentoring is a type of Community Service (PkM) activity that attempts to improve knowledge and abilities in product marketing. This PkM activity begins by identifying the difficulties that partners experience, followed by digital marketing training and evaluation activities. Following the deployment of this PkM.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the strategy of persuasive communication which implemented by online admin in effort to attract buyers' interest at Samudracomp online store. The method used is a descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques formby structured interview, observation and documentation. The research results show that the persuasive communication strategy which implemented by online admin in services can influence buyers' interest in Samudracomp, the number of visitors to Samudracomp online store in 2023 was only 210 followers, after the increase in online admin services the amount of followers increase to 322 in 2024, positive reviews given by buyers and the increase in number of products that sold in Samudracomp online store.

Abstract

AbstrakPelatihan pembuatan sabun laundry dan pemanfaatan media online untuk pemasaran pada ibu-ibu di Perumahan Lingkar Manunggal, Desa Bajur, Lombok Barat, dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemandirian ekonomi mereka. Desa ini memiliki potensi ekonomi produktif yang besar, namun ibu-ibu rumah tangga belum memiliki akses atau keterampilan yang memadai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan dan pelatihan, yang mencakup diskusi interaktif, praktik pembuatan sabun laundry, dan pelatihan pemasaran online. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam dua sesi, dengan 30 peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi. Hasilnya meliputi terbentuknya unit usaha sabun laundry komunitas, dimulainya produksi sabun secara mandiri, dan layanan penjualan paket bahan pembuatan sabun. Keberhasilan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan berbasis komunitas dan potensi lokal merupakan strategi efektif dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat, mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi dan kewirausahaan. Kata kunci: pengabdian; pelatihan; literasi digital. AbstractTraining on laundry soap making and the use of online media for marketing was conducted for women in the Lingkar Manunggal Housing Complex, Bajur Village, West Lombok, to enhance their skills and promote economic independence. This village has significant productive economic potential, but the women lack adequate access or skills. The methods employed in this community service activity included outreach and training, which consisted of interactive discussions, hands-on laundry soap-making practices, and online marketing training. The training was conducted in two sessions, with 30 participants demonstrating high enthusiasm. Results included the establishment of a community laundry soap business unit, the commencement of independent soap production, and the sale of soap-making ingredient packages. This success confirms that community-based training and local potential are effective strategies for community service, encouraging economic empowerment and entrepreneurship. Keywords: community service; training; digital literacy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) yang berfokus pada peningkatan keterampulan negosiasi dan pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM di Lombok. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan akses pelatihan formal yang menyebabkan pelaku usaha lokal kesulitan bersaing di era transformasi digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Untuk menggali kesenjangan kompetensi dilakukan kegiatan analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan praktisi, dosen, dan pelaku UMKM di Lombok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian yang signifikan antara kebutuhan keterampilan negosiasi dan pemasaran digital dengan pelatihan yang tersedia. Pembelajaran pada MOOCs ini dikembangkan dengan model model self-paced learning berbasis Learning Management System (LMS) dengan delapan materi, video animasi interaktif, serta materi diskusi dan soal evaluasi formatif. Untuk memastikan kelayakan dilakukan pengujian oleh ahli media, bahasa, dan materi yang menunjukkan kualitas baik hingga sangat baik (rata-rata >80%), sehingga dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan.The purpose of this study was to design and develop Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) focused on improving negotiation and digital marketing skills for MSMEs in Lombok. The background of this research is limited access to formal training, which makes it difficult for local businesses to compete in the era of digital transformation. The study employed a research and development (R&D) approach, utilizing the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. To explore competency gaps, a needs analysis was conducted through interviews with practitioners, lecturers, and MSMEs in Lombok. The results revealed a significant disparity between the demand for negotiation and digital marketing skills and the available training. The learning in this MOOC was developed using a self-paced learning model based on a Learning Management System (LMS) with eight materials, interactive animated videos, discussion materials, and formative evaluation questions. To ensure feasibility, testing was conducted by media, language, and material experts, which demonstrated good to excellent quality (average >80%), thus being declared suitable for use.
